I thought i had done this already. Not sure if this one will ever be able to replaced due to the house now being built where there used to be a carpark.
Found approximate location but could not access due to fenced off building works. Got a hippo photo anyway.
I'm not sure but think this one may not be available for a while as the hit suggests blocked area off for building development !!
Found GZ and the cache location. However unable to retrieve due to building works on the plot next door and the security fencing around it.
Photos attached of me and Penguincaz in the hippo to prove our presence.

Found under the same conditions as say_ cheese as we found it together. Attached is photo of say_cheese with the hippo !
We found this nice hide on our way to giving my elderly parents a hand for the day. Plenty of construction work happening nearby.
We dropped in a trackable....many thanks for the hide Theshattells [^]

**This is an old log, found before the cache was archived. This is what I wrote in the gc.com app on the day** The Hippo is still hungry -- but we found the cache safe and sound. Thanks Theshattells
Took the little one with us to play on the hippo. The strong winds gave us a bit of a hassle but found it eventually.
After receiving a phone call from The Sewer Rats asking if i wanted to go caching i was quick to get ready and head out, we picked up earthlight on the way and we spent the day with Deb taking her to some caches we have done and she was able to help us out with a couple that had eluded us, it was a fantastic day with a nice drive through the hills and i even managed to place a couple of caches, this one would have very hard to find without the help from Deb, a nice big cache that blends so well with its background. TFTC
found it and signed the log.
Just a note though - there is no car park anymore. the land net to the park has been divided up for houses.
Might make it hard to get once construction starts

On our way back home we needed a quick stop for Mini Tardis to have a play on a playground. So we stopped here to grab a cache and have a play. Mr Tardis found the cache in the first place he looked - don't you just love it when that happens? Well done on hiding a good sized cache - too many caches are way too small these days.
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache Theshattells.

Took a while as I was looking in the wrong spot. Used Tchingals co ords and it had me in the right spot. It took me a while to get the cache opened but a very strong 5 year old helped me. That playground was awesome, we got a ftf here a few years ago but there were hardly any houses here then and the park had no playground. Tftc sl.

Found with mckee clan and spyjordy on this beautiful evening. The kids had a good play on the playground and we found the cache so everyone was happy. Tftc sl.
Nice one! Just a little bit of hunting and we found it found this one with my mum, on her first trip out geocaching
Thanks heaps!
Thanks heaps!
Found this rather quickly on a cold and rainy morning ... it had crept out onto the path a bit. Tucked back in so not visible from the road anymore. Tftc
Will check co-ords tommorow as this cache has crept a few times up and down the path. I'll re take them and post the correct ones
So I am trying to do this 31 days of geocaching streak, I am so not used to realising at 9pm that I had to get out and find a cache because the day has been far too busy - ill be glad when August is over! Off I went with Captain~Rex after his school concert tonight to go and grab a cache. I promised the husband that I would not go scouting in some remote area so was happy when I pulled in and this was a lovely well lit area at night, we found the cache quickly using the clue but it was a little late to enjoy the playground so that will be an adventure for another day.
The coords are off a bit, I would recommend updating them to the ones posted by the reviewer. TFTC

TFTC. This is a cute little park. Haven't been into this area yet, so nice to see lots of beautiful homes. Day 20 of 31 days of caching.
Found this one at last with help from a friend. First time we tried to find it, it had been muggled. Next time couldn't find it in the dark. This time coordinates had me far away. But found it with help. Felt silly as it wasn't that hard but couldn't see it for looking. TFTC.
Cool playground, but we had to be quick between muggle walkers.
Needed the hint to find, as coords had us down the path, and closer to the road.
Another nice cache container.

Thanks again

How would have thought it a hippo in the neighbourhood.
I feel certain we will be bringing Granddads little pirates back here.

A quick find of replacement cache and original cache. Signed both and replaced both. No muggles today. TFTC
Our GPS wanted us somewhere different altogether , but used the hint and widened our search area to make the find .

was stuck in Adelaide for an extra night due to car problems, so while I was out with the co & travellingbees, hiding some caches this one was a stop to show off one of there hides to a wee country lad
Getting dark ... teenagers using nearby playground ... I was just about to drive off ... they walked off.
Extended search area and came up with the find.
A nice big cache so left some bigger swaps.
Seek3r-ed and found!

Nice little hide. I love the big canisters which are easy to conceal which you're using in the area Theshattells. Tftc!
Cache found in the last place we looked, which was actually the first place we looked. Don't you love that. Thanks for the cache guys.

I heard a story on the TV the other day about a guy who was actually eaten by a hippo. He spat him out and lived to tell the tale. see: http://grist.org/list/listen-to-this-man-describe-being-almost-eaten-escaping-from-hippo/
Thanks to Theshattells and clear skies from TeamAstro.

Geodaughter found this one, with many people in the area it wasnt easy. First of 3 we found on a nice sunny afternoon without a GPSr as geohusband is away for the weekend and taken it with him. Seems we are so awesome we dont need either! Will post photo of Geodaughter being eaten by hippo. TFTC Theshattells
It's back in place guys and girls. Please hide it exactly like you found it.

After having dinner and snuggled up to daughter for movie night ( in our pjs.) hubby rang as had a notification of a DNF.
So after some convincing. We drove to site (pjs and all ). Only to find this has been muggled . Very disappointed as it has only been under 2 months.
Will replace within the week. Sorry to all

We found the bottle of drink mentioned in previous log (and have removed it) but couldn't find the cache despite having a good rummage around. Gave up due to fading light. Despite a DNF geodaughter had a great time on the playground so still a worthwhile visit
hahaha!! we were searching and searching... then realised we were at the wrong end!! thankyou!!

Needed a cache for the day and since I had not left work until 6.30pm and it was already dark, I decided I needed a close and quick cache to allow me to head home at a decent hour
Managed to locus cache however coords seemed to be out by about 12m with GPSr sitting almost on top of the cache.

A quick and easy find thanks to the hint. We had to laugh though, because right near the cache was an unopened bottle of alcoholic something-or-other. It put a whole new meaning to the phrase "standing around like a stale bottle of p***." Thanks for the hide. Clever containers these, and very good colour to blend into the background, too.
Just as we git cosy. Some one else can have ftf. We'll save it for another day

Another Silver to the Smirchies!!!
Found at 06:00 no one about but when it came to replacing the cache I didn't notice the shady looking muggle sitting off in the distance on a park table! Hopefully they were too busy minding their own business and leave the cache alone! Love the cache container first time I've seen one of these!
