It’s always good to turn a sad face into a smiley, I don’t know how I missed this one last time, but I picked it up relatively quick this time around I got to excited to find this one so I forgot to bring a pen but I’ve got some photos to prove tftc
#2506 stopped on the way down the south coast, grabbed some morning tea from a shop in Helensburgh and had the break sitting at the picnic tables above the pool. After the sustenance walked along the beach on approach headed up for a quick grab
With cache in hand we signed the log and replaced as found. Both the cache and log are in good condition. Thanks for bringing me to the area and thanks for placing the cache Hoojar, Chip & Ding

just one looking a lil out of place. what a great location. tftc. as always a successful day out with wootown.
Catching up with old finds, this one is from 24 May... found while trying to clean up the large amount of unfound caches south of Stanwell Parks. TFTC!
My daughter had moved down to study at Wollongong Uni, and we came for a visit. Stopped off for a couple of caches on the way, which I'm logging in reverse order
And that ends the Easter escapade. Staying just south of here in a holiday letting. Bit of a clamber up the slippery vegetation but I managed not to soil myself (too much). Lovely bit of coastline, pity about the Harleys on Lawrence Hargrave Drive
As others have said, the clue gives it away. Aside from that this is a lovely little beach
Grabbed this one while waiting for Bonfire7.
Nice easy stroll along the beach. TFTC

Found! Both this and the coledale one were empty. We just put a small something in each.
Loved this ones hiding spot!

Found with nissan 65 and mistysoho after completing the new helensburg series. Thanks for the cache
Found with cullum68 on our way back from doing the helensburgh series of puzzles thanks for the cache
Stopped as the parking place and walked up the beach on a beautiful Saturday evening. Did the necessary exercises at GZ to be able to grab the cache.
Thanks for the geocache. Found without too much difficulty - need a bit of agility to get to it
Out today with some fellow geocachers Brewmaker and Delloro to attend the annual GeoTrek and finding some other caches along the way.
Parked nearby and then a short walk along the beach to the cache. Passed some other cachers and muggles along the way. Brewmaker walked up for a quick find. Signed the log and replaced the cache as found. TFTC

Picked up as part of our Geotrek adventure today, not the first finders today, and probably not the last!

Found while participating in a Geotrek event today. A bit slippery the last couple of metres at GZ. Nicely concealed, TNLN thanks.
On our way to the Geotrek with Mikev1 & delloro, we stopped to find this one and saw a couple of other geocachers returning from GZ. Some muggles cleaning up the beach stopped us to ask why everyone was heading up the beach. MV1 explained so maybe there might be some new recruits? Easy find given there is a pen tucked in the rock wall near the cache! TFTC
5/3/17. 11:52 AM. Cache #4821.
12th of 15 finds for the day.
GEOTREK 2017 route took us through Campbelltown, Bradbury, St Helens Park, Gilead, Appin, Cataract, Bulli, Thirroul, Austinmer, Coledale, Wombarra, Scarborough, Clifton, Coalcliff to finish at Stanwell Park. Grabbed caches at most of these locations and finished the day with a CITO in Putney!
For this leg of GEOTREK, **bella at waggy** and I were heading north up Lawrence Hargrave Drive and picking up a few of the "Suburbs of Wollongong" series. Came here after 'Coledale'. Crossed the sand towards GZ just as light rain started to fall. The GZ site was rather slippery, but b@w made it up first and volunteered on the signing job. Once again we noticed we were closely following **jkcourtz**.
We also noticed as we headed back to the car that **delloro**, **Brewmaker** & **Mikev1** were still hot on our heels, as they had been at 'Coledale'. GEOTREK then took us to waypoints at the Clifton School of the Arts and the Sea Cliff Bridge. I took the opportunity to get the "Illawarra Escarpment Sea Cliffs" earth cache, though b@w had already found it. TFTC.

Oh its Friday already and time to head south to work, and a spot of caching.
A beautiful morning with the waves washing in as I made my way GZ'wards. GPSr decided to lock up on approach to GZ so while I rebooted it I decided to make the find before the GPSr became "live" again. And yes I did find it. Signed the log with my own special pen. TFTC Hoojar.

TFTC! quick find thanks to the clue, without it I would have been searching for ages!
Found it! nice little spot and it was a great place to start - my friend and I started at Wombarra today and walked all the way to the Sea Cliff Bridge, finding as many geocaches as possible on the way
We're in town from Canberra as our church is holding its annual workers' conference at Stanwell Tops. We had some free time and decided to find a beach and play French Horn there. Expected to find some geocaches nearby, so we came over here and scrambled to get it. Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for showing us this stunning beach. Phone wasn't being helpful at gz but after looking at hint we had CIH

Thought I would sneak in another one to round the day out. Lucky it was a quick find. Tftc tnln
Another suburb, and another cache. This one included a very nice walk on the windy beach. I really appreciated the view from there, and after a little scrambling in the last few meters, the cache was in hand. Could there be an easier way from the lawn? Didn't go to find out, though, I preferred the beach walk. TFTC!
The good thing about heavy rain is it ensured the beach was void of muggles, even on a Saturday afternoon, making for a hassle-free find. TFTC Hoojar.
Thanks Hoojar for your effort with these caches. Enjoyed them all. a Favorite for your collection. TFTC
TNLN Did spot some cool rocks, drift wood & cuttlefish. Nice spot for rock hopping! The clue saved me a lot of rock turning as I started a little low. TFTC
We left our bikes at the beggining of the beach and walked to coordinates. With the hint this cache was a piece of cake.
Geohub did the deed, my legs not good today, he set off down a rough track in search. If we had gone together along the beach ------ Thanks Hoojar for another find
TFTC. Nice spot.

A trip to the beach is always a good excuse for a cache! This time the geokids and their friend came along and the youngster made his first find! TFTC

Our first cache this morning. We found quickly during a little beach walk. Tftc #3761
A good little afternoon cache, I didn't even think of checking but a fellow cacher clued me in.
A nice, simple hide.
Success a pretty location to with all the shops floating offshore too.

Walked from tunnel vision and got geodad to do the dirty work. There was a guy swimming of the rocks here. What a freak!
I had joined forces with Team Canary for a day of caching on the coast.
Since the Canaries had already found this one, they had a lunch break while I went ahead plunder and find treasures. Never mind the demon dog prancing about below, discouraging me from leaving the hiding place.
Thanks for the cache

My grandfather is buried above this lovely spot.
Today we dodged the wet and cold water to get to GZ for a nice hide. Best of the day!

Easy find; the slide marks gave it away ; while on busy holiday took time to do a couple before leaving. TFTC
A bit slippery to reach this one but quickly located once at the right level.

Out to enjoy Mother's Day with friends, checked out a few caches along the way. A nice walk along the beach, a quick find for Wazza9. Left trackable TFTC

Found after a bit of searching with geohubby and geobro on a beautiful day in Wombarra
Having arrived at the Corrimal Beach caravan park today with DiMorgan and husband Bill we got settled and had a cuppa after our taxing trip from the north to the south side of Sydney. Not sure we took the right route. This afternoon we headed off to enjoy the coastal drive and do a few caches. What beautiful scenery. This one gets a fav point. Thanks to Hoojar
After settling into the caravan park we headed out to find a few caches. We wanted to head north to see the cliff bridge as we have seen it so many times on tele & it looks so spectacular.
Another suburb that we had never heard of, that we now know.
Thanks Hoojar for another great location
