Logs
Well this is a bit of a dilemma. We cache offline & have been on the road for several weeks so the last log we had in our GPSr's was Phetlern's which we worked off. Found the cache (albeit with a little difficulty) & signed the log, only to discover it's since been archived. Is it a legitimate find or is it not? We're going the former as our name is in the logbook but if CO wants to delete he has that option.
Needs archiving as the co is not active, and the damage to the environment around the area of GZ, with in accurate coordinates.
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention.
I am temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 28 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.
If you require more time please be sure to post a note (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require.
For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days to keep everyone up to date or the cache will be treated as an abandoned cache and archived without further notice.

we read the previous logs, and as the cache seems to be on the unstable footings. we were not prepared to clamber and destroy any more of the environment. As the Co hasn't been active since March 2014, maybe this cache should be archived.
We wandered down this way for a week away with the family (fraggle_rock, T-Rex05 and Hotwheels07). Plenty of new hides which was nice. TFTC
Found while family were getting some fish.
Someone had decided to hide it out in the open on the mud slide 10m from GZ.
Rehid in the stump at GZ

A relatively short, but none the less, interesting drive today, from Sale to Bateman’s Bay. We saw many changes to the territory we last visited around forty years ago. What a delightful little cove. We found the log by SKI Pair extremely helpful in locating the cache which is in need of some TLC.
Thanks to rikschnabel for the hunt.

This cache appears to be in need of owner attention.
Incorrect co-ordinates are causing seeker to climb up a fragile cliff area and damaging the sourounding environment. Satelites today had our GZ 9m east of where we found the cache located.

We read the description and the hint. Unfortunately, either because the cache has been relocated or the stump has disintegrated, the hint didn't help us and today the coords had us elsewhere. We spent quite a while scrambling up and down the cliff face before our geo-knowledge enabled us to find this one. Maybe the CO needs to check it out.

new hidy hole collapsed but not where my gps took me, although i did spot it from there. This cache may need maintenance...
Found the contents of the cache scattered on the beach below. I replaced it where I think it goes. Nice little beach to walk on too
Cords off but just get to GZ and admire the view and fauna around you. Went hunting all around GZ but finally saw cache short distance away when about to give up. Picked up some cutle fish bone for my daughters bird from the beach. Tftc
Walk along the beach was nice time to spend with family skipping stones, easyish to find (third find of the day)
I absolutely love Eden, one of my favourite places in the world. So whenever I get the chance I love to visit even though it's not all that often. This cache was saved away in the GPSr as a must do and even though it was not easy to get to or find, we were able to claim a smile on this one.
Thanks for the fun rikschnabel

Great day to find a cache. GPS co-ords didn't quite get us there but found it in the end. Wow what a climb
Forth for the day of biking around Eden. Quick somewhat easy find, Nut/House are right not the best cache if your fat, it took me a couple of goes but I got up the climb. Tftc. Tnlnsl.
Checked the most likely spot and a few places a lot higher up than what felt safe with no joy, probably needs a check by the owner.
Found it! Wouldnt be easy for non abled/older geocachers... A bit of a climb up the hill... But a nice walk with the family on holiday from cold Vic!
Mountain goat mr RedcrowX got this one while mrs RedcrowX spotted some dolphins. TFTC
Mountain Goat Mark climbed up for this one as I was wearing thongs.
Easy to retrieve ... Not so easy to replace!
Co-or were out.
Beach reminded me of England.
We took the special "Why so young" travel bug and will take to Bali with us in Sept so Janette gets to see more of the world x

I should have read that and more closely as I had a Merry scramble along the cliffs. Found it in the end, but the four star terrain rating was well earned. Tftc. Left two TBs
The Moose climbed all over the place here, as the GPS had us 8m from the hide. Precariously placed when he grabbed it, he didn't fall thankfully! Thanks for bringing us here and for the cache.
After some climbing we found the Box. Nice view from here across the beach. TftC!
That one had us stumped. Grabbed it with a stick then had to work out how to get it back . Very funny stuff watching my husband trying to climb
We are not young enough to climb the hill. We found the spot but not the cache.
I saw it from the beach but took some planning on how to get there. Succeeded after a couple of attempts. TFTC
Two day trip to Merimbula with Sol de lune. In an attempt to escape the Canberra heat and do a bit of caching we headed down the coast. Much nicer and a fun night camping. This cache provided a bit of a challenge, but with the help of cathylmorgan's coords, it was eventually located, then it was just a matter of getting it without further destroying the cliff. Thanks.

A neat little area....took a few minutes to find the cache, but after reading previous logs all was good.
Thanks for the cache.....and showing us the wharf area.....

Terrain is definitely a 3 as the access is very slippery (and dangerous?). The cove itself is beautiful and a lovely location for a cache. Tftc
I certainly needed to read the logs - I should have done it before I climbed to the first spot. Thanks rikschnabel.
Found after a rather arduous search with daryllm123. The co- rods we found it at are
S37 04.229. E149 54.39 (10m west of listed coords )
Thanks for the fun! Daryllm123 left some blood behind after falling/sliding down the hill!!

Not often I end up bleeding to get a cache co ords a bit out Cathy added new averaged cache for you TFTC
Co ords not that far out once I sat down and examined them with the wind and bouncing off the cliff face night have been throwing them out the average I took was S37 04.230 E149 53.401 so not a great deal of difference
Found easily enough, no camouflage don't know whether from the recent weather or not. Dropped off butterfly trackable. TFTC
Was not at stump anymore. Found while goeaching with geocousins on holiday nearby. This log was still on an old GPS, hence the late update. TFTF
Was not at stump anymore. After a bit of climbing all around the expected GZ, was found nearby with an attempt to hide.
On a trip down to Eden with Rockfinders and thought as the weather was not the best would go for a few geocaches with the geokids. This one was about 6m off where both of our GPS indicated. Dropped off a TB also. TFTC
Out on a long-weekend-long caching adventure with BatgirlandCo.
This one took some scrambling and driving around to find, but once we'd worked it out, an easy find. TFTC!

Heading back into Eden after a wonderful day spent around Green Cape with Doppelfrog. Made for a nice evening stroll along the beach.
This would have been a nice quick find, but we spent quite a while searching for skimming stones on the beach! Once we'd had enough of that, the cache was quickly in hand. Nice camo, not quite where we expected!
Took the geocoin, left bernadette bear TB. SL TFTC! 4 out of 4 for today's caches, woohoo!

Not as hard as we thought it would be. A nice hide. Tftc. Took chick left letting. Also dropped off geocoin.
WooHoo... This is my 2nd attempt on this cache and today I am successful... TFTC...
Found it but was a right tricky one after reading the other logs l went scrambling all over the place expecting it to be a lot harder than it was. I was getting close to giving up than spotted it on the way down it was a bit off were my GPS was taking me hey but that's caching. I got the in the end. Tnln tftc.
Well this certainly IS a snug cove, isn't it. Was worried about the muggles but set off and had a lovely walk to an area that was pretty well away from inquisitive eyes. I sent mr 2max up the hill for a climb, I'd worked out GZ from below but had fun pointing to a different area and telling him it was "up there!" He wasn't impressed Loved the little stroll across the pebbles. SL TFTC
As the sun was disappearing we almost left this one for later, however at the last minute decided to have a quick look. What a *&^*%!! Don't tell me Bugbear has to climb up there! Oh well here we go. Some minutes and some considerable effort later I declared I had had enough - this cache was too hard. On the way down I spied something I should have seen some minutes earlier - made a grab (sort of - required a flick with a stick) at 1705 hrs, just while there was a smidgen of light left. Regretfully I had made an interesting climb. Took nothing and left a ladybug. Thanks rikschnabel. Now for a rest .....
Found whilst cleaning up a few caches around Eden. Cache was exposed, probably due to the rain and looked as though it might slip down. TNLN, Thanks
Interesting to get to off you pick the hard way! Found with littlemerpip and lagavullin3. Thanks guys for the help!
Getting dangerous due to slipping soils.. Original contents..suggest it be moved.
This one was next in our Eden run before heading back to Melbourne after the Bega Rally. This was a bit of a team effort - after walking along the "beach" (almost english with the coarse sand!) ollave took the high road, I was in the middle and lagavullin3 the low. It was the low road that found the cache this time. Really nice place here, thanks to rikschnabel fro this one.
Out this way for work so a little side tour to pick up a cache or two, the sun was setting and it was getting dark so I had to try and find it fast !! What a pretty spot.. Hhmmm in high heel a retrieval was made. : ). TFTC
A good hide but trying to climb with thongs is silly but got eventually TFTC rikschnabel
Found with gandpfarrow whilst visiting us in the area

Second attempt on a wet and blustery old day. Thanks to sapphcoast for making it achievable. Tftc
I spent a fair bit of time searching the area and finally found it but had to use a long stick to bring it lower, after slipping down the steep incline due to very loose gravel a few times. it was about 5 M west from the gps setting, and I retrieved the cache with the aid of a stick, in the interests of safety I relocated it a further 1 metre lower down, it can be be retrieved by the use of a stick, and recovered easily now. TFTC NTNL FTF
Are you sure this is where you say it is and not moved to somewhere else? After 30mins we gave up, this must be a really tricky hide. JenneG & Budgy
Had to give up on this one after much blood, sweat and jeers. Did I mention blood? Hope someone finds it to prove I wasn't wasting my time (and bark). Must be more than 2 stars if it is at those coordinates.
Pretty keen to find this one since no one else seemed to have gone for it. However sadly not for us today. We searched high and low, in fact I wouldn't recommend geokids trying climbing the cliff at this point, its fairly loose under foot. Looks like FTF will be someone else's.
I have removed the web address. Are there any other things I need to do to get this cache live as it is a beautiful and bountiful picturesque spot?
Kind Regards
