This cache was an easy must do as I walked out to here not long after arriving in yack.My goal was just sussing out how to get at the under gz cache over yonder which looked mighty interesting. So sometime late afternoon I marched myself to here and further on somewhat of a scouting mission.Cache was found quickly due to spot on coordinates so I kept on exploring new areas. Cool distillery/brewery nearby i had to pass by walking. Thanks BettyBoo3747 for highlighting this funky letterbox with a geocache so we can see it too. Here's a probably upside down picture of it now.
Out on a girls weekend, Beechworth 2023, and who could help the pull of some caches in the area. TFTC. Beautifully placed!
Thank goodness I found one. Haven’t had a lot of luck here and the native magpies are none too friendly. Nice easy hide tftc
Called past today and dried and cleaned the cache. Removed manky log book and left new log book and pencil in a fresh plastic bag. All good to be found.
Great work out to find this one. Thanks for the cache. It was found on the ground and the contents including note book were wet - I couldn't sign it sorry
Nice cache a little easy to find I think it might have moved hiding places? Great trading opportunity though, tftc
Camping nearby for the long weekend and definitely noticed some interesting letterboxes around! TFTC
One more before grabbing dinner. I don’t have too many left around Yack to grab, great to tick another straightforward find off. TFTC
This was the second day of the trip to Albury and beyond with Kitty Katch and Joolay. The whole trip was based on one cache and we did the walk for that first. We then went to a nearby area and found a series of Puzzle caches that had been solved before heading on the fun drive home up the Hume Highway. It was a rushed trip, but we achieved what we set out to do and had a great time.
Once were finished with the puzzles in the pine forest, it was time to head home. As were driving past, we had to stop here, and it was a quick find before we got going again.
Thanks for the cache BettyBoo3747

Quick pickup after doing the Nutty November caches. Heading home now.
Kittykatch wanted a cache with a particular DT combo so we hatched a plan to head down to the area and pick it up with Albida. I wanted one of the Nutty Novembers so madly set about solving them. I managed most but had to have help with some and a lot of help with one.
We were in my Nissan X-trail and I was hoping it would not be too hectic. A bit more clearance would have helped and I did hyperventilate a few times with some of the roads and I think there are a few dings underneath but mostly handled it ok. Fabulous weather, good company and no flat tyres.
Thanks for getting me out and about BettyBoo3747

Day off today so decided to grab the bike and head to Yakandandah for the day. My main aim for the day was to complete the ''Yak Track'' series. I wasn't sure how successful I was going to be due to the amount of rain and flooding at the moment, however happy to say I completed the whole series some were quite tricky due to water levels.
First cache for the day, a quick park and grab. I've driven past this one before not sure why I didn't grab it. A nice letterbox ! tftc!

Fun, adventure, travel, history, geology, mental stimulation, social gatherings, support and friendship are just some of the elements of geocaching.
Out and about enjoying the opportunity to grab a few caches, yours being one of those I targeted on my journey today. Thanks ??
Thanks BettyBoo3747 (F=18497 H=498) for placing this cache and adding to our game.

The last geo cache find for the day. A quick and easy park & grab. The letterbox art was great.
I collected the “Alex goes to Madagascar” trackable. TFTC

Riding part of the new track along the gorge and we came out onto the road right at this corner. Decided I might as well check the cache. All in good order and provided a bit of camouflage for it.

To celebrate my birthday, Mrs. Dozzie and I drove down from Sydney to Albury to spent a few days exploring the area, including Rutherglenn, Beechworth and Yackandandah. Of course a few caches had to be added to the program, including a few along the Hume highway.
After visiting the nearby whisky distillery this cache was a must-do. Easy find!

Found while enjoying an Easter break up in the North East.
Stunning weather and a really nice area to explore.
We found the cache safely hidden away.
The letterbox is looking like it needs a paint touch up soon but still cool.
Thanks for the hide here.

After a morning mountain bike riding thought we'd check for caches. Kids liked the mailbox and took some convincing that the cache wasn't at the mailbox

First cache of the day today as Stemicmitsar and I go to the starting way point of the nearby 4WD wherigo. Whilst admiring the nearby letterbox art as the name demonstrates the cache was soon in hand. Thanks for the cache and for showing us this bizarre letterbox.
*Found on the 17 Jan 2021 @ 6:49 am.*
*Cache find # 11329.*
After camping the night just down the road, we were heading back into town to have a look at the 4X4 wherigo cache, we soon found ourselves back here again shortly after.
The cache was spotted quickly as it was upside down on the ground out in the open not sure where it should be, replace at base.
**Thanks to BettyBoo3747 for placing this cache.**

In the area to do the 4x4 whereigo but always time to grab a quick drive by. Thanks for the cache and the smile.
Day five of Beechworth camping road trip with Papi4506, Geoturtle37 & RoamingHowie, working our way through various must-dos.
About to start a 4x4 adventure, but a quick find here first.

Out for a ride in the mountain bike park. Made a little detour to get this cache. Another great letterbox.
First cache stop on a big maintenance run today. Removed broken container and mushy contents. New container, log book and pencil now in place. All good to be found.
What an awesome letter box!
Unfortunately the cache was broken and contents wet, and more unfortunate wr haf nothing to replace with

TFTF. This cache needs maintenance as the lid is cracked and is letting in moisture.
Today was a good day a little overcast and we had a plan to do a particular cache today however it did not come off but we did enjoy what we did further on that later but this was a stop after we failed to collect the intended cache but at least the daily streak continues.
Thanks BettyBoo3747 for bringing us here to collect a smiley and see some interesting art nearby.

Left Adelaide heading for the V8's at Winton, what a better way to seek a few Yellow faces along our route.
Some have been interesting as others not so, but without having a go we wouldn't have been brought to those special places in the Geocaching World.
Thank to the CO for maintaining these hides and getting us out of the car.

Quick park n grab while in the area visiting a friend. There's some unusual houses around here! SL and replaced as found. Tftc BettyBoo3747
Lapun and I knew of this and another 2 caches in the area. With a warm afternoon and some time to spare, we decided to take both our 4x4's up the tracks. Thanks so much "L" for placement of this cache.
After a week in the Albury/Wodonga area on a school holiday escape from Melbourne, it was time to return home via Beechworth.
A quick morning tea in Yackandandah and then back on our caching way.
Mrs P was picking random caches on the way to Beechworth, and this is one of the ones she picked.
Thanks for the cache BettyBoo3747.

I think we've been passed here heaps of times but never never looked for this cache. Heading out to the forest to look for a few more caches
As we drove through the area today we stopped to pick up letterbox art caches, and to, of course, admire the letterbox art. I love the way people go all out with the letterboxes in rural areas. There is nothing more boring than the city rows of same old same old letterboxes. Thank you for placing this series BettyBoo3747
Went past an interesting house on the way to this cache. Looked like it was made from tanks. Quickly found the container. Lovely letterbox. TFTC
