A great day of adventuring with Aussie Sparkie. Thanks to all the cache owners for their great work hiding and maintaining these caches for us to enjoy!
Off on our little adventure to YP. Found all caches today. Found with Erine14! Thanks for the Cache!
After a 7 day river Murray cruise it was back in the car. A quick find thanks to hint. Tftc
Headed to Port Wakefield for the day to do the new section of the Abandoned Railway Sidings and hopefully reach the 4,000 milestone. Picked up some on the way and also some more of Postman Pat Mail Road Trail. TFTCQuick find after mugglers had left.
A nice quick find to fill another gap in the cache the calender challenge! Thank you to Dazzatron for creating and maintaining this cache . Nice work
Accurate coordinates made this a quick find , all's good at gz . Thanks for the cache Dazzatron
We are visiting Adelaide and Port Augusta for a quick holiday week. Today was the big travel day. We flew, found a few caches in Adelaide and a few on the way to Port Augusta.Quick find. Love the mural we could see on the pub down the road. May not have seen it if we had just driven through and not stopped for the cache.
After a morning picking up caches in and around Glenelg and attending the CITO in ST Clair I headed back to where Id finished last night to complete the Unicorn.I also wanted to pick up a few specific caches to close out a challenge cache I was working on.All caches where found in good condition and logs signed and returned to there resting places.A big thanks to the cache owner for making this piece of Geoart available to be found.Cheers
Well after a whirl wind tour of Tasmania to help with 3 challenges that Im working on, I got back in late Tuesday night then packed the Geowagon and headed off to SA early Wednesday morning to attend the Leap Year Mega and to also tick off some LGAs along the way as well.Well after crossing the border the other day and staying in Millicent, Wellington, Cape Jervis, Kingscote and Im now in Adelaide for a week.Well it is half way through Mega week for me and I have had a lot of fun with lots Apollo caches along the way.So after being with Roaming Howie for a day of LGAs and other caches on Monday. Then a day up north with GARP (Gemma, ahomburg, Roaming Howie and Posums) yesterday for the Premiers of South Australia series and the Its a small world series yesterday. Now its time to head even further North for The Sad Fisher series, part of Postman Pats Mail Run series and for some of the Gone Fishn series as well.GemmaSistema joined me again as my navigator and we met up with The Tritonz, Roaming Howie and TheBelgainKet at Port Wakefield. So off we went and it was getting hot and dusty and thank goodness for the aircon in the Geowagon and there was also plenty of banter over the 2 ways along the way.We found all of the caches that we looked for in good condition. We arrived a bit early so we went looking for this one and after a brief search the cache was soon located and we added our names to the log. Thanks Dazzatron TFTC.
Quick find with Posums on a caching run up this way. Thanks for the fun and adventure.
Day 2 of my Great Leap Forward 2024 trip. Snaking my way around the countryside. Easy find, not easy to get the logbook out. Had to resort using a tott. TFTC *Found with [Geooh GO](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobiltal.geoohGO)*
Heading towards the Yorke Peninsula. Visited this small town to grab the AdLabs and any other caches that I came across.A quick find while I had some lunch. Although it was a bit windy.TFTC
Easy, apart from getting the log out!Collecting some smiles on some letterbox caches and wherever I stop today.Sandyofthesea and I are supporting a crazy running mate (@curlyrunsnz) who has run the length of NZ, Tassie and has got to Adelaide. Today, his aim is Port Wakefield to Lochiel and his goal is Darwin.Dazzatron, I found Easy Edward today. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.* * * * * * *SAs Leap Year Event - GCA1DNA - keep the date free - 29th February 2024. Keep looking up!
Found it! Didnt find it on the first lap around GZ so decided to get a Birds Eye view. There it is! Cache found and log signed. #490 TFTC!Today was a successful day of geocaching by myself with the aim of reaching 500 finds. First find was at 7am, last one at 5pm and a total of 45 finds for the day. Weather started off stormy so I set off in the direction of the clear skies and ended up picking up caches from Hamley Bridge through to Nantawarra and back through Port Wakefield. Could hear thunder in the distance for most of the day but only had one brief storm pass over in Owen. Lots of impassable, muddy roads were encountered after so much rain in the last 4 days.
Im in SA for a work trip and decided to grab a couple while out and about. Travelling between Adelaide, Woomera, port Augusta and Roxby Downs. Plenty to see. Ill be back next year for the Great Leap Forward event. Looking forward to that. Many thanks to Dazzatron for placing and maintaining Easy Edward. I found it, I signed it, and put it back as found.
Found it after a bit of searching since we were short we had to jump up to find it, thanks for the cache
Found it after a bit of searching. Being a bit short had to jump to find it. Thanks for the cache.
Last week I went west, this week I’m heading north.
The amount of times I’ve stopped in this town for fuel, but never ventured off the main drag. Today that changed. Today I walked around the back streets learning about the history of this old town.

We are staying in Adelaide for a week and todays rele catch up isnt till the evening so we decided we would go looking for Painted Silos etc. GMelb had done a PQ of the area and the first cache to appear on the car GPS was The Triangle about 30km out of town so we had stopped there to find that cache ...... We then headed here and started looking at the gorgeous Street art etc when GMelb discovered he no longer had the GPS!!! So he had to drive all the way back there!! We stayed in Port Wakefield and wandered up and down the street taking photos of the Stobie Poles! He was back in no time at all and we had just started looking for this cache so he joined in and found it. From then on it was Glasses check, Keys, check, Bag check .... GPS CHECK!! lol

The Solstice souvenir challenge and the Wheel of Challenges “Out and About” challenge (the Hard Level – finds on 20 different days during June). And we’re filling our calendar for 2023.
Target: Port Wakefield.
Spent the afternoon finding caches – exploring the township that we’ve usually skirted on the way to other places. Had a fabulous time. The weather was quite cool and very windy.
Waited for the tourist muggles to leave before making the find.

What an interesting park. Love the mosaic wall...there are so many talented artists. Was not as quick a find as wanted due to some cache creep. Replaced as per hint. TFTC
Found with tassie expat while exploring this interesting area. Found not where it was supposed to be so we put it back in accordance with the clue. Thanks for placing it.
It’s wet and miserable in Adelaide this morning so no bike ride for me……..instead, why not head North for a day trip and see what caches I can find along the way. At least there’s some blue sky and a bit of sunshine peeking through
A quick find, stamp and return here today

JTreeTrack2 and Dromaniax decided that the long weekend represented a perfect opportunity to cache South Australia. After work was over for the day, it was a case of packing the fill-in geomobile, the Black Squid and hitting the road Jack. We won't be back until we have found around 500 caches.
We have prepared well for the weekend with plenty of target caches in our sights. We are looking for old, large, and virtual caches and all the while intending to increase our average D and T for finds.
Most of our logs will be generic, as there will be many of them.
We thank all cache owners for their time and effort in creating caches for our entertainment. Unless otherwise specified, we found all caches in great condition.
Thank you from Dromaniax and JTreeTrack2.
Signed all caches as JTT2 DX.

Easy? Sure was. A quick find as there was another nearby with a similar hide. Found with Karyn71 during a road trip up to the Southern Flinders Ranges. TNLN. Cheers.
Quick find by Chookster on a beautiful sunny day, on our road trip. Now off to the bakery!
Thanks for the hint, we found it quickly. We wonder what is being buried beneath the rock, will know in 5 years!
I love a cache that lives up to its name.
