I'd headed to Melbourne on the 5th May for a weekend stay to see Priscilla: Queen of the Desert CoolSmile
Instead there was a mammoth change in my plans when the Corolla suddenly needed new brakes Surprised [xx(] which led to needing new tyres Surprised[^] which led to needing a new wheel bearing Surprised[xx(]Sad
So a weekend turned into almost 3 full weeks and my HUGE thanks to the very patient and tolerant kmace who not only provided accommodation for myself but also for Rex [:X]Smile[:X]
Having your home invaded by a rabid geocacher Razz who gets irritated when they have no car to go and find caches because it is in the workshop [xx(]Wink and a pup who shreds his toys all over the house is not an easy ask for a day or two: let alone 20 odd days! SurprisedRed Face[:X]
Rex also loved the beaches and the seagulls so there were many walks on the beach, some in pouring rain and gusting winds but that's what being a dog owner is about [^]Wink
During this time some fantastic caches were found SmileCool and some adventures occurred Big Grin[^]CoolWink
My thanks to all of the COs for the fun Big Grin and the finds Smile[^]

1 Sad DNF and 2 Smile cache finds today on the 19th day of the trip.
Managed to get a cache that sounded almost impossible for me to get Cool but again DNFd a previous DNF Sad

I'd ignored this cache most of the time while I was in thia area but then a few nights previously I'd decided to try it anyway.
Then I saw the slope and gave up as sore knees would not have managed it[xx(][)]Sad
Tonight I felt better and made my way to GZ where I quickly had the cache in hand and SL Smile
Now that's done, I'm being like the cache and NOT hanging around RazzWink

###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###

----------

This cache is carrying a maintenance log which needs to be addressed by the cache owner.

The guidelines advise that the CO should make regular visits to check on the cache as well as promptly address any logs that indicate that the cache requires some attention. You need to disable the cache if you cannot attend to it promptly - I have disabled it this time.

**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days**

If you cannot respond to the situation as requested, please add a note to the cache page detailing the situation **and providing an actual date when you expect the situation to be resolved.** This is to allow others to understand the what is happening - as well as - to prevent the cache from being de-listed as abandoned.

Have a read of the [Geocache Maintenance guideline](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) which explain a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported.

**And don't forget,** once you have addressed the issue, post both an "Owner Maintenance" log, see here; [Removing the Needs Maintenance Icon](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and an "Enable Listing" log, see here; [Temporarily Disable and Enable ](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) to get your cache up and running again.

I want to thank you for the time that you have taken to contribute to geocaching in the past and am looking forward to seeing this cache up and running in the future.

Very quiet path as lucky found it. Log paper looked bit burnt and no lid. Thanks Jordan white for the cache.

08-Apr-18
Out and about tonight driving my younger brother around as he and his mates have a couple friendly drinks together as all younger adults do. But with him pleading for me to drive him home as "I am cheaper than an uber". Eitherway with that in mind i thought that I would go and do some night time caching north of frankston. Being a relatively untouched area by me I thought why the hell not.

Similar situation as the previous finder no cache to be found but I seemingly found a scrap of log book to sign..... still counts right if the log is signed...... anyways thanks for the cache even if it is in pieces.

02-Apr-18
The container is gone. I only found tiny little fragments of log paper in the grass, one of which I wrote "A" on in red permanent marker.
TFTC.

After 20 mins of searching all over the place -and a gps that was not very helpful we gave this a miss...

22-Jun-16
Had some time to kill after work before I headed off to Hampton for my monthly book club meeting. I had passed by many times in the last year on the highway or the freeway but today was a great opportunity to check out a few caches near to the Patterson River. After two finds nearby I walked on to this one. Approached the structure in question and started to look around nearby. Had to wait for a dog walker to pass but once I got sufficiently stuck in I was rewarded with spotting this tricky hide. Took nothing, left nothing, singed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the cache jordan white.

FINALLY!!!! FOUND IT!!!!!!!
How many times have I come to this place looking for this cache..... 4 times or was it 5?
As far as cache locations go this is my least favorite and maybe the reason I gave up several times. But this morning, nice and early I gave it another go. But in all fairness I was given another hint. So glad to have turned this into a smiley. At the end of the day this cache is not even a hard hide. I'll put it down to the location. TFTC

Out with my geocache buddy determined to find two caches that I had previously given up on. I was about to walk away again from this one. I decided to take one more look after rereading an earlier log and there it was for me to grab. I quickly signed the log before being discovered by a muggle and replaced as I had found.

09-Apr-16
Very sneaky cache jumped up and jumped down no luck then looked a tad deeper and got it

Yep it's really here all right. Just stay away from the wasps and diarrhoea strain and you'll find it eventually

21-Feb-16
This was found after quite a long search - the wasps were a bit off-putting. Thanks for the cache with a view.

30-Jan-16
Very sneaky indeed! Xx

28-Jan-16
I was heading back from Frankston towards home and needed a cache for the day so stopped off here. Fairly quiet and after a fair bit of searching I had the cache in hand.
Thanks Jordan white for the cache, the hunt and the fun.

What's in its name we did a little hanging around to sign the log. Thanks jorden white FTC.

22-Mar-15
Not sure about the name but we found the cache after a bit of searching, the gps just did not want to settle down, thanks for the cache.

22-Mar-15
We spent a fair bit of time searching for this one, but it turned out to be an average hide by a random box on the side of the path. TFTC.

16-Mar-15
Today I was 5 out of 5 on caches searched for, and this one was the toughest and the best! Recently I moved to Bonbeach from the western suburbs so this is the first group of caches I've found. This one is well hidden, and as a previous cacher noted, is definitely worth the 3-star rating. TFTC

24-Jan-15
Suscoe's 22nd find of 32 for today as we wandered this area in the very good company of our mate Bushfire.
An early start from home got us here in good time and a beaut day emerged with lots of sun and a pleasant breeze blowing in from Port Phillip Bay.
This one took us a while as the sats had us between two locations.
Finally we settled in for a session and eventually the well hidden cache was found.
Signed and returned,
Thanks to Jordan white for placing this cache here.

24-Jan-15
After a lot of planning it was decided that we would attempt to find all the caches between the Mordialloc Creek and the Patterson River today which we archived with the exception of one where diners were sitting a couple of metres from GZ and were watching what we were up to.
Leaving Geelong at 7.30 we were caching up here with my good caching buddies the suscoe's an hour and a half later. As Ross has stated this was our 22nd find and we ended up with 32 finds for the day and no DNF's except for the one we decided to give a miss to as described above.
We have turned the corner and now heading back towards Geelong.
I don't know why the title of just hanging means I am still here or hanging which it is not.
Very difficult to spot and deserves it's three stars difficulty.

03-Jan-15
Found it, hard to find look very Carefully

Not sure if it decided tohang around

28-Sep-14
It wasn't really hanging... but we found the cache nevertheless. Here in the company of quiet1_au and GJMMelb today. TFTC

28-Sep-14
Found with Lochb and Quiet1_au. We spent a while looking over the obvious object. There were not too many people around to slow our search. I decided to check for a particular type of hide. Q eventually made the find of the type I had expected. Thanks Jordan White.

28-Sep-14
Second visit here, this time with lochb and G' of GJMMelb. I checked the same places without luck again then seeing G' was checking some different places, I had a look in the same type of hiding spot and uncovered the cache... Not sure how we missed it last time - probably paid too much attention to the cache name...

21-Sep-14
Smile nice quick find. Tftc

22-Jun-14
Went to the obvious spot, don't rely on gps. Still had to search hard. Great cache container

07-Jun-14
We found this cache today at 1:40pm as number 5 of 19 on our Follow the Freeway Saturday Afternoon. a relatively quick find compared to other cachers experiences. Note that there are still needs maintenance logs on this cache. Thanks from D & H B-A.

Find #642

Out on a lunch break caching run near the river, found 4 of the 5 attempted. This was third stop and after looking at the logs and seeing some DNFs every few logs thought it may prove to be a hard one. With low muggle numbers a logical search turned up an interesting cache container so i signed the log and made my way back to the car to move onto the next spot. Tftc

10-Feb-14
Well, this was nearly a DNF. The GPS had me in the grass about 8 metres from the obvious structure, a reasonable search of which had come up empty-handed. A PAF did the trick and in the end I hadn't looked hard enough.

11-Jan-14
# 7277 Found on a last trip around town before heading north again.
Not many muggles around here today, and much better weather as well.
Had me thinking for a minute, but it is still safely in place.
Thanks for the cache Jordan white,

Found within a couple of minutes. Great little cache! Stormy day today so no muggles in sight Smile TFTC.

01-Oct-13
Out for a short time during work and i had enough time to pick up a few caches. I had just completed 2 nearby caches and thought I might as well have a captain cook.
I arrived at the cache location and thankfully parked nearby as the rain was looming and a long walk was not a good idea.
I arrived at the GZ and looked at the first spot, and happily discovered the cache. I signed the log and took a few photos, before re-hiding the cache and heading back to work.
Cache is in good condition and coordinates were pretty good on the iPhone.
Our thanks to Jordan White for the cache.
