Was in the area as the mini-cachers are camping close by with their youth group and it was visitors day today.
Took me a few minutes to find the right item in the hint and then a few more moments to actually locate the cache.
Thanks for the cache.

Pity they don't make these containers anymore. Like them better than the packets. Another nice view. Tftc
Awesome winter day for a bit of country drive after climbing the Hakiriamatas.
Nice little parking spot just before cache.

I had to be in Hamilton for work, so I thought I would try to grab some easy caches on the way, or with a slight detour. Thanks.
Headed south today to take advantage of the weather. An enjoyable day picking up a few caches in the Rangiriri/Huntly area. We enjoyed driving some back country roads in the North Waikato. Parked alongside GZ for a nice quick find here - TFTC!
Out and about today, making my way South via the back roads, enjoying some cache detection. I made my way along Highway 22, making a small detour to check out the old family farm, before turning onto Hetherington Rd. Parked up nice and close to GZ. Crossed the road and after checking a few spots the cache was soon in hand. This one seems to be holding up better. Nice view of the surrounding farmland from up here. Cheers for the cache placement!
The boys and I were given the task of getting the cache for the day after school before the All Whites played Portugal. It probably wasn't the smartest move trying to get this cache with the Fieldays on as we got caught in traffic in Taupiri. The cache was a quick find with the assistant of Mr 6 while Mr 3 had a snooze in the back of the car. TFTC
A road trip over the long weekend to pick up some lonely caches to finally finish our GIO licence.
Fifth find for the day and another quick find.

8.50am - On a trip to Port Waikato to collect a few caches, not the most direct way to get there. Quick easy find. SLTFTC
Another grand adventure with Gap (of Fap and Gap). We hope to rack up as many caches as we can, and put them toward our current GIO License Challenge. Today, we head to North-West Waikato to tackle some of the most isolated, far-flung caches I've ever seen. A big drive that will take us from Port Waikato to Raglan Harbour, and everywhere in between... And the weather is going to make this ride interesting.
The morning sky was grey and overcast, not the sort of weather to offset the good views of the surrounding farms and lakes. However, we found the coordinates to be spot on. Thanks for bringing us here and TFTC.

Once again geocaching had brought me to an unknown road with spectacular rural views. Definitely one for the favourites!
Collecting some lonely caches today and took the drive out. Enjoyed the view.TFTC
A short walk up the hill from where I was staying to find this cache. REALLY pleased to see the area has some caches TFTC
It was a little hazy today so the views were not quite like they could have been.
+ a marble, - nothing.

Decided to take the long way to Auckland and grab a few caches along the way. Quick park and grab. TFTC
A quick find while out collecting some caches. Never been in the area so it was great exploring.
I am playing that silly game of trying to fill the 366 days of my caching calendar. Sometimes it is darn inconvenient like today. Finished work just before 6 pm and decided to head up here. Of course the downside is that views at night are limited to the distant lights of Huntly.
Many thanks

Quickly located on a slight diversion heading home from work. The rain had set in so didn't stick around to enjoy the views

Had to resist a FTF so I could fill in a dot day, but after 2 days and no one rushing out for a FTF I took an easy drive after work.
Great views and a nice quite country road
