Found with the Parko's and seirra1 while on a day trip to bundy. Had a pretty good idea of what this cache was about as we have used the same type of thing in the past, I still enjoyed it though. All is good with the cache. TFTC The Griffin's 4.

In the area with other cachers doing a maintenance run and we decided to have a go at this one. Spotted the cache quickly and as we had come prepared retrieved the log and after we all had signed the container was replaced in it's hide. Well done The Griffin's 4. TFTC

While chatting with seirra1 last week, he let me know of a planned trip to Bundy he was making for some business he needed to attend to as well as some cache maintenance while he was there.

My arm was twisted every which way, so of course the Parko's decided to tag along for the ride Wink

We had a lovely walk in the nature reserve and decided to do this one while we were here.

seirra1 found what we were looking for and had the cache in hand in no time.

Thanks The Griffins's 4 Big Grin

Quick find at 0930. Arrived at the parking area and there was a car parked with a man seated in the drivers seat with the door open and he looked like he had slept there. Down across the creek turned right and followed the compass for about 300m. Soon saw what I was looking for. I have found a few of these now and one of the last ones I found it payed to have four hands so I took some manufactured material just in case this one was a four hander as well. I always take my camel back with me as I do drink a lot even on hikes less that 1k. No problem retrieving the container. Good hide considering the Camo you used. Looked right past it at first but the GPSr was telling me not to move. Good pleasant walk to and from with no other persons on the track and the nice bird song.

From the parking area next to the flush loos with no taps, I set off to find this cache Razz
Should have read the cache notes a bit more carefully Red Face
At GZ the cache was an easy find, but alas I was woefully unprepared for a logbook retrieval Red Face

So back to the geomobile for some supplies I ran Smile

10 minutes later and I quickly assembled my preferred rig for this type of cache retrieval Smile

It didn't involve water or sticks Wink
But where there is a cache there is a way Big Grin

TFTC, Gaffa tape is a great invention Razz

We enjoyed walking in the Nature Reserve, seeing the prickly mosses out and finding this cache. Have seen this type of cache before but must admit yours works extremely well. TFTC The Griffin's 4 and the enjoyment of obtaining it.

Guessed what we were looking for here correctly and came prepared. The container was quickly extracted and signed. The problem came when we released the substance needed to retrieve the cache. To get this one I had sat the GPS and my notes for the caches in this area on the ground and I think you can guess where all that stuff went! Thanks but duh on my part.

Our last day in Bundaberg, before heading north in the caravan.
Had a run around town to grab some caches, after visiting the Bundaberg factory.
Found this one in good condition and well hidden.
Carried in 4kg of product, which was way too much.
A pleasant walk in nice bushland.
Thanks for the cache, The Griffin's 4.

Happy to be 2nd in the log. The gps was playing silly buggars here as usual but cache was soon found when it settled down, loved the hide and glad you told us to take water, extraction would have been interesting otherwise. TFTC Griffin's 4!!! Happy also to have found the Meadowvale Trail munzee while we were here as I couldn't find it last time. Oh by the way the old fella is still there who was there like 2 or 3 weeks ago when I went not sure what his story is.
