Logs
HGL and I took a break between main course and dessert and spent a good 20 minutes poking and prodding, and trying hard not to damage plants.
We both zero'ed out at the same point, but alas no luck there.
Reading previous logs it seems that this has moved somewhat and needs new coordinates, as I'd really like not to destroy the lovely plants that grow along this beautiful path.
Cheers

(This time with text!)
After a very nice Christmas lunch, we headed out to search for this one that has eluded Calumphing before, given the cache size and colour we thought it should be simple to find, but no luck for both of us today. I promise I did not have too many at lunch although it was quite a busy thoroughfare due to lots of mini muggles on school holidays. Hope it still hiding there somewhere!

After spending 10min searching the wrong side of the path were my GPSr was claiming GZ to be, I found it 6m away on the opposite side. Was disappointed to see TB Snooplebike 3 was missing, though I found his snaplock bag he was once in. TFTC
There are three ways to arrive at this cache by pushbike
I made sure to arrive by the blokiest, by riding through the carpark
Now I was here, I poked around for a while looking for any signs of slugs or snails.
Nothing !! [:o]
I widened me search a bit ...
.... a bit later I saw a cache about 10 metres from where GZ was showing up on the GPS.
The construction of the container, and the cache description do suggest that this cache has moved from its original, more blokey, location [:o]
Where it is seems safe 'nuff, but it is a bit exposed to passing traffic.
Maybe the muggles will just think its a rat bait station ??
Well this rat found it and signed the logbook
TFTC !!
I'm off to the "Slug and Lettuce" for a beer now

Had just about given up on this during a late night caching quest with Mumnles
Nice find. TFTC

Don't you hate it when after 10minutes of searching at lunch, all the help from the previous logs is "easy find".
Nice boats, so I guess I'll be back to admire them again and maybe or maybe not locate a cache.
Cheers

Thanks chillibuts! Nice find but no pen (I'll put one in next time!) first one for the kids
No writing implement In the cache - found behind some spiky bushes - not quite where the gps said - caching whilst attempting week 1 of c25k
Nice easy find as it was sitting out in the open in the middle of the walkway , I have given it a little more cover on replacement
Found with KWandABI and SuperViolet on a lovely afternoon. I had been here before and was heading towards the cache when SuperViolet already had spotted it. Lovely to see a suburban cache large enough for swaps. TFTC
Found with vj187, geopa, mum, dad and Mia again. Got a bit dizzy in the playground nearby before going to the markets for dinner.
Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find of this boldly hidden cache. The cache and contents were in good condition. This cache earns a favourite for the boldness of the hide. Thanks for the cache chillibutts.
Last time we were in the area this one was disabled. Today Pirate Luke was hungry for the find and pleased to locate said slug hiding under the cache. But glad to say, no sign of the puppy-dog's tail! TFTC Chillibutts!
It took me a little while to find the entrance to this well kept and landscaped lane. Had to wait for a muggle with two little dogs to pass before I made the grab. I liked the bottle of speed as all of us guys need a splash of that occasionally. Thanks chillibutts for another goodie. I haven't found one of yours for a while but I'm having to go further and further each caching lunchtime to make a find.
No idea how I have missed going to get this one in past, but today was the day. Made a quick find.
Thanks
Thanks
Quick find clever hide. Introducing a friend (muggle) who lives nearby, to geocaching. She was very impressed. TFTC
Little Mister geocacher loved this one... He left smelling lovely there wasn't much in there so we left a few things but took none now to take Little Miss to find the other
We didn't think we'd have to pass the pepper, but the search wasn't too draining.
Found at 1236 br Ranger1. Looked in the wrong place before I turned around and realised I was in the wrong spot so I went to the corner. Placed the container into a less conspicuous pose. Tftc
Funny thing but we met a man walking his greyhound as we narrowed in on GZ. He asked very politely what we were doing as he had observed other people hunting around here and over at the nearby bridge. I explained the concept of geocaching and showed him the cache I had just found. another recruit to the sport? t4tc
I saw the cache and thought 'that can't be it it's too obvious' - and guess what that was it!

A nice night time stroll and an easy find, once some dag walking muggles moved on past.
Once we found our way in [|)], this was a quick find (with no-one using the pathway while we were here) .
TNLNSL.
Thanks Chillibutts.

Thanks Chillibutts.
Spotted very quickly, since it wasn't sitting the way you'd expect one of these to! Tried to replace in a more natural way. TFTC
TFTC chillibutts Found with blinkybillbros and AtomicRabbit. 1st cache for the year, happy new year everyone.
Found container leaning against fence. May need a little TLC.
Had a nice wine and meal nearby. TFTC from Nurse Jackie.

Luckily it was a little bit cooler when we went out this evening and the cache was quickly found and signed. TFTC

Down from Canberra to attend a few events, and managed to get in a spot of caching too!

Out and about hiding some caches decided to grab a couple here and there, even at 10 at night this place is busy with muggles walking dogs, this one is a case of so obvious but a great hide : ) the light features look cool down this walking area. TFTC
A great place to walk the dog if I had one.
found with 3LG.
some of the lights along this path are interesting.

Merry Christmas! A fun find whilst out for a Christmas Day walk with the family, TFTC
Easy find out on the bikes with the honourable GrumpyBump. TFTC. 4000 finds for GrumpyBump - well done.
[:(!] Just arrived in Adelaide from Perth, driving over the Nullarbor, to visit our geoson (RevolutioSolutio) and his family for the festive season, today we dropped off the geoGrand Vitara for its 30,000 kilometer service then we rode the geobikes back to my geosons place of residence, picking up a few caches along the way and this was one of them, on arrival at GZ the cache was in hand in a matter of minutes.

No boys in our caching party today but we couldnt resist hunting for this one after finding the nearby Sugar and Spice cache. This was a quick find as it was almost entirely exposed with the lid was hanging off. After signing the log, taking a hippo toy & leaving a soccer ball eraser we tried to screw the lid on but found it very difficult. We put the log book in a ziplock bag to protect it from the elements in case the lid falls off again. TFTC Chillibutts! Great theme!
