No joy. Spent a good 15 mins looking in all likely spots. Nothing around but lots of rubbish
Looks like this one had been muggled as container was empty. I had my caching kit on hand so was able to replace log, pencil and a few starter trinkets. TFTC
Found while in the area with some time to kill. I wandered around the GZ looking in a bunch of different hiding spot and was about to give up when I spotted it in its easy placement. TFTH
After my 12 week appointment I took the opportunity to be south side to do some more of the plenty caches down here.
Quick find, all in good order. Walked over the empty field to this one.
Thank you CacheHunter83 for putting the cache out and maintaining it.

No soccer going on today so a quick locate , sign and scoot .
Many thanks for the cache hide.
Many thanks for the cache hide.
Couldn’t resist the quick dash over to log this one while waiting at soccer training this evening. All in excellent condition now thanks to the replaced logbook, though did cop the occasional stick to the eyeball battling through the trees in the dark!

Day Fourteen in Queanbeyan.
BettyBoo3747 and I had a bit of a run down the Old Cooma Road in the rain, and when it eased a windy trip back through the suburbs.
Took a while to locate this one, and when we did, it was soaked.
Wiped out, cleaned O-ring, and replaced logbook.
Thanks, Robmc.

#15836. Day 14 of our 2 weeks holiday in the ACT and surrounds. We are staying at Carwoola.
We persevered with Plan A for the morning even though the heavens had opened during the night and it was still pouring when we left home. We gathered up most of the ones along Old Cooma Road although there were rivers running through all the road works along this section. After our pretty and scenic drive through the countryside we wended our way home tortuously through the suburbs collecting some caches for the Mapping Challenge. Collected 42 smilies for the day.
We had lunched across the green in the carpark and now we are back here to search for a sneaky cache. We were forewarned and forearmed bringing maintenance across with us. Finally, Rob found the container in its wet and manky condition. We wiped it out, cleaned around the blue seal, took all the manky stuff with us and left a new log book in a clean plastic bag. I also left my avatar pathtag today. Hopefully, the container will now remain in good condition as we could not see anything wrong with the container itself.
Thanks CacheHunter83

A day of cache collecting around Canberra - mostly with the aim of filling in a few suburbs, but scattered other caches included. As in previous logs, cache was saturated so unable to sign. TFTC!
Day 11: Clear Waters Mega Trip
Today was the day to attack the Southside of Canberra picking up our targeted caches.
Thanks CacheHunter83 for being part of my Clear Waters adventure.

Found on 15/4/19 09:00. Coords a bit inaccurate but using some log hints and searching in obvious locations the cache was found. Needs maintenance as the logs are soaked. Have sent photos to confirm find to owner. TNLN TFTC. The autumn leaves complicated the search somewhat too.
Took a little bit to find, especially when cautious about snake season but found it in the end. TFTC!
I did not find it I went through spiky wood it hurt me and I found nothing 0 stars
Second DNF of the day. GPS on the phone was all over the place, and the geokids were getting ratty,so 15min looking was enough before we left.
Based on very specific photos on log fairly certain this one is missing. We spent twenty minutes searching with no luck.
Found cache and managed to sign but log is saturated and needs to be replaced. TFTC
Nice quick find this afternoon, on a lovely cool afternoon. Signed log, and was out of there. TFTC CacheHunter83
After some soccer practice with mini-Chykken, we decided to check this one off our list. TFTC
Found with Smittengranny and Kittykatch while out on a caching day.. Cache was a bit soggy but able to sign. TFTC
Found this afternoon while caching with Kittykatch and Joolay. Thanks for the cache. SL
There is so much leaf litter, small trees and fallen trees, hard to find anything in there, also freaked out about snakes. Too hard for this time of day
A couple of lads with a wheelbarrow and a pick axe wandering around but they went one way into the bushes and I went the other! Coordinates good for me and made a quick find. Log was very wet but was able to sign, thanks for the cache!
Tftc. Took longer than it should have, but after consulting mrs Jaybeem on the phone, and her pointing out a previous log, I soon had cache in hand.
Not a nice area, full of rubbish. Whatever happened to Emu Parades?? Was lucky to find the cache - thank you
I was down this way on a Meetup walk, and discovered that there were 2 quite new Geocachers also on the walk ... so ... after the post walk coffee, the 3 of us (the 2 person team - Noelil, and I) decided to wander over and grab the nearby cache ... or 2 ... or 3 ... LOL
TFTC - This was the third one ... walked through the undergrowth towards the building then realised we had to walk back through most of it to get to GZ ... took a couple of minutes with all 4 of us looking, until I looked in the right spot

After doing a cpr update I decided to go for a caching run around the local area.
I found this cache about 5m off coordinates. Took a bit of a search. Since the GPS kept moving I searched within 20m ring totally overlooking the tree I was supposed to find. Still I had a photo of itcso wouldn't leave till it turned up. The nearby oval in full use. Lovely to see so many families out. Cache is in good order.

One of 10 caches I found between 1am - 3am Monday morning in -3 degrees temperatures!
I had to take someone to the hospital (nothing terrible) and they told me to go kill some time while I waited for them to be discharged! So what better than to do a completely unprepared caching run in the freezing cold with only my phone light and 40% battery!
This was probably the scariest cache of the night, even though it was a short walk it was still the longest walk I did to any cache as I was only getting pure drive-by's since I couldn't last more than 5 mins in the -3 degree temperature.
Now the reason this was scary is because I was walking across the empty field and I spotted something in the distance. Something quite large and out of place, I thought this was a field?
As I got closer I noticed it was a car! A completely burnt out car with police tape around it, an empty VB beer carton, and a few bottles. Woah this was weird. It had police tape around it but I am amazed how people had the courage to have a party here and completely burn a car right in the middle of this field, only inches from peoples houses!
The cache took a few mins to find but I got lucky in the end, it was extremely well covered and I looked at its hiding spot a few times before I decided to move some debris on the ground.
Thanks CacheHunter83!

Managed to grab after a short hunt. Container was somewhat damp inside but still able to sign the log OK. TFTC CacheHunter83
Came to check on it in daylight. Contents are wet, but there is a log in a bag which is dry.
Quick find in the dark luckily. There was movement not far from where we were which freaked the geoson out so much that I had to keep watch while I made him grab the cache. However the cache was flooded and the geoson said he couldn't sign the log. I will go back very soon to double check on it. Not that I don't trust my child, but he was in a hurry to get out of there. Tftc!!!
This cache took a few minutes to find because the deciduous trees had added considerable additional camouflage. Once located, the cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks CacheHunter83 for the cache.
