Our first DNF on what until then had been a very successful family day out.
Not even a phone a friend was able to locate this one - we had already checked the area prior to the phone call, and rechecked it after with no luck.
Any chance of a quick check please Hoojar?

Having dropped off Mini-Roo at Southern Stars Dance Practice, I had a whole lot of time to kill. I had headed north to Austinmer for breakfast, and then decided on a short walk despite the weather. Arriving at the front of GZ, there were muggles everywhere with a party in progress - I should have come before breakfast! Needless to say, I didn't get very far with the search.
Once we disturbed the people hiring the hall, we used a Phone-a-Friend. Greetings from 1st Hazelbrook.

Returning from some golf at Shoalhaven Heads. Stopped for lunch and a cache. Brought back memories of great Cub and Scout days quite a while ago. Congratulations on the continued success of the Group.

Night cache! Found it at 8:00 tonight great cache quick and easy didn't even use the GPS! TFTC!
Found while visiting home from Melbourne, I love Austi and used to work at Austi Beach Cafe many years ago! Introduced my friend OzDan2006 to geo and this was the first he found! Yay!! TFTC!!
Finally got around to officially finding this one as well, despite being at this very Hall at least once a week!
Reperio at 0925.
Headed down to Wollongong this weekend for the 10K Milestone event, and had some time to find a few more local caches this morning before the start of the event today. If I didn't know the CO first hand...I would ordinarily feel awkward walking this far into private property. Fortunately the cache was spotted on approach so I didn't have to hang around long...but it was interesting to note this is the largest scout group in the area. Amazing.

Great spot, just like others we were confused about the corner!! Found with GeoJr, who being a Joey Scout, was curious to see how the scout hut differed from his!! TFTC!!

Thank you for the cache. It was part of a half day geo mission today

In the hall for a 1st aid course, and went off to seek this cache at lunchtime. I'd picked the wrong corner, eventually found the easy hide after another go.
TNLNSL, thanks for the cache Hoojar and Chip!
best wishes,
Wal

Heading home after a long weekend in Sydney staying at Coogee beach with the Geoparents, we decided to pick some caches along the way.
Drove by this one in search of an open cafe for a bite to eat, but the cafe was actually closed.
So stopped by this one after turning around.
Quick find at this one although it felt like we were trespassing.

Having arrived at the Corrimal Beach caravan park today with DiMorgan and husband Bill we got settled and had a cuppa after our taxing trip from the north to the south side of Sydney. Not sure we took the right route. This afternoon we headed off to enjoy the coastal drive and do a few caches. What beautiful scenery. This was one we found. Thanks to Hoojar
After settling into the caravan park we headed out to find a few caches. We wanted to head north to see the cliff bridge as we have seen it so many times on tele & it looks so spectacular.
There were a few corners to look at, but eventually we came up with the right one.
Thanks Hoojar

8th of 14 finds on a day caching near Wollongong with Geomum.
Looked where the clue suggested with no luck. Walked around the block but nothing obvious around the other side. Read some previous logs which suggested another spot that matches the hint and there it was.

Great little spot... Had to look at other hints to find it, after a face full of spiders webs.. Haha
Well we thought this would be easy going by the hint but with the compass not settling poor McCauley4 got down and dirty when she didn't need to. Then another look in another spot found a classic Hoojar hide. Opps. Found with McCauley4. SL TFTC.
Under, corner it is, just not the one looked at first. Found with oyston4. TFTC Hoojar.
It's so busy here today, baja15 took ages before betting a spot, quick find , how quaint is this hall. TFTC
Found with "The Neighbs".

Quick find with 'sesblocker'. Had a walk up the street, past the church - how quaint!!
I didnt plan this too well, on a day that I normally spend in front of the TV, I chose to do a cache some 20km away from home.
It was a beautiful day to come out here and once at GZ it was a nice easy find.
Thanks

First of the scout series where the hall was in use during an attempt. Briefly thought twice about coming back, but adamant I had determined the obvious GZ from a distance, managed to sneak past “Lily’s Party” guests to grab and sign while ozvixen kept a look out from the footpath.
Not sure what they put in the water out here but a very successful Scout group (I'm sure Hoojar now has something to do with their success!). Stuggled in the impending darkness (like a few before me I see) but got there. TFTC!
Like everyone else went to the wrong corner first.
No sign of the traveller.

Dropped of a TB also Enjoyed sneaking around looking for this - would be quite a feat with the hall in use! Thanks.
Same here, under the wrong bits for a time, but found quickly. Laughed at the balls of earlier others, completing when the hall was full! Well done.

Xela and nhoj, the two great white ninjas! Completed with people inside and not seen by any! In and out in under 30 seconds
At first I was at all the wrong corners and under all the wrong objects....Then the penny dropped...thanks Hoojar
Well that one tricked me for about 1 minute. All good signed the log and returned okay. TFTC.
Just dropping through a personal coin in my own Scout Group before sending it on it's way.
