Was out this direction seeking another cache but you always have to see what else is nearby! TFTC
With a free Sunday and a need to do my fair share of fuelling the rocket for our alien friends, I decided to use the morning to try and get 20 quick caches. Luckily I have only recently moved to the north side so there were plenty of suburbs to choose from. Today I chose Narangba. Lots of park and grabs. Lots of little walks. A successful morning except for this one. Gz was nowhere near the bridge. Needed to move on as today was about quick numbers.
A quick park and grab cache at this spot, and it is always nice to catch sight of the cache container first up, rather than launching one's hands inside to a spider or any other nasty animal. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks [Slow Puncture (LJCC)](https://coord.info/PR7770T) for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.----------Today, a scheduled Lake Kurwongbah paddle by way of the [Kurwongbah Breakfast Paddle](https://coord.info/GCAH20P) event was the morning's plan, and I joined a small group of keen participants who braved the slight drizzle that occurred. Following a couple of priority geocaches in Petrie and Joyner, we parted ways with a bakery coffee and savoury/sweet.With no other definitive plans, I then took an anti-clockwise circuit of Lake Kurwongbah, travelling through Kurwongbah, Dakabin, and Narangba, before returning south and stopping off at various scenic vantage points over the respective lake and Lake Samsonvale nearby. It was then a final walk through Mungarra Reserve finding a few witches, and then I made my way south back home.
I am out visiting some more family in the Queensland state and thought why not just get a new lga while I'm out and about thank you so much for the placement of this one if you look in the photo you see what I've left I thought I might leave one
I am currently on a road trip from Victoria enjoying Queensland in the days before a family event.
I am driving around getting new local government areas to fill my map and make it worth while in a geocaching way
I want to say thanks to the CO for the placement of the hide

Found at 1:50pm felt very random people love to stair haha TFTC. Love that’s it’s in it’s ok spaceship 27/06/2023 my son enjoyed pulling out the dried sap from the nearby gum tree which looks amazing I must say.
Didn’t find it at first. After I re-read the cache details I realised where it must be and quickly came up with the goods. Thanks for the fun!
Wahoo find #200. Still baffles me that we drive past so many caches every day with out even knowing it.
All is well with this cache and despite being a busy Monday the traffic was kind whilst we pounced, signed and returned.

Checked after a recent report of the cache being out in the open. It certainly was, it seems like the road crew who replaced the damaged guardrail did not throw it away this time (makes a nice change).
We have placed the container back **INSIDE** the original hiding spot (wink).
We have placed the container back **INSIDE** the original hiding spot (wink).
Thé cache was open and on the side of the road- unsure if it was in its usual place
We went for a nice drive around the area this morning before the forecasted rain event arrives and this is a cache we found. All good with this one, log signed and replaced as found. The structure that holds the cache has been damaged so may get replaced some time in the future. Thanks Slow Puncture for the cache.
Gotcha
We are having a drive collecting some local caches today. Weather is warming up.
Staying nearby for a week to go for a few paddles

Slow Puncture (LJCC) I found your cache The 59th Street Bridge Song (Feelin' Groovy) on 26/9/2022, 11:55 am. This is my find 4286 and find # 4 today. Found a place to park in a side street and once at GZ it was a quick and easy find. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Out doing chores on the northest of northsides today... While in this area, I figured I should grab some caches. Cos why not? It's a Saturday morning. People were probably wondering what geostubs and I were doing crossing busy roads and loitering around. Grabbed it when there was a gap in the cars, signed the log. TFTC
Out for the day with nikid1 to find some challenge caches & whatever else we happen to come across. Found the cache in the first place we looked, it just wasn't the first time we looked there.
Thanks for the cache Slow Puncture

Out for a day of caching with KerriMG. The cache was exactly where I thought it would be as we pulled up.

It felt a little like peak hour around here this afternoon, but I tried my best to look like I was doing something else. Found in a usual hiding spot. Picked up TB Signal Werewolf. TFTC
On the Northside of Brisbane to get some much needed caches and this happened to be on my list. Parked the car close to GZ and a short walk. Quick find in an obvious spot. I left my signature before I replaced as found. TFTC
Back in Dakabin for major Caravan Repairs. [xx(] After dropping our home on wheels into the repairer we decided to tackle a few caches to try and improve our spirits.
We found your cache and only had 1 DNF today and we also managed some shopping before the rain stopped play.

Headed out for a few caches this afternoon and tried my eye at this one. #1 for today. With the log signed, I'm off to the next one. TFTC, TFTH & TFTSF
On our way home from visiting prospective house sitting home owners and I realised we hadn't found a cache for today. We pulled up here for a quick and easy find in the late evening although having a torch definitely made things a little less scary!
We've actually driven across the Millau Viaduct whilst in France a few years ago!
Thanks for find #3370

Wednesday. Out on a maintenance run.
This cache was reported as having had some issues but previous finders seem to have attended to them. Have tucked in back 'inside' rather than just sitting in its more obvious spot, however.
Ready to go. Go, go, go!

Quite a busy road here. The logbook is slightly damp but still writeable. TFTC
Finally, a song I know! The hint was useful as our GPSrs wanted us slightly into the bush, but we found it in a fairly logical spot for this type of hide. We are not quite sure how, but the container is slightly damp inside and seems like it has been for a while.

Right where I thought it would be. Log damp as previously mentioned but still very usable. Grabbed between cars heading past and replaced as found. TFTC
I left work early so as I could drive north to grab a particular puzzle cache, saw this one as I passing by.
An easy find and with the log signed and cache replaced as found, it was off to my target cache via a couple more. Thanks for placing this one here, the cache and log was a little damp but still able to sign.

Found in a sorry state not sure of the original local so I improvised. Would advise maintenance
Found it strewn across ground. Fixed it up. Owner can message if can't find
Once again accurate coordinates made this a quick find all's good at gz . Thanks Slow Puncture
Well that was embarrassing... the GPS really wanted me in the bush... where all I found was an iPhone... I returned to the logical place and proceeded to investigate it more intimately than was necessary... tftc... left some American coin...
This was my second last find for today and I was feeling pretty groovy when I reached gz as I really love these types of hides. Thanks for the fun.
A trip up from the Gold Coast and meeting up with a lovely group of geo friends in search of a few caches in this local area.
Another good hide and a quick find for us here today.

Another day of caching with geofriends in the area and targetting caches on our hit list. On our way to another, made a quick find of this one.

On to this one like The Flash! Great story on the bridge, by the way.

Thank you for replacing this cache, now I can get rid of the blue frowny face that was annoying me sooooo much.
I remember all that crap when the LNP was elected....anyway, I took too long as I ignored GPS but finally got it & duly signedT4TC
Out and about this afternoon hunting a few caches around the Narangba area. This was my first stop off for a quick and easy find. A fair bit of traffic on this road today. TFTC
Cache a day to keep the doctor away, or is it to keep me sane. No it’s to keep my streak alive. TFTC Slow Puncture*318* streak. *1987 * Find
Had a good look up, down, in and around the bridge in between passing cars . Can’t find after half a dozen attempts at this one. Wondering now if it is still here as it hasn’t been found since last year.
You know how it goes.. you go past a geocache everyday for 5 years and you don't even realise it is there True story. For no other reason other than I was just ignorant.
I was due to meet up with Mr Pprime a bit later.. so I thought I'd grab some caches beforehand.
Well this area is very familiar. This is the exact same place I parked when I picked up [GC7D6E Traffic Control No: 3](https://coord.info/GC7D6E) in 2014. What's sad is this cache would have been right here at the time
Anyway, time to right a wrong. The biggest challenge for this one was waiting for a break in the traffic. Even on a Sunday it was busy. Thankfully, I found it quickly, did the signing business, and returned it all without any cars within sight.
As luck would have it a diesel affair came along the tracks while I was at GZ.
I remember when this bridge was in its previous "state". I had totally forgotten about it though. Great to some before and after pictures in the listing. TFTC Slow Puncture (LJCC)

Parked across the road, wandered over and found it in the first spot we looked. Thanks!
I thought lunch time would be quiet but just too many cars passing to go poking around.
21/7/18 5:13 pm Find #1918
Off I headed from the last cache quickly back to this area, my plan to sneak in the few icons between here and the highway for the home trip.
It was quite busy here at this time of day today, but I managed to make a quick grab.
Thanks for the cache Slow Puncture (LJCC).

Last week has ended and it is now passed midnight on a Monday...I have work today so should definitely be in bed already but, here we are, still caching. Yep, we’re crazy!
On our way home from a day out caching figured we would stop a get one more TFTC
Found a safe place to park the car, wondered over and found the cache . Tftc
A quick find but the hint was definitely worth the read. TFTC and the info about the history of the bridge.
The last one for the day on our way back to the Bruce. All good with the cache. TFTC Slow Puncture (LJCC)
TFTC and the recognition of johntaxpayers and willemratepayers contribution to the upgrade ...actually I (geoMs) wouldn't have known this was a new bridge it's been a long time since Ive driven this way but I still remember the sharp turn onto it.
