Since everyone else seemed to be going to boxing day sales, all the more reason to go caching so there's less muggles.
Arrived to find no one in the park thank goodness. It's no good looking around children's parks when I don't have the kids with me.
I came up with nothing and since stemicmitsar said it wasn't where he found it, this needs checking I think... I mean how hard should a difficulty 1 be?
Thanks for the cache, the hunt and the fun.

This one has gone walk about, or it has been placed back in the wrong spot, as it is not where I found it.
I would say it is gone.
I would say it is gone.
logging TWO DNFs, one from Fathers Day weekend, and another today...
TOTALLY forgot to log it originally sorry!
Took Ms. TFA's little brother and sister out for a caching run, to try introduce the game to a new generation ha ha. Spent about 30 mins looking at this time, and not one of our 7 strong team could lay our eyes (or greedy little hands) on the prize. Looked high and low, near and far, double checked and rechecked any where we could think of. All to no avail. Oh well, we will be back to get this one, as the parents only live down the street
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Today Mr TFA1 and Ms TFA took another dip at this one. GPS seems to move around A LOT even using two phones :/ spent another 45 mins looking and still could not find. Cache either hasn't had a visitor, or people (like me oops D= ) who havent logged a DNF. No hint doesnt help, even something as small as what the container is. Still another day, and we shall find it.
Any chance that the CO might be able to confirm that the cache is still there? And hasnt been muggled :/ Thanks

Found on an afternoon casual caching run with Dunko, as always we enjoyed where the caching took us.

Just popped out on a quick maintenance check on one of our caches nearby & thought I'd pick this cache up on my route. Just as I found the cache the heavens opened & I realised I'd left my pen on the car. A quick retreat was made with cache in hand to sign in the car and wait for a break in the rain. One advantage to the weather was the complete absence of mini muggles although I think the postie thought I was barmy! TFTC
Found 3:19pm , find # 2236
After being deterred by kids at a nearby playground cache, I was frustrated to find that this was also a playground cache.
Again there were kids present, this time teenagers playing some sort of hiding game all over the park, using the tower as a base.
"440 Freckles behind the tree!" ... "440 Curly around the fence!"
Not familiar with that game.
I worked out where I thought it would be, and then walked past, pausing to check my shoelace. Grabbed the cache.
Signed it some distance away, and then as the personnel in the game shifted around, I repeated the earlier manoeuvre to return it.
On the way back I noticed the local terrorists had put a car tyre way up in a tree.
Then I walked back to the other playground where I crashed and burned again. Hate 'em in playgrounds.
Thanks s.field.

Out for the day to do some geocaching and a birthday lunch in the area. This one happened to be our first for the day and of course there were some grand muggles hanging around whilst their car warmed up so stealth was definitely required. Even so the cache didn't take too long to find. TFTC.
This one took awhile to find as the GPS was 3-4 meters off. But determined to find this one. Lol

Found on a TDC run, lots of laughs and good times had while out finding caches. The weather was a bit chilly but you have to expect that this time of year. We managed to finish of the Bay trail with more tricky hides in that series and we visited quiet a few dog parks, there were some tricky hides in that series as well. Thanks s.field for the cache.
Found out and about on another TDC (The Demolition Crew) run. This time it was the Queens Birthday Monday. The temperature was cold, as we collected caches in the Mornington Peninsula area. As usual, we had a great time and some good laughs, as we cached through into the wee hours of the morning. My thanks to all the cache owners for hiding and maintaining their placements. Many great hides and locations visited throughout the night.
This cache was found during the TDC Queen's Birthday long weekend Monday cache run. The Monday public holiday gave us the opportunity to start our caching adventure a little earlier than we usually would and although the day was really cold and quite windy along the coast, we all had a great time as usual. Most of our caching was done down the Peninsula and up the bay and once again we were challenged by a fantastic variety of cache hides. Many thanks to the CO's for placing the caches we found and we had a great time.
Easy find here. We are starting to get the idea of where to look in playgrounds. Thanks for the hide.
Another playground, again! With torches flashing we took way too long on this one, but the cache was found, and signed.

On a very cold Queens Birthday holiday I was out and about with my TDC caching buddies collecting a few caches in the Mornington area. The day certainly started with fresh sea winds, that soon turned colder no matter how far north we went. Great fun with the boys as usual. Thanks to all the CO's who have put time into placing and maintaining their caches. It was a great day and evening out.

Found today while out and about with the Geodog. I took full advantage of the rain today to go and look for this cache and it paid off. Not a soul was to be seen and I found it in the first place I looked. Signed log. Thanks for the cache s.field.
Over the last few weeks/months, a few caches have been popping up just South of home, but I hadn't had a chance to go and get them just yet. This afternoon I was provided with an opportunity to go out for a few hourse, and I decided that this was probably the best area to visit. A lovely afternoon, in which we found 10 caches out of 10! This was the 8th find of the day.
Playground caches - ahhh what a fickle idea to those on the wrong side of the age scales. I can handle em myself, but they're never too enjoyable.
Located this one quite easily with no muggles around.
Thanks s.field
PS, sorry for such a late log (writing this on 1/9/13) but I guess its better late than never!

On a caching run with GazaC. We drove past in the car and the kids in the playground stared at us all the way around. I don't like playground caches at the best of times, so we kept on driving. I won't be back.
ABL973 found this while out caching with Square_Pegs. I brought a few travel bugs with me which will visit this cache. The weather has been much better than I expected, although it has been quite cool. Thanks to for placing this cache.
Stopped by early on Sunday morning with abl973. Thankfully there was no sign of life from any of the surrounding houses and we were able to make the find. Thanks for the cache.
Met up with Scody on the way home from work. We plan to make this a regular Friday event. We arrived at this cache at dusk. Well this one defeated us. We spent some 20minutes with torches in hand to no avail. Can't understand how this was easily found, unless the cache has been mini muggled since .
STF on the way to a scout event when published so did it in arvo after finishing, nice first hide Shannon liked the way you modified cache container TFTC

Found @ 7:56am, find # 2191
I had just got home from the previous find when the notification for this one came through. I had a look where it was, are you kidding me I thought I had just passed that spot.
This time I didn't even bother with the bike, I just walked over to it. I arrived at GZ, looked at my options and headed for an object and the cache was found. Pulled out the log and signed it in first place.
Thanks to s.field for this cache and all the caching fun.
