Hi Tracey
We have found this cache but the owner of the property confronted us and is angry with strangers coming to her property.
So we had to explain to her what was going on. She told us to take the cache or she would smash it.
Please call me ASAP or email or message me through the geocache web site.
I have emailed you my mobile number.

A second confrontation with an irate cache neighbour today. We were forced to take this cache away as it is by the gate of private property and the owner is fed up with people hanging around and doesn't want the cache there.
Had to disable this one.

found it with Sixy2Sue.
As we were recording in the log book a car came down the driveway.
We tried to look "innocent" .. the owner wasn't happy, asking if we had been on her property. We hadn't. When we explained to her what we were doing there the penny dropped for her why all these strangers keep coming to her front gate and sometimes venture onto her property.
She was very angry at the multiple intrusions.
She wanted to talk to the cache owner. We explained we don't know the cache owner but we can communicate with them.
She said she was going to smash the cache to "stop other people coming".
We explained that until this was logged as an issue even if the cache wasn't there people would return.
We offered to take the cache away.... and we logged a maintenance issue to flag the problem.

With very little time to cache today, this was to be my last cache in Warragul. It did bring back memories of my teenage years when the era of the drive in was coming to an end. With the few that are still operating, let's hope that they make a comeback!
Thanks trickytracey for the cache.

A great days caching with many differing experiences, some where I walked right to the cache and others where I needed to hunt around a bit. As usual I have enjoyed the various challenges set by the CO's and the fact that I get to cache with friends and am outside in the great outdoors.
Many thanks trickytracey for placing this cache .

Catching up with some very late logs after a very busy working season.
We were out for a days caching with The Drovers and micaparamedic.
We agree with the cache page that back in our early youth we also used to enjoy heading off to the drive in and watching movies on the big screen.
I's good to see that some are still running so some kids can have the experience.
The cache itself was a very easy find and we had it in our hands before the others even got out of the car and our names have now been added to the log.
Thanks for the cache

Joined forces with Team Crackers & micaparamedic, and headed east on the Princes Hwy.
We found a variety of caches, and cache hides, which kept us entertained for most of the day.
This cache was located, after a short search.
Many thanks for placing this cache, trickytracey, for us and others to find.

Quick easy find. Left a little AFL figurine. Log a little damp but otherwise in good shape
I found this cache today at 5:20pm as number 37 of 45 on our Warragul Wander in company of Alansee. Soon spotted this one. Sad to see most of the old drive-ins gone. I rembember doing another cache just a short way froom here called "Nuts Bush City Limit" back in 2005. I remember that there wasn't much in the way of development down this road back then. Thanks from D B-A.
Rabbitto and I were reminiscing about drive ins as we approached this one. We both remembered going to a few around Melbourne in the 1960's or thereabouts. The cache was a fairly quick find in a logical place. Thanks to trickeytracey for the cache and the memories.
Today we had a little time to get out and collect a few finds, during our arvo e managed to collect
a modest number of caches. Big thanks to trickytracey for the caching adventure today. SL

This drive in opened in 1963 by Kevric theaters and closed in 1984. it had a capacity of 250 cars (reduced from 549) and had one screen. It was due to reopen in 2003 but unfortunately the project fell through and it is no longer viable for the site.
I visited this theater in the late 70's in a effort to go to every drive-in in Victoria and it was great to revisit this site today.
Our thanks to Trickytracey for the cache, it was found easily with good coordinates.

Quickly found with the recruits even though it is the same colour as the smoke enveloping Warragul at the moment!
Really enjoyed finding this one! Awesome spot. Also, didn't even know Warragul had a Drive-In back in the day... wish it was still open! TFTC
Arhh Drive-Ins Its only us old people that remember the good times had at many a drive-in
Thanks for placing a cache here.

Out on a caching day with the Walenators. A speedy find as Mrs W went straight for it. TFTC
A Great Sunday afternoon. MissJane and I couldn't let it go to waste.
It was a quick find of the well concealed cache.

This one brought back memories of looking for a cache in this area a few years ago TFTC
Been a few years since we use to visit here, they had very nice banana friters. TFTC.
Stf KTCvic came over for a coffee, he was telling me that he had five Ftf today then Mrs Bounty Trackers said did you get Bridged over trouble water and Drive in Memories. Trent answered No. Trent you dropped the ball on these two. You could of had seven ftf.
*FTF* - couldn't help but delaying logging this for a few hours. LOL Someone else has to get a ftf around here occasionally. Found this just before heading to the school pick up guessing that work had delayed the other keen cachers in the area. TFTC
