Very quick and easy find today as the sun started to go down.Looking forward to longer days in spring and summer so I can cache more! Thanks for the cache!
What a great path. Just driving through so only grabbing this one for today but will have e to come back on two wheels thank you!
Find#2310First week of the school holidays and while the cleaner is at home we decided to get up early and grab a few caches along the fernleigh track before we had breakfast. Log and cache in good condition TFTC
Thanks colleda, so obvious, yet so muggle-proof!I couldnt resist the beautiful afternoon so it was time to be on-me-bike!!
I must admit I do like the camouflage on that cache but I dont like being so exposed to muggles. TFTC
Doing Fernleigh track on the bike and grabbing a couple caches on the way. Grabbed it pretty quick but had to wait ages for a opportunity to return it. TFTC!
pedal pedal pedal...
Today was my first outing on the bike since busting my ribs. Seems some exercise was required Good coords made most of the (popular) Track finds fairly easy. There were a few doozys in the mix Later in the day I met the CO on the way back. It was most satisfying to get the wind in my face as I hammered the trail.
Nice camo! This was one of many of the FT caches with $ in it ???

Finally finishing the fernleigh track which has taken three goes. The track was not busy today, just runners and cyclists so that made it very straight forward to find the caches. Got some good steps in too. TFTC and Thankyou for placing and maintaining the trail here it really is worthwhile
After attending a nearby GCNSW gathering, it was time to mount my under-utilised mtb for a few hours of caching along this wonderful stretch of ex railway. Meritonnn had advised me of this event some time ago, and I saw it as a perfect opportunity to get out and about. When the gathering had concluded, Meritonnn and I retrieved our bikes and headed to the trail. I was really looking forward to experiencing this trail. We soon linked up with another, Stefanoodle, and we teamed up to hit the trail.
As we arrived in the GZ, there was something that caught our eye immediately. I was wondering when we would eventually find one of “those”!

After attending the Geocaching NSW event in Adamstown the plan was to ride along the Fernleigh Track to Belmont. I ended up joining Sweetmanda and Meritonnn as we made up the rear guard of the convoy, picking off the caches that were hidden along the way.
All of our attempts were rewarded with finds. Unfortunately, as I can't see the cache page because this is a Premium Member only listing, this is a generic log for all of those finds. I do remember having fun searching and making some of the finds, the other two cachers making up the rest of the actual finds. It was a great day out on the trail.

In the area today to attend the GCNSW Fernleigh Fun Ride event, cycling along this lovely track for the first time with Sweetmanda and Stefanoodle and grabbing some caches along the way. A nice straightforward find here. TFTC!
We are holidaying with Domsky and took advantage of the cooler, overcast day to do a nice walk and get some caches on the way. Thanks for this lovely series along a great walk!
Along our walk today, we really enjoyed the occasional spotting of the original railway tracks. It looks like this path has literally just been created directly over the metal tracks.
As an historic Rail Trail, it is of course almost totally flat. We had not been expecting this, and had imagined we might be walking up and down through the course of this walk. The graded Trail today made our walk very easy and pleasant.
Log signed.
Thanks colleda

Out for a ride on the Fernleigh Track and finding caches along the way. TFTC colleda
Such a lovely day today for a walk along this very busy shared path. Very difficult to find a gap in the muggles, but we did manage. Not much room either to let these hurtling bikes go by. Often heard about the trouble the bikes / people have, and can now fully appreciate the frustrations of the complainants. Madrabbitoh took the landmark decision and went for this one, with me saying "No way!". Paid off. TFTC.
Checked today. All good. Looks like a few muggles have signed log and replaced as found. Great stuff!
It's been too long since I did some caching and along this rail trail is always beautiful
Bikes trains geocaches

I’ve done part of the Fernleigh Track before and loved it so was great to see the other side and find some caches along the way.
Thanks for placing!
Thanks for placing!
So I grabbed a trackable (TB1978R) intending to move it on to a new place but once I finished my caching on the Fernleigh Track I realised it was missing.
It must’ve fallen out somewhere between Fernleigh Track #14 and #20 (GC5JA7C / GC4AXEB. Hopefully nearby a cache when I grabbed my pen out.
So please keep an eye out for a trackable on the track. It’s much appreciated

Found with My Dad (DJANT) and my Brothers (dart16 & Jedi Anakin) I have my own account now and am trying to catch up to the boys Thanks for the cache.
Lid a little rusty as others have mentioned and log wet but managed to sign this one.
Nice little hide! I'm worried the lid might snap soon, it is getting a bit rusty. TFTC
So hard to hide from muggles once you’re there, haha. Bit rusted and while I’m trying to pop open, a spider jumped at me. Glorious. TFTC
Cleaning up some caches in the area before an event this afternoon. Gosh the mozzies are fierce today . Thanks for the cache colleda tnln replaced as found sl

Found with Beary_Unicorns while walking a small part of the track on a very hot Saturday morning, thankfully the trees provided some shade on our stroll. Visited TBs, tftc.
Left the collie dogs at home this afternoon and walked some more at my own pace! It's really hard to use the iPhone and hang on to two energetic dogs.
Thanks for the cache colleda, took nothing, left nothing, remaining travellers visited and the log was duly signed.

We had to revisit the area for another camping weekend and log a few more caches after the OZGeoMuster Mega weekend. It was a great bit of fun and still enjoying the area,
Grabbed this on whilst cycling the Fernleigh Track, Thanks colleda.
(Smashed by Mozzies on several parts of the track).
