Found it on our morning hike with brezelitos before the heat hits.Nice view!TFTC
Chewbacca72 and I are traveling during 4 months through Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. A few caches that are on our way should not be missing. This cache is one of them. Many thanks to bubblensqueak for hiding. What a wonderful walk. Best regards, searchersab
Found at 9:17 AM GAFF1.Thought that I could take my bike up there, so left without having breakfast and took no water as I thought I would be back in a few minutes! Well that didn't quite go to plan that's for sure [B)]Rode from where we were camped and then along the path over the bridge and then onto the track, however after about 300 metres the wheels fell off Steps and more steps and then high steps and then rocks. So ditch the bike and start walking. After about 15 minutes it got steep and I it was already hot. Wish I had brought some water and had breakfast Met a couple of rangers and had a bit of a chat and then onto the final bit where as promised there was a magnificent view. Made a decision as to where I would hide a cache where muggles gather to look at the view and - yep there it was (quite exposed actually)Back to the bike which I was glad that I had brought for the final 500 metres, but first a small detour to the pool where I jumped in wearing what I had on!Thanks to bubblensqueak
After a refreshing swimm in this beatyfull pool, we looked for this cache, found it ans taked the TB with us. Thanks for hiding.
I almost gave up as it wasn't in the same rock pile as the GPS point, but lucky I gave it one more shot!Beautiful views, beautiful cache, tftc!
Day 6 of our Australian trip . After started for some days in Darwin we are on the road now .First night on a rest area some kilometers after Darwin .A joyful swimm at the second pool at Edith falls .Magnificent view .TFTC# 17'112
Today was quite the adventure completing this traditional Cache at Leliyn/Edith Falls! Despite the scorching heat, the journey was worth it. However, disappointment struck as the bottom pool was closed due to a crocodile sighting. Safety first, they say!The trek along the 2.6-kilometer Leliyn Trail was challenging yet rewarding, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The cascading waterfalls and lush greenery provided a refreshing backdrop amidst the heat.Arriving at the lookout on the Loop Walk, I found the cache tucked away above the viewing area. The panoramic view from the cache spot was indeed spectacular, a perfect moment to capture with my camera. After signing the logbook and exchanging some swaps, it was time to head back, making sure to carry plenty of water to stay hydrated in the sweltering heat. Thanks for the adventure and the well-hidden cache! Until next time, happy geocaching!
Found this one after a short hunt. The view was pretty amazing from the cache location.

On our travels we were staying in Kathrine and decided to have a day at Edith falls, what a fantastic spot, so up the hill the long way we went, of course it was the middle of the day in the heat but was well rewarded, first a fun cache and then a swim, and a short walk back to the car park for another swim, a great day, thanks for placing this cache
We walked from Edith Falls to Sweetwater camp today. Beautiful walk and views of the waterfalls. Enjoyed a swim in the upper and lower pools too. Cache all good. TFTC
A lovely walk and swim this morning rewarded with a lovely geocache! The hint had me looking in the wrong place then I found the right place and soon had the cache in hand! Thanks for the hide!

We’re sorry we didn’t sign the log as we make the mistake of not thinking to take a pen with us while walking in the park. Have attached a photo of the log as proof

Today we arrived in Edith Galks snd did the loop walk with a stop at the top pool for lunch and a swim. A nice cooling swim. There was another couple at the lookout that we talked to before they left and we could make our way to gz and make the find.
TNLNSL. Thanks for placing this cache

Today we walked the loopy Edith and the Sweetwater pool. The loopy Edith took us some minutes to locate the right place but finally we found the container. Thanks for hiding this one and as always TFTC, MumDad2000
Nice hide. Can just see the falls from GZ. Cache and log dry; added a new ziplock bag for the log. TFTC
What a fantastic walk. Don’t think I would of done it if there wasn’t a cache to be found. Lol. So worth it and the swim at the top pool was very refreshing. Fav point from me and TFTC
On a NT road trip staying at Katherine. Day trip here and was so pleased to find a good sized cache ! TFTC
Found this one today at the end of doing the Jatbula trail. Found the ammo tin upside down with the lid off. I’m guessing to dry it out.
The log is quite weathered and hard to sign. I put it in a ziplock bag and put the cache back together.
Thanks for bringing me here

We are camping here and loving it ... took an arvo wander up to find the cache and wow, what a spectacular place . Loved the big cache container too TFTC
Wow - Wow - Wow!!
That was a stunning waterfall and swimming hole to find up there on the Loop walk.
This is the reason why we thoroughly enjoy geocaching.
It gets us out and about to find some amazing places.
Thanks for sharing this awesome location
A favourite point from us as well ( especially cos it’s not a nano in the Bush - an awesome sized cache container)

We had walked to the lookout at Edith Falls on a previous visit but is was before I had begun geocaching. There was no option but to do the walk again. The view is magnificent and the cache was found after a short search among the rocks.
Tftc great spot! Definite favourite ! Found with Crack n Lee Lee, 2As & PeteBev. Left TB here to continue on its travels
Wow, Wow, Wow!
Travelling and caching with our friends 2beez, 2As and petebev.
We did the loop and this would now have to be one of our favourite short hikes. Absolutely stunning.
Finished off the day with a refreshing dip.
Thanks bubblensqueak. A worthy FP added for this one

Today our tour - which began in Perth, WA , and led us thru Western, Northern and Southern Australia back to Perth, was simply driving around in the Kakadu NP.
On the way we came to some interesting locations. Here we searched, found and logged this Tradi-Cache.
Weather was good in the morning and it should even get better during the day.
Thanks to 'bubblensqueak' for showing us this location, for the fun we had with 'Going Loopy with Edith' and for the smiley. The search here and today didn't take too much time, fortunately.
It was so hot and so beautiful!
Greetings from Germany and we hope to see you soon in the forest, prairie, desert or outback .

From 23.09 until 24.11.2019 Stadibast and I spent our holidays in Australia.
During the first four weeks we drove with a camper van from Darwin to Perth along the West coast and its amazing national parks, in which we made several hiking tours.
After that we flew to the wonderful green Tasmania for a roundtrip lasting two weeks.
For the last three weeks we went back to the continent and followed the South-East-Coast from Melbourne to Sydney.
We had impressive nine weeks in Australia, in which we hiked through various national parks, visited interesting sights and met many friendly and helpful people.
Thanks to all owners for setting and maintaining their caches.

Dieser Anstieg hat sich wirklich gelohnt, tolle Aussicht und schneller Fund. Der Campingplatz ist super toll und lohnt auf jeden Fall eine Nacht zu bleiben. TFTC
On our way to the upper pool we stopped here and enjoyed the view. TB in. T4TC
Mplc découverte le 6 septembre mais pas de connexion superbe balade et enfin une vrai cascade ce sera notre dernière découverte avant notre retour en France
Take the loop walk, it's really amazing! Before we took a refreshing swim in the upper pool, we stopped at this lookout and enjoyed the view. T4TC
Came together with Laubfrosch. We were really excited when we saw a Merton's water monitor. Strange feeling to swim with him in the same pool, but of course it's his home and natural habitat. TFTC.
We traveled through Northern Territory for four weeks. We started the journey in Alice Springs and drove to Uluru, Kata Tjuta and then to Kings Canyon, MacDonnell Ranges, back to Alice Springs, to Devils Marbels, Katherine, Katherine Gorge, Edith Falls and then further on to the north. On the way we found some caches. This was one of them.
Die Aussicht hier ist umwefend. Dafür gebe ich gerne einen FP. Das Baden davor tat auch sehr gut. Wir haben dabei einen Mertens Waran gesehen! Die Dose konnte ich problemlos finden. TFTC!

Had only enough time to visit one of the main local gorges - and chose Edith on the recommendation of a friend.
Puffed and panted up to the lookout for a great view and an easy find.
Couldn't decide between going on up track for another cache or taking a swim. Swim won!.

Around the middle of the day we arrived at this beautiful place to swim or to look around. Brababt3003 and I choose to get up the mountain to go to the lookout... we only had one hour so we had to hurry. It was very hot above 40 degrees but we would not like to miss it! Wunderfull view from this spot! And we found the cache! Yes!

Lovely day for a walk and a swim. Warning ammo tins are hot to handle at 40 degrees. TFTC
A beautiful walk at any time of the day, more so at sunrise and a bonus to find this cache as well! TFTC.
This year i spend my holidays together with my family in Australia. We explore your beautiful country by car (Cairns to Perth) and we had a wonderful time. And because of your geocache we saw an impressive landscape, enjoy a short walk or just had a short rest. So many thanks to you for showing me your country. We love it

Stayed at the falls for two peaceful days.
I made the climb to upper falls and made a great find and sign.
Great to find something other than those infernal micro's.
Thanks.

This cache was found today and brings our overall cache find tally to 9802. We found this as part of our 2018 Round Australia trip.
A very quick climb up from the lookout for a nice simple find. Just the way I like them on 35 degree days!
Thanks bubblensqueak for the cache.

My husband and I started caching in 2006. Placing quiet a few caches over the years. Unfortunately Garry's life was cut short in an accident Dec 2016. As we moved around a little with his work our caches are well spread out and I currently don't have the time to get to all of them to replace logbooks. I am asking if you are planning on visiting any of our caches if you wouldn't mind taking along a spare notebook and replace if necessary. Already I have had to archive a few but would love to keep the remaining ones going for years to come. I would be most grateful to anyone for helping out.
