Logs
As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it's been a number of months since the last owner note. I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it. Should you replace the cache after 30 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.
Parked and started walking on a very hot day. Phone was pointing up a very large cliff. Followed the track and found a relatively easy way up. Quickly located the cache and yes it is very wet inside. Was able to sign and replaced as found. There may be other ways to approach this location that we are unaware of. Thanks for bringing us to this area. TFTC.
Found it but it's full of water and notepad soaked. Chickenman, need to take away and dry out.
But thanks it's our first cache!!

My first Aussie cache! A late afternoon walk through the woods. TFTC The Smurfers
Headed into GZ and wandered around as I still had the old coordinates and could not find anything that looked like the hint and then saw some very dead leaves I recognised.
Geopartner had a look at the page and realised it had been updated and we were soon at GZ and a cache in hand.
Log signed after some very young signatures. Cache returned and covered and we headed off as we could hear some very noisy yapping muggles who would give the game away.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks McCracken All good with this cache

Coordinates changed from:
S 27° 31.681 E 153° 02.025
Coordinates changed to:
S 27° 31.680 E 153° 02.000
Distance from original: 135 feet or 41.1 meters.
Looks like a few trees have been cleaned up/removed including the umbrella tree where the cache was. Lucky the cache survived and wasn't found.
It has now been moved to a new spot.
Thanks.

Good luck to other geocaches quite hard because the council has cut down all umbrella trees and they are all in a pile
Lots of trees have been cut down at the location, the area is currently buried under piles of branches and wood chips. Not sure if the cache is still the or not, but either way it's not accessible right now.
Searched but couldn't find it. Will try again. Found where I thought it may have been hidden, but no luck
Easiest find ever. It was helpful that s pen was lying around the area. Good spot
A tad tough to find but worth the search. Added a card but didn't take anyhting. Cheers for the geocache
Today there is a geocaching event on the North Side.
So I started early and slowly made my way north finding a few caches along the way.
I found a place to park and wandered around the track to think one.
It was exposed a little, so an easy find and I added a lot more cover than when I found it.
Thanks for the cache.

Found at 0627. After a bit of a climb up hill I made it to the GZ. a little searching I had the cache. TFTC.
Found it on my bike tour today and after the umbrella one i knew what to look for. TFTC!
Out on the geocycle today to round up a few caches. I started with the new series at Yeronga Memorial Park and then headed off on a loop.
This one was interesting to get to. I chose the steep option ;-/ Ah well a nice little hill climb to get the muscles working
A nice quick find once I had reached the lofty heights ;-P
I left a TB that wants to go to high places. This might be my best effort for a few weeks

grytvikken had GPS and took me up a really steep hill! The way back was much better! This is a great spot to walk and take the dogs. Took TB for a new journey. Thanks for leading me there, McCracken!

Thanks so much! Though no treasure left . But we left some treasure for the next geocachers!
Geokid2 AGAIN! but no tb. No swaps either. Left our mark but someone was here before us so the tb may be yet to be logged. tftc.
Fascinated by the reservoir, I have some googling to do when I get home! Haha. TFTC
Somehow managed to make the entry to the required area a difficult endeavour only to locate the easy walkway on the way back. Looked in a couple of placesbefore eventually finding the cache at a time when all the walking muggles had cleared off. Grabbed Fish On! and Football Boy TBs and left Sorrento Bug. Tftc.
After driving around the area we found a good spot to park. Climbed up the hill, through the gate, up the stairs to the cache zone. The coords lead us to the correct umbrella tree. I then discovered there was not writing instrument in the cache, as I wasn't about to trek down the hill and back up lugging a baby and dragging a toddler on my own I have left the log unsigned. I did leave two travel bugs, Football boy, and Fish on, as proof that I was 'ere. TFTC♡
What a big reservoir!
Good hint. Easy find.
Took TB to move along.
Thanks for the cache McCracken.

Parked below near the park and enjoyed the walk up the hill. Very interesting view of the top of the reservoir. Got the find after widening out the search a little. TFTC
Nice quick easy cache, parked about 10 metres from cache and spotted something very familiar, interesting structure around here.
Found tb in/out here. Scrub turkey having a good scratch nearby, so we did the same to get cache. Retreived a hat that is going places, dropped in a camera.
Went for a short stroll with Tiamet to find this one!
The coordinates took is to the wrong place but as soon as we expanded our search grid we quickly found the cache. It was a bit exposed so we made an effort to conceal it a bit better.
Thanks for the cache!

Found this afternoon with BCF88 on a short stroll from home. Left a TB and took a TB. The container was lying out in the open so I repositioned it in a secure hiding place in the same area. TFTC
After finishing work a bit early today I headed for a different part of town. This was a nice easy find in a nice hidden away spot. TFTC.
This was a nice simple find while in the company of Net88 and Whint and Bad Dal.

Found this cache with Nyssaflutterby and Whint and Bad Dal on a trip to the south side before work. We drove up and were baffled by the keep right sign. I hadn't seen one for them for ages! We parked at GZ and started looking. Nyssaflutterby looked in a spot which we would later find out to be only a few inches from the cache container. We moved around the area searching before reading the hint. We headed back to our first searching spot and Nyssaflutterby found the cache almost straight away. Thanks for the cache McCraken
the Chicken man... what a strange little name Heading to GZ with Net88 & Nyssa Flutterby we noticed there was a bit of construction going on and we were not sure we could make it all the way but we soon found our way in parking right near GZ we set about the hunt and soon Nyssa made the discovery All good here... signed and returned

Dogwalker gave us a little fright claiming that the gate would be shut on us at any moment, but it didn't happen. Nice little area, gps took us to the other umbrella tree though TFTC!
The map suggested this might be a little lake. That would have been rad. Nice hide though. TFTC.
Parked at the little coffee shop at the bottom of the hill and said to Duck"Come on it's time to earn your keep, it's up there somewhere, go for it." Whispered to Duck ( Duck has a remarkable memory) the coordinates and wished it a safe and rewarding trip.
I can proudly say that my years of professional duck training has paid off and Duck was back before I could get through my cuppachino. On Ducks return I debriefed it and downloaded it's spy cam data to verify the signing of the log. Great location for a cache, Thanks Chicken man

I drove in at speed, jumped out, grabbed a stick, started poking around likely spots and in only a couple of minutes, I had the cache in hand. I think last time my phone was pointing me towards the wrong umbrella tree! Grabbed the TB and took off, wondering how I missed it before: TFTC which is fine, though there is a bit of litter around.
The name of this cache is lost on me. Oh well!
It was a day of up and down but mostly up hills, and this cache was no exception. Parking at the lowest point, I spotted a higher place to park, then had to stumble up some grass and steps to get to what appeared to be a higher spot I could have parked at. Oh well!
The clue didn't help me as what I thought was an umbrella tree turned out not to be the hiding spot and the coords had me all over the shop
I widened the search and located the cache barely covered and only a couple of metres off the sealed track Turns out it didn't take long at all. Teamtinda must have had a spot of dirt in his eye
Retrieved the TB and rolled my weary self downhill to where Sooty was parked. Last cache of the day for me.
TFTC McCracken, neat hide! Nice high point for views.

Nope. Spent a lot of time here to no avail. Looks like a big gum branch has come down on the GZ, so I was trying to work around that, but also checking out other likely spots around. Hope it's still there somewhere, and I'll be back if it is.
had the scouts join us to search for it and after a few tense minutes we found it
I followed the GPSr to the nearest spot but ended up going up the side of he hill to the top of the hill. Nothin' wrong with a bit of exercise.

The stinking SatNav really made me work for this one, putting me on the low side of the embankment so I had to work my way around.... Of course, as I walked around, I came across the road that would take me to within 2m of GZ... Grr...
On arrival at GZ, the cache revealed itself nice and easy which was some consolation. I etched my name in the log, tucked it away and took the direct route back to the car... It was easy going down... [^]
Cheers McCracken.

Out with T-Tech for lunch and we decided to grab a cache before he had to head back to work. We made an effort to find a quick walk in, as it's pretty steep around here, but had some trouble with GPS under the trees. The hint was vague, but we eventually worked out where the cache was hiding. The logbook is a little damp. TFTC, McCracken.
Out with IolantheK for a stop of lunch and a cache.
Nice spot but it's a total mystery to me why it's called;
