TFTC, cache in good condition. Easy find and the views are great. Huge tower close by.
Heading out for the day with Cheezel1961 with his trusty steed. Targeting caches in and around Swan Reach. This being one of them.Easy find hereTFTC SL
After over seven weeks on the road, I'm back home and finally catching up on all my logging.Caching in South Australia was fantastic, so many good hides to find, and we found ourselves zigzagging all over the place doing lots of geoart but of course ran out of time to get everything done on our to-do list. The majority of caches we found were in great condition and well maintained, which is a credit to all the CO's who placed them, so thank you.Our logs were mostly signed as 5 for QLD to save room on the log sheets, and no doubt, we'll be back again in the near future
In Adelaide for a couple of weeks.Sedan for a Helmet, then caching back down to Adelaide.Nice country.Log signed and cache replaced as found on March 6, 2024. TFTC, Moneydork
Settling into another phase of our southern journey our travels are returning us to Sedan. Thinking of memories of our last visit.Caching with and signing as 5 for QLD including RoddyC hatzofff Imbunda snickersallan grannysmith1947TFTCache Moneydork

Day nineteen of our short South Australian trip with BettyBoo3747 and the geo-doggies.
Lovely weather today and the first day of traveling home.
Tanunda to Tailem Bend, via a few AdLabs, an OTD series, and a few trads.
It certainly was a barrier with a view today! Lovely blue skies and green fields you could see forever.
Although the wind left a bit to be desired - it was blowing!
Nearly lost the cache as it got blown away!
Thanks, Robmc.

#19418. Day 19 of our Vic/SA trip with Robmc the geodogs and our bicycles. Sadly, we have now left the Barossa Valley and have made our way to Tailem Bend, making our way home slowly to Victoria. After last night's wild storm we awoke to a blue sky and sunshine - good for travelling.
What a windy place - thought I would blow away when I opened the passenger door to go and look for the cache. The views were certainly magnificent in all directions. We carefully held on to all the bits and pieces from the cache in case they blew away and replaced as found.
Thanks Trigger_Fish

Today I and J plus the little one travelled to the East, to watch stars, and take ferries in Walker Flat and Swan Reach. We planned to try some caches on the way, including traditional cache, multi-cache, mystery cache, Wherigo Cache, Earthcache, and adventure lab cache.
This was the seventh find for today.
Nice view here. I took a photo a few steps from GZ.
Good-sized container. Signed the log book.
Thanks for the cache, Monkeydork.

Came along with ilook4geo and stopped here for a short break. The container here was soon in hand. Both names were soon stamped on the log before all was put back into place. Thanks go to Moneydork for placing this cache.
On the road again with goingplaces2 and picking up a few caches along the way. This was a successful find and the log was signed. Thanks for this cache go to Moneydork.
Last time i was out here I struggled to find, but today, boom. Great spot. So so dry at the moment. The views from here are great. Better when its had some rqin. tftc

A great place to stop on the drive down the hill to the plains from Mt Pleasant. Now is a great time to visit; I don’t think this side of the rain shadow is this green for long. Thanks for getting me to stop. FP.
I am head to Swan Reach for the weekend and stopped by here to enjoy the view and find a cache.
Cache is in great condition.

Heading back out in the direction of Swan Reach and Blanchetown to find a few of the caches I could not get to the other day. With the amount of caches found, logs will be a bit generic. All caches were found in good condition, unless otherwise stated, on an enjoyable afternoon,

Pulled up right next to GZ, and took in the view whilst stamping the logbook.
On the way home from blanchetown to Adelaide this morning I detoured via the back roads to collect some caches and complete the BMT series, as I was rushed for time I had to stop after I got to mount pleasant.

Today was a bit of an expedition driving around the Adelaide Hills and beyond, to then around Murray Bridge, and few places in between. It began driving through Woodside on to Tungkillo to collect a few geocaches there, and then on to the river past Mannum and Mypolonga for a few scattered caches. It was then on to meet Michells&hound for her target D/T cache, and then back towards Murray Bridge to repair a few caches and find the northern area caches. Finally, I made a stop at Mount Barker on the return back to Adelaide. The day was rather nice; a little brisk and a few showers with only during the middle of the day it fell a little more harder.
I was on route past this cache, and decided to make the stop since there wasn't a lot of geocaches around this one. I parked right next to the popular guardrail, and cache was quickly found (not sure why the previous geocacher had trouble in locating). The geocache was all good, and some terrific views from here. Cheers Moneydork.

Hi there Moneydork.
We found your cache **"A Barrier with a View"** today. (This makes our find count 22042).
Today we headed out from Mount Pleasant to attempt the BMT series - but we also had to find this one. As it's not part of the series it deserves a finely crafted log, not one of the crappy cut-n-paste ones that usually are associated with power trails.
We found 36 caches today & DNF'd 0. Without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** A Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

THE WIND WAS SO STRONG THAT THE LID OF THE CACHE BLEW OUT OF MY HANDS ONTO THE ROAD. LUCKILY THE PASSING CAR MISSED IT.
This day of caching has allowed us to earn some Hidden Creature Souveniors. Thank you Moneydork for placing this cache.

The cache is there, exactly where all good road barrier caches should be. The views were great, and despite a forecast of bad weather, we were glad we'd come out this way today.
Thanks Moneydork.
Thanks Moneydork.
Searched by torchlight no luck for us as our last cache before heading home, maybe a case of cache blindness or the torch not shining the right way will wait see further logs before a revisit TFTC Moneydork
A quick and easy find as the description states, and yes the view was lovely. [:X]
Out and about with Ozibags today where we enjoyed a beautiful country drive [^] on a gorgeous day [^] whilst having fun (gotta love lots of silly talk and laughter) [^], and picking up a few caches [^].
Not only did we have an awesome day, but we also had a few unexpected adventures.......including almost managing to get shot at [xx(] by a very scary angry muggle who clearly had a few issues (which also meant at least one of the caches we found will likely need archiving).....I do wonder what may have been cultivating on that property [?] [:(!].......but before we knew how our day was going to unfold, this was one of our stops

Owl and SA Sewer rats were out on an adventure. They found a view. And a barrier. And a cache.
I was on the road for six days, following the Aust Solo Speedway Championships, and this is one of the caches I located along the way.
Thanks for the work you have done to provide the enjoyment for so many of us.
