Reduce speed alright. There's no speeding into this parking area, well not in a road car anyway.
Nice and quiet here at this hour of the morning, except for what ever scared the crap out of me when it took off through the under growth down the hill further. Probably a damn rabbit but still not cool man.
Another quick sign in before hitting the road again.
Cheers RC

Back in Stanthorpe for a few days to clean up after Mega, where we spent most of the time on the Apples.
A motorcycle came by as we parked here - he certainly wasn't in any hurry - to slow down!!
Found at 1:40pm on 6th December, 2015.

Out on a caching adventure we did have to reduce speed quite a bit for this one - to the point of stopping! (fancy that). Cache was a quick find, sign and replace before we were back on our way again. Cache in good condition. Thanks Rainforest Cookie.

Day 6 of QLD MEGA for me.
I have to head further afield today to find a few caches.
I have enjoyed the MEGA and today seems to be cleaning up the remaining caches.
A quick find here.
Thanks for the cache.

**this is a late log** I have recently made a major upgrade to my GSAK license and found this lovely feature that automatically tells me what caches I have marked found in GSAK but never logged on geocaching.com!! Yay, Clyde, you can have my money anytime! So, I attended the Stanthorpe mega at the request of several members of the organsing team. Having been to every event designated "Mega" in Australia up to this time I almost felt an obligation to oblige. I knew I would have fun catching up with the many friends I've made Australia-wide and that caching would be done -- and done it was! These are the finds I made while in the area and I enjoyed all of them despite the rainy and a tad cold weather. I cached with Uni, Shonky, and SX as well as Moneydork throughout the weekend. Thanks to all who placed caches in the region, they were all enjoyable.
Another one we passed on the way out and decided to do on the return journey. This was one of the quickest finds for the day.

I think we should have done these travelling east rather than west as we had a bit of trouble finding a safe spot to park.
Thanks Rainforest Cookie.

Relogging this under individual account, previously a member of Gaz'n'Kab account.
We headed out here today to grab the few out along this road, and after a short drive, we soon arrived at GZ With the cache name in mind, we pulled up the car, and after a quick search the cache was spotted, and our name added to the logbook [^]

[font=Comic Sans MS]Hi there Rainforest Cookie. We found your cache "Reduce Speed" at 9:57:00 AM today.
This was our 3rd cache find in a caching run of 5 Finds & 0 DNFs today. (So this now makes our find count 9454.)
[Blue]
When we started our cache run today, the weather was absolutely miserable - cold and damp. As we approached this series of caches the clouds disappeared and the sun shone. On our return trip it certainly got colder again. (Maybe we should have stayed out caching much longer.
We had to bypass this cache on the way out, as there was a farmers 4WD traveling right behind us - and we don't think he would have stopped in time.
[/Blue]
Coordinate Accuracy: Excellent. (We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.)
Cache Condition: Container and log book are in good shape.
Took: Nothing.
Left: Smiley Badge.
Dropped Trackable: "sahasrara Geocoin A Dark."
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards

A quiet day today with a visit to friends in Texas on the agenda and hoping to pick up a few caches on the way just to keep the numbers ticking over. Thanks to Rainforest Cookie for hiding this cache.
We were pleased to have the opportunity to visit the other Texas today (we have we to the Lone Star State) and managed to find this cache on our way. A big thanks to Rainforest Cookie
I slowed right down here pardner !!
I had to !!
There was a cache to be found, or rather a parking place from which a short stroll on foot would allow a cache to be found
Good job the road to the Wild West is so quiet [^]
But Maryland is a long, long way from Texas !! [:o]

This is a nice country drive. I took the pathtag as its the first one I've found in a cache. Its a beautiful day for caching today. Cheers.
Progressively working my way south now to go west a little. Started out on the run to Texas at a reasonable hour. Giving the macropod family time to get off the road and back to bed, the live ones that is. Between the last one and here 3 that did not make it across the road last night and one very much alive big one. 2 cars this time while I was at GZ. Quick find at 1004 TFTC Rainforest Cookie
On into the West we drove. But watching our speed. Well Aussie Liahona drove. I just sat in the back seat waiting for the next cache stop. And here it was. Another find in this series by Rainforest Cookie that gave us an excuse to head for the West.
While attending the Christmas in June event at Team Robins we decided a days drive out west was on the cards and today was the day. Thanks for placing the caches out this way Rainforest Cookie, to bring us out on this lovely drive that we enjoyed very much. NINOSL.
