After due reflection, I have decided to archive the cache as my mate Pipperpointer no longer lives nearby and it is quite a hike from my usual abode. Thanks to all finders and well wishers.
Yesterday my son mazza151, my daughter pinkypie05 and myself decided to show some muggle friends of ours about geocaching. They had been previously interested but we had just never got around to organising anything. With a free day and them living on the east side, I decided show them some caches on this side of town as we live on the western side and I find it hard to do caching over there. When I saw these on the esplanade I thought what I nice place to introduce them to caching. Well this was our first one. We searched and searched but couldn't find anything. Everyone was getting frustrated and I thought what a bad introduction to caching. After 20 minutes I moved us onto the next cache. Not sure if it is missing or I was being cache blind.
The last container appears to have disappeared so I have replaced it with a minimalist container and paper for the time being, hoping to return with something better soon.
Looked for quite a while but alas could not find it. I am quite vertically challenged so even did a bit if climbing but was unrewarded. I hope it's not been muggled cause it's a great spit for a cache
Plenty of likely options but it was my slightly taller non-caching friend who spotted this one before me.
I love these old trees and envy seeing kids climbing them. This took a couple of mins but then easy find and we are finished. TFTC
Hahaha looked in the right spot straight up but missed it, after 3 mins of more searching we found it
Pleased to have " found it" . Did Sunday morn markets, grabbed a coffee, and took an easy walk to GZ.
Was fortunate that there was a big gap in the muggles on the footpath, enabling a cache recovery, signing, and return , somewhat un detected.
Great spot for a cache.

Spent the night doing some caching with Genyo and came across this cache. Was a quick find as I turned and was lucky enough to spot the prize from a distance. TFTC.
This cache was in clear and plain view so I'm surprised it hadn't been muggled. Quickly signed the log and return the cache without any muggles seeing. TFTC!
We are here on Holiday from New Zealand, and staying very closely.Spent far to long lurking at this very unusual Tree,as Muggles kept walking by.Finally with a break in the traffic,we quicky grab it signed it and scarped.TFTC
It took us a few circles of the trees to find this sneaky cache. It helps if you are tall! Glad there was no climbing involved. Be warned, this spot is popular for joggers and dog walkers. TFTC
Someone had put dreaded loombands in the container so I oushed them to the bottom as log was hard to extract, cheese trail FINALLLY complete.
First time we tried to find this cache it had been muggled, thankfully we found it this time.. Cheese trail complete !
A lovely stroll with new puppy down at the water today. Last time we were here these caches didn't exist. And others that I did find have now been archived. So it was nice to find some again today. The markets were on so I was very prepared for dnfs.
But found this one easy between muggles. The hardest thing was putting it back as there was a constant stream of muggles and bikes and dogs and and....
Safely stowed and on wards to number two. I mean three... Where is one anyway?

Out and about caching today, this was the fourth find of the day...great spot...TFTC!
We ventured forth for a picnic and caching day on the absolute and complete opposite end of town purely because I was amused by the idea of a cheese trail.

Find #1207 at 14:37 with the whole family taking a stroll down the cheese trail on a lovely public holiday.
The two tree monkeys in the team provided another excellent diversion while I retrieved and replaced this one.
They definitely earned their smileys today with all the walking and misdirection assistance.
Thanks for the cache, pipper pointer and Team Tinda.

I was being a tree kangaroo climbing in the trees, and I got stuck and Mummy had to help me down. MissSuzie could not get up. It was a very twisty tree. Thank you for the cache.
I got a park nearby and wandered over to GZ. Using OSM maps today to replace my originals and was relieved to see that this time the co-ords were spot on. May the co-ords for the last two caches were a bit off.

Passing time while the geogirl is preparing for her first concert with the Australian Youth Choir. Down we came to put stomping ground when the geogirl )now 10) was a baby. So here is mum and dad all dressed up and digging in for caches! Got it! TFTC
TFTC. Thought we saw a family getting this one last weekend and sure enough they were in the log.
Found it. Last one for the cheese trail series, Had to be carefull trying to extract it from its hidey hole, as i nearly push it back to far, but with so many retrieving tools on the ground it was soon out.
Another 5 down now off to do some shopping.

Number 1 was inaccessible today so we headed down and did the rest. Overall a great series of caches and some good hides. Thanks for the caches.

Thanks for updating this cache. The kidz had fun climbing over the trees. TFTC!
Our family enjoyed a few hours relaxing at Manly on a spectacular day - a great spot and a great place to find some caches. This was my third find. A number of muggles passed by at varying intervals but I managed to slip the cache away, sign the log and return without being noticed. Nice hide and all in good nick. Some great hiding spots to choose from. TFTC
Hmmm timing is everything with this one. Early morning has a parade of walkers, joggers and the lycra clad passing. Eventually a find, the cammo on the cache container is clever. Inscribed the new log... that's enough exercise for now!
Nice hiding place. Had a encounter with a lizard lol quite cheeky wouldn't let me have the cache thought I would have to come back later. Log book was soggy. Didn't have anything on me to change it sorry. I left a treasure in it. Happy hunting everyone: )
Thanks for your patience, all. A new container is in place but with a log sheet only until I can return. Please be "muggle aware"!
Stopped by on morning walk to cafe @ near by yacht club.
Much looking in hollows, didn't find any sign of it.
Looks like it needs a visit from the master cheese !
Magic spot for a walk regardless,

What a fun place to hide a cache. Unfortunately we were unsuccessful today even though we both ended up above ground level looking in all the nooks and crannies. TFTH.
Not having a geokid and not being more than 165cm I think I was not a prime candidate for this one. I could climb but that would mean leaving iPad on ground so ... Not today thanks. More beautiful boats with jangling masts.
