The area of reconstruction is taking too long so I guess I will have to let this one go, sad.
Just checked this site out and the council works are still ongoing
Will keep an eye on it and replace ASAP

Unfortunately the Mural has been demolished by works going on in the area.
I will keep an eye on things and see if this can be re positioned.

Completing a road trip with CPwanderer via Warrnambool.
We checked our nearest caches while we were waiting for dinner.
And found this one located just around the block,
which was good as I had my non-caching shoes on for dinner.
The fencing had me worried, but CP managed to access a gap in the fence & grabbed the cache while no muggles were around.
Great mural, pity if the wall is going
Thanks for bringing us here Kia1

Staying overnight on a great Ocean Road Trip. Went past this cache on the way to get groceries. Nice mural. Tftc
Another beautiful day with my beautiful geowife.

Have to love a cache where you can walk straight up to it and find it because the heat was keeping all the muggles away!
(I might be guilty of reading hints before i get to caches too!)
Loved the artwork in this part of town, thx Kia1 for your caches!

A night in Warrnambool so a stroll to grab some caches was in order...though a warm evening made it a bit sticky. As mentioned previously the cache lid is not catching to the base...good clue made for a quick find. Tftc
TFTC. We are in Warrnambool for a Motorhome Christmas party. We needed to get our gas bottle refilled and while we were out , we took the opportunity to find some more local caches.
The actual find was pretty straightforward. The lid on the nano came off as we extracted the cache. With tweezers we got the second part. We signed log and returned to location. It may pay the CO to check the container.

Found it! Tricky hide but hint is dead on. Cap doesn't stay on the container very well, it fell off when the cache was removed from its hiding place. Could not for the life of me get the log out of the container so didn't end up signing log. Put cap back on the best I could and replaced cache. Thanks!
Well after a few DNF's this was disabled while I was away on leave.
Upon my return I checked it out and guess what, IT'S STILL THERE.
Cheers

Well with some DNF's I Would say this has gone AWOL.
As I am away untill November on leave I intend to replace ASAP.
Bear with me.

Checked every nook and cranny with JelenaGreenleaf, but no cache. We fear it may be gone.
Georocks101 and I had a few DNFs during our trip here but we're logging this one because we are concerned that it may have been muggled. We thoroughly checked the area that the hinted suggested but found absolutely nothing unless it's been moved. We hope it is still there and that we were just unlucky
Second find of the day. It is calming to sleep with the waves crashing nearby, as long as they don't crash over the tent. By the way Caravan parks : the only place you can walk around in your pyjamas at any time of the day and nobody gives you a second look.
Thanks for the cache at this mural, easily overlooked if you didn't place one here.

Cool, ive never actually looked at this mural its really good. Found it. Yaaay. Nice clue.
Found with The Empire as we journeyed from Portland to our respective home towns. We were getting hungry now, so it was a good job we had this one spotted pretty quickly. Great mural, what a tremendous way to brighten a huge wall like this. My thanks to Kia1 for bringing us here to see this, and for the hide as well
Found by The Empire and Sully
Time to start making tracks for home. This time, along the Great Ocean Road between Portland and Port Campbell. A brief cruise through Warnambool, picking up some cool caches, lunch, then back on the road. Lovely mural. Thanks for the cache Kia1.

Saturday night in the city ... well, Warrnambool certainly turns on its "city" features at this time: There were muggles everywhere! Suss was admiring the mural and the story of the erstwhile building, whilst the vulture saw out the night with his SES colleagues. Hmm, where to start looking? There was one particular spot that came under suspicion, outside the picture, where she gingerly dug, but no nano came into sight. So, she referred to the hint, and the cache was located in no time. Phew - would hate to see people damaging the artwork.
It's an interesting one, with development shown like a dream in modes of transport over time. Certainly adds some welcome colour to the large square and parking lot.
Thanks for bringing me here!

Quick find once I sat down (very happy I didn't have to fish around too far...) Thought I better grab an Aussie cache before I head back home to Canada. Didn't have a pen on me, so no name, but definitely had it in my hands! TFTC!
Found by Team Ninja 12/01/2017, find number 954.
I had previously planned to attempt this cache before Christmas but the carpark was crazy busy with muggles so I didn't even try. I returned today and found the carpark surprisingly quiet - the few muggles over the far side paid no attention to me. I sat down on the curb and must have looked at the right angle as I spotted the cache almost straight away! A nicely hidden cache which could have easily kept me looking for much longer! TFTC.

Found while spending a few days in Warrnambool with our daughter and her partner. TFTC
Hmmm. I somehow forgot to log this one the other day...
I got to GZ, and sat on the ground, looking like any other hobo sitting there playing games on my phone. Whenever there was a break in the traffic, I had a quick look. It was an unlikely thing I finally pulled out, but great camo! Signed log and replaced. Thanks for the cache, Kia1

I am in Warrnambool, camping here with Geo-Sons for our annual 10-days-in-a-tent. A few years ago, they started rolling their eyes and saying, "Do we HAVE to go geocaching?" As we've walked around town over the past couple of days, I've kept saying, "I bet we are walking past geocaches" Well, I think I have got the perfect balance this year! They both have to work in Melbourne this weekend, so I have put them on the train, and now have three days to myself until they return on Monday afternoon! Geocaching - here I come!!!

Lazy Sunday drive and a few caches with Beaker and Astronaut99. Warily put my hand in a few dodgy places before spotting this one! Nicely done! Thanks
Yeah found it. Nice new log so I didn't have to fiddle with rolling it up again . Very sneaky pays to try everything. High muggles area.
Out caching with Wollaston on a visit to Warrnambool after watching the Grand Final in Melbourne. No luck for us. TFTC
Happy International Geocaching Day!!!
In town with my muggle inlaws, little Ruverbug and semi geo husband for lunch at the Warrnambool Hotel. Being IGD and all the way down here and nowhere near an event I needed to find a cache to get today's digital souvenir. This was the one we parked closest to. After a delicious lunch in an eclectic establishment we went for a brief walk around to GZ. It's an interesting mural, which I'd not seen before. I looked in the obvious place before getting into the right position to make the find.
Afterwards we found a funky little vintage shop across the car park that without going in there to find the cache I probably would not have found otherwise.
Thanks Kia1 for the cache.

What a cheeky little hide. Not where I began looking at all but found never the less. Good one TFTC
That was s fun search and a nice history lesson. Sadly, we needed the hint, but then found it quickly. TFTC
A very tricky find, very clever. Had to grab it between muggles.
Will give this one a favourite for the clever hide in a busy spot.
Signed and replaced. TFTC.

Tricky. Clever cache we grabbed between Muggles. Thanks for having one here... It might be our farthest find from home!
Found on 2/4/16 getting a few Warrnambool caches done!

Amusing little hide spot on clue some previous logs made us chuckle Thanx for the detour cache
OMG. Can't say how embarrassed I was when I finally found this one. I've been here countless times on all fours searching but have never found it. Finally I have it. Log signed. Thanks for the challenge Kia1 and for making me stop and appreciate the mural. Would have loved to have seen this magnificent building in its element.
Suscoe had been enjoying a lovely weekend at Port Fairy listening to glorious music.
We were out enjoying some caching after the final song was sung.
This is our second visit here, last time it was too good for us.
Not so today, after an initial search a little refocussing and there was the clever hide.
Well done Kia1, this is a quality hide in an often busy place.
A favourite for your work here.

We had parked in the carpark well over an hour before we actually got to find this cache. It was so busy with cars coming and going even at this time of night (it was well after 9pm). When a van pulled up near ours and the occupants just sat there, we gave up even going near this cache and went and enjoyed the nearby Laneways 2&3 multi instead. Upon return to the carpark, the van had gone and we were able to make a quick find and return just prior to the next lot of cars arriving. What a grand old building the Coffee Palace would have been. It was good to see the names of the artists above the mural too. TFTC Kia1.
I enjoyed wandering around warrnambool looking at the murals. Thanks i had to pretend to do the old tie up the shoe lace trick to avoid the muggles tftc
I found this cache as a joint part of “Team” *Throsbyonchurch* and in which name the log book was signed. I now have my own account as I’m old enough to cache myself, so I am claiming a fair share of my earlier finds. As I had no caching name at the time there's no log in the book for me but I’m claiming the find under team ToC. Thank you for the hide.
