Kyms Adventure and I are on a WA campervan trip working holiday and nabbing some caches on the way Cache Experience: We had to pull in to grab some fuel but before we did we stopped across from GZ. A Quick Look around the area and it was soon spotted TFTC Cache Condition: GOODThis is cache number:53517:23
#323 TFTC on a 3mth working holiday with Defcon_6 travelling across WA - SA to NT. A little caching to be done along the way.10/11 finds for the day
Our bus stopped here. Half an hour till departure. My wife ordered food. I ran to the cache. Found it. Logged it. Back the hot dog was ready. Restroom. Half an hour over. Thanks for providing a cache at such place.
Found together with spockfan during a long drive from Uluru to Coober Pedy. Thanks for hiding .
Ooh, Oodnadatta track! So tempting but not today we said when here. After a loo break and an icecream (35c today) a nice cache here to add to the day. (Edit, on returning from up North, we did take the track!)Last night we drove till we needed to stop, just 2 hours south of Cooper Pedy to a road side rest stop. An amusing morning with fellow campers Bob, and his fun talkative cockatoo Laury. What characters! Character, quirky and amusing was the theme of the day, all in a good way of course. Arriving in Cooper Pedy, it was the best kind of crazy and such a great place. Van parked it was of to explore town, inside and out, dugouts, mines and the sites, caches, adventure labes, even a FTF. Super blue sunny skies, temperates delightfully warm in the 30's. Fueled up we headed north, via Marla to Mintabie for my last SA county cache. SA completed! Back into Marla for dinner, it was a discussion of what next. Back to cooby?... let's do earthcaches and go out on the Oodnadatta Track to stay in Oodnadatta overnight on our way back to coober Pedy!
Happy to have easily found this cache after a frustrating time activating a Telstra sim for my phone! TFTC
Thanks for my new most westerly cache. Just done the Oodnadatta Track got to Marla yesterday after 3 days of closed roads

Velk cesta do Ocenie - Coober Pedy, South Australia - Erldunda, Northern Territory (480 km)Hwy to Hell ! No prost nestoj to za nic. Verej motel z hlny ml aspo njakou atmosfru. Te u to, bohuel, musm jen vydret.Today was only permanent hell. It was about 45C and sunny all day. I drive from Coober Pedy to Erldunda in Northern territory. If I had known how monotonous the journey would be, I would have flown by plane. There are no views of the countryside, just low bushes everywhere and terrible heat. Neither animals are to be seen, nor is civilization here. I stopped by some caches on the way. Thanks for all caches I visited and greetings from Czech republic.
Together with Travelser I'm going Down Under. We are driving around with a motorhome. Started on the 17th September in Cairns. Our plan is driving.along the eastcoast down. Then in the south on to Adelaide and from there ending the 31th October in Alice Springs.During our trip we of course search for several caches. Most of them brought us to very nice spots, like this one.All the CO's, and in this case OzFiresafe, thanks for bringing us here and give our trip a special accent.
On my roundtrip along Australia with Oopie we are douing always some caches.Today we ware on the way from Adelaide to Uluru and we did a few nice caches.CO thanks for bringing us on this nice place and make this cache.
Found by The Empire + HLeaving behind the lunar-like landscapes of Coober Pedy, we set out... Our destination: Yulara, the gateway to one of the world's most iconic natural wonders, Uluru. The road, once again, stretched endlessly before us, cutting through the vast, arid expanses of the Australian outback. The sky above was a brilliant blue canvas, unmarred by clouds, and the sun beamed down with unrelenting intensity, casting a warm glow over the ancient land.Amid the desert's raw beauty, we spotted pockets of vibrant life. Hardy desert plants clung to the earth, their resilience a testament to nature's ability to thrive in even the harshest of environments. Surprisingly, we didn't spot any kangaroos, but emus were a common sight, their distinctive forms gracefully roaming the arid landscape. Another quick find along the way, thanks for the cache OzFiresafe.- M
Found whilst doing a stop over on our trip back down from Kings Canyon. Thanks for the find.
OMG…..I can’t contain my excitement
Grinners are winners
Myself and my muggle friend are travelling to Darwin on the Ghan and I didn’t think I’d be able to make a find in Marla, as the nearest one was on the wrong side of the tracks! Little did I know I would have the pleasure of meeting Hi-Vis Winnie.
Winnie and her wheels took me for a quick spin around the outskirts of Marla. She had never heard of Geocaching and I think she was more excited than me to learn of these hidden treasures in her backyard.

After checking out a couple of the Old Ghan Line's more remote sidings yesterday and with mechanical issues changing our travel plans, we diverted past this cache as we approached the highway .Another quick find before refueling . TNLNSL.It's quite surprising how big Marla is when you start driving around the back streets - once you know the way in .Thanks OzFiresafe.

Travelling with richlink from Perth to Darwin along the west coast and home again through the centre and the Nullarbor, picking up caches along our route. Today, we say goodbye NT and hello SA. A nice quick grab at the start of the Oodnadatta. Thanks firesafe.
Travelling with iluvtrekking up the WA coast to Darwin and down through the Centre. After overnighting in Kulgera we headed out early this morning towards SA. Thanks for the hide.
Stopped by the nearby roadhouse for the night to catch up on some sleep after driving a few big days towards darwin, Still cold as it was back in melbourne hopefully the temperature is gonna jump up soon!
Marla is a petrol station, it seemed to me. A quick find here. Cracking. TNLN-TFTC!

Micaparamedic, Team Crackers, Geoturtle37 and myself were making our way back to Victoria. Although we seem to keep taking detours, this being one of them. It absolutely poured here last night so it took a bit to break camp. Sometimes previous finders don't make things easier. Thanks for placing the cache for us to find.
After breaking a rather soggy camp from the rains last night, we made a nice quick find here. Thanks for placing the cache.
We stopped to get some fuel in town so had a quick stretch of the legs and walked to this cache.a nice quick find.
Thanks for placing

Tftc A quick find on the way into Marla- on our way to Ulara. Greetings from Pembrokeshire Wales.
Thanks for the change of pace on the long drive from Coober Pedy to Alice Springs
Together with my favorite geocacher Milonguera we traveled to Australia We went to Melbourne via Singapore and from there we explore the south, the center and the east coast.
We walked around Melbourne and had a nice meet & greet event. Than we visited Philip Island with the pinguins and the Great Ocean Road. We fed and petted kangaroos visited the koalas and continued north via Coober Pedy to Alice Springs.
**Thanks for the cache!
Thanks for showing the location and for hiding the cache. You should come to Berlin in Germany to find a lot of interesting geocaches, visit lost places in the surrounding Brandenburg and meet nice people at many events.
I wish you a lot of fun and great adventures while searching for the next geocache!**
Thanks for the cache!

Continuing our trip from Melbourne to Darwin and back, we are now on our way back home and traveling from Alice Springs to Port Augusta for a day or two’s R&R there. We grabbed a few caches on the road as we travelled by but sadly heading to a much cooler climate with each kilometer
A quick grab on the way back to the highway after filling the geovehicle.

A 2 month/11,000km road trip up north to Darwin, where it’s a lot warmer than here after Mrs Boomajarril & I packed up the caravan, geo-dogs, and left the 9°C cold weather behind. An easy walk from the camp ground on an RDO from driving. Cache in good nic.
Parked the car and van, went for a cross country walk, quick find and keep exploring.

A quick stop for a last cache before setting back out onto Oonadatta track to visit some places we missed last time. Loosing out light rapidly and we need to find a place to camp before long. Thanks for the cache!
We are staying in Marla for the night on our way back to Victoria. It’s blowing a gale at the moment so the dust was blowing everywhere when I walked up to collect this cache
Found with Sea eagle on our “mid” adventure through the middle of the state. What could go wrong? SpidermonkeysGrandMums health suddenly declined, 3 out of 4 of us had been sick (not covid luckily but many tests have been required and results transcribed between towns and phone coverage) left the monkey home not well, farina bakery was closed due to covid and was the highlight of the beginning of our trip, the backup battery decided to die. So, we don’t know really how far we can go and taking each day, one at a time.
Overnighted at Port Augusta (just to get out of the house early) , two nights camping at Farina, (frosty!) two camping at coward Springs and then two at William creek (hotel room and hopefully a scenic flight)
The skies have been amazing at night and the sunsets fantastic. We haven’t been able to find all the caches en route due to the drivers demands but we selected some old and 360 degree from home special ones. Nothing wrong with leaving a few for “next time” either.
Thank you for placing it for us to find. Thank you for contributing to the geo map and maintaining when required. TFTC
