I cannot see any information that indicates the CO has taken steps to resolve the issue/s associated with this placement.
Therefore the cache is being Archived to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Tried for this one whilst looking for the nearby old school cache but failed. No sign of a cache for me.
Thanks anyway fishingmad.
Thanks anyway fishingmad.
This one seems to have disappeared! All that we could find was a few small shards of plastic.
The cache I would assume is missing from here there was some plastic found but nothing else. Placing a needs maintenance so CO can check.
Today's focus was to clean out Whyalla Conservation Park - I had a successful day finding all but one cache in the park. The variety of caches and vegetation, some enjoyable walks and great weather for mid winter made it a very enjoyable day.
An easy find. Two consecutive caches with significant weather damage and the third in tow days is unusual. With all my caching gear in Adelaide and working in Pt Augusta means there weren't any replacements in the car. A needs maintenance note has been posted.
Thanks for the cache fishingmad.

Thanks for the cache fishingmad.
This cache is very weathered and falling to pieces. A replacement will be required.
came up to get the nearby old cache 2001 as i need it for my jasper grid and bush caching is better than urban caching.
Came for another cache nearby. Was about to set off we noticed this one just here. So quickly set off to grab this one while the others got ready. The lid of the container was very brittle from the sun & it cracked as I was closing the lid after signing the log. We didn't have a suitable replacement on board of that size. Put container upside down with the broken corner downhill and ensured any paper (especially the log book) were well uphill away from any water that may find it's way in! Looks like this one will need some maintenance. TFTC.
Three Mad Queenslanders (Fangsoki, Crew153 and I) have arrived in Adelaide for a long weekend chasing old caches. This is day three and we headed North, and now West. Having braved the madness of the Mulga around here, we used this cache to navigate back to the car. The cache was quickly found at GZ (more large than regular these days me thinks) - and we continued to discuss the apparent "big of a climb" as previously logged. It's dead flat here - perhaps a "big find" or "Big cache"? Dunno, but it allowed much conversation as we drove back to Adelaide this evening.
Thanks for placing this cache, fishingmad. Found in good condition.

Pprime (P'), Fangsoki and I had planned a long weekend assault on South Australia caches. We were targeting old, rare, unique and interesting caches.
We were on day 3 which would take us from Adelaide to Whyalla and back in 18 hours for 17 finds
This cache was on our hit list as we had to walk past it on the way back from Mulga Madness
Easily found.

This was find 37 of 54 finds for the weekend.

Pprime, Crew 153, and I were visiting South Australia with a primary target of getting some old-timey caches.
We were on our way back from getting our nearby, old timey cache, when we thought t would be plain rude not to grab this cache on the way back to the car.
I was a little late arriving at GZ as I taking pictures of some bones for a friend that likes such things. The others soon had the prize in hand. We signed the log and re-hid as found. As Pprime noted, we thought this beast deserved the "large" designation rather than "regular".
Very happy to have gotten this one. TFTC fishingmad

#1039 Thirty fourth of forty finds on Day 4 of my Christmas and New Year's geocaching road trip to SA. Easy find after a short search. Nice way to celebrate Boxing Day on a overcast and stormy day in and around Whyalla.
Out and about exploring Whyalla area with CAD - enjoyed the stroll into this one on a gorgeous spring day T4 TC:)
After setting up camp the night before with 3LG today we are hoping to locate as many caches in the area as possible before meeting up with The X-Trailers.We headed out towards The furtherest and worked our way back.
A great day weather wise and lots of caches found.

After a good lunch we set off to grab these ones which we drive past everytime we visit Whyalla, it was very nice to be in here and the weather wasnt to hot or to cold, it was just right for doing some cacheing and walking. TFTC
Weekend in Whyalla with Freddo and Laighside Legends[?] Don't mind if I do
Headed out Friday morning and got home Sunday night.
All up 2 events attended , 4 DNFs and 95 caches found over the 3 days
Good company and even a row boat ride too [^]
Some fun in Munyaroo Park with some fantastic geocachers and a chance to meet some geocachers who I haven't met before
We even managed 2 FTFs on our trip up
Seems this is a question that must get asked a lot in the CO's family
Not sure who the geocacher is, dad or the kids
I'm happy though for another cache to find

We're retirees so we rarely get to experience the thrills of "treasure hunting" with littlies. Occasionally when we visit our grandkids there'll be the clamour, the excitement, the running around in circles, and of course the swapsies. Us, our standard is TNLN SL except for the odd TB. So TFTC, we just SL here.

Find #7328**
Day three of the Nullarbor experience was here. This morning, I left the convoy of Alansee, Maccamob and Mica Paramedic and headed out solo for a few days, heading towards Port Lincoln for the night.
Whyalla Conservation Park was the next on my list, The main one I wanted to find here was the 2001 Cache and Australia's first intercache.
So many caches today, I am finding it really hard to remember. All I do know is I found it and it was a beautiful day to be out and about.
**Thanks to fishingmad for the cache. TNLN**

I got away with 'just one more' cache with Mulga Madness (given how old it is), but that was going to be all for the day when we discovered we'd parked under 30 metres from your cache.
Squirrel was in a good mood (we'd just heard we'd won a SAGA award for an event last year), so we checked this one out.
It was a quick find and we found the cache container to be brittle, with a broken lid. Luckily, your cache was so close to the car that we could swap it out for you with a similar sized systema container. Good as new!

A quick find after walking back from Mulga Madness. I managed to conveniently park the cachemobile almost in line with this one. Container was a little UV damaged so we swapped it over. All contents and logs are in the new container. TFTC

Found with Team Waldron and The White Dog Gang as part of a three day jaunt over to the west coast. This cache added to around 200 caches found in a range of bush and city settings in Whyalla, Port Augusta, Iron Baron and lots of other places. TFTC.
Doing a Whyalla & surrounding area run with Team Waldron & Trail 06.
This was one of the many we found.
Cool spot, thanks for bringing us here

Found as a part of TheKellyGang, writing this as a genaric log as I was a part of TheKellyGang and am now out on my own.
If you do not agree with this you are more than welcome to delete the log.

Touring Australia having left Perth in late February we are leisurely touring South Australia after having attended Oz Mega.
Today we moved camp to the caravan park so that we had access for power and water. So we arrived early and then proceeded to do 5 loads of washing.
Once the chores were done, lunch was had and we set off to tackle the local caches with numerous favourites before we leave town.
We found this cache whilst in the area.

Nice spot, though this was found under threatening skies - fortunately the downpour happened while I was in the car. Left gecko.
Thanks fishingmad.
Thanks fishingmad.
Today, we tackled some dirt tracks, which wasn't the best of ideas, due to the recent rain.
A couple of spots were extremely soft & muddy, but the geo-cruiser never let us down.
We left some caches due to their placement, and hope to pick them up on another visit.
The geo-cruiser got filthy dirty and so did our shoes, but a great fun day was had.

We have finished out Grey Nomad tour of Western Australia and are staying in Whyalla for awhile before heading off to Murray Bridge to attend the "[url=http://coord.info/GC3X0X4]Oz Mega 2014 Murray Bridge[/Url]" over Easter.
Today was another relaxing day caching around town. [Green]Thanks for placing a large cache here. After caching for over ten years it is really sad to note that the trend of placing small caches (without swaps) is increasing. While nanos and eclipse tins sometimes have their place in an urban environment these, along with 200ml Sistemas, seem to be the norm these days even out in more remote areas. It made us feel really glad to find a large, kid friendly cache here.[/Green]
[/blue]
Coordinate Accuracy: Excellent (We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.)
Cache Condition: Container and log book are in good shape.
Took: Nothing.
Left: Smiley Badge.

Not such an easy find, the grasses are growing and the limbs of the tree are nearly covered. In the end Tempo was yelling 'cold', 'warmer' to help me locate the area. I went A over T on the way out tripping over a branch I didnt see in the long grass. ..and did I mention the rain that started the moment I opened the cache box..
Bowz2 and Mags2 grabbing a few caches on a lazy afternoon
This is more like it!
A decent sized cache container and one that makes sense for the location
Unlike the other "bloody nanos" in the bush nearby where you could hide a 44 gallon drum
(Why O Why do they do it??)
Bloody nanos spawn of satan Burn down the nano factory!!!

After a few weeks of not getting out here I finally got time to do the run. Nice to tick off another one. Many thanks for the great cache TNLN
This great little cache was my 100th cache (woohoo) thanks for putting this one out here for me to find.
FTF @ 12:30. A quick visit during my lunch break to claim a ftf & a date in my calendar. A nice simple hide of a large cache by Whyalla standards. TFTC
Considering I was the one hounding Dad to hide a cache and then went and hid it, I guess I should claim a find. Thanks for letting me hide it.
