Zum Glck hatte ich meine beste Freundin dabei, die gro genug war, an den Cach heran zu kommen I send warm greetings from Germany.
Kleiner htte ich nicht sein drfen. Gerade so ran gereicht. Vielen Dank. Greetings from Germany.
Quick find here. No trouble at all.Freddo and e.gregory1 were heading up the middle of Australia following Stuart's well trodden route. We were travelling in air conditoned comfort and style. No stale food. No camels to carry water. We were leaving the cold winter for the northern season.Today was the day to find this cache. Today is the sixth day of Augustus Caesar's Month in the wonderful year of twenty twenty four. We found your cache container and added some inky stuff to the paper sheet or note pad you have supplied for a log book or scroll. The cache container and log book or scroll were in good condition. It was so hot. No wind today. With the log signed and the cache replaced it was time to leave. Onwards to the next cache. Woot, that is not to far.I would like to show my respect and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land, and their continuing connection to it. I wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. In Darwin with iluvtrekking for a revisit after eleven years. Beautiful weather and a great day to be out caching. Headed to the Cox Peninsula to do the Route 34 series and others along the way. Thanks Doodle Bug Oz
We called and grabbed I think all of the ones in this area as it was a bit of a drive to get here, we got this one as we were leaving.
This trip was sort of in place of a trip to a Mega that got canceled due to accommodation problems, I was quite happy when Goose said do you fancy to caching break in the Northern Territory as this would be the last State or Territory for me in Australia.
Our plan was to fly into Darwin on the Friday night have a couple days in the area then start heading South stopping overnight whenever we needed to, our next goal was the drive to the geographic centre of Australia at Lambert Centre and then head back to Alice to fly home ten days later.
We both had a great trip finding some important old caches, large ones and the odd clever one too, we found Ammo Cans all over the place which was nice as i think we have found most of the ones at home in Tassie.
Thanks for the cache.

We discussed the idea of turning off and lapping around Litchfield, yeah why not! A quick stop here to mark the turn.
Thanks Doodle Bug Oz
Our Northern Territory journey began in Darwin around 3am after a very delayed flight. We drove as far north as Fresh Water Camp (northeast of Darwin), followed by a loop to Liberated Cox (out to the west) and Litchfield National Park returning to Darwin. We then headed south with overnight stops at Katherine, Daly Waters and Devils Marbles before reaching our southernmost accommodation at Erldunda. From here we did a day trip to Lamberts Gravitational Centre on onward past Finke. Our last couple of days were in Alice Springs with a side trip via Hermannsburg and Glen Helen, all up covering just under 3800km. My thanks to all the COs with hides throughout the territory for helping make our trip so enjoyable.

Today we are on a one-day trip to the Litchfield National Park; our last National Park after many of them, but one of our favorites, especially the Buley Rockholes.

First NT Cache for hubby and I! TFTC off to our next destination! Hopefully nabbing a few more along the way!
I’m in Darwin for just the weekend on a catch up visit with the hubby who’s living here for work. I have never been out to the other side and had suggested we could catch the ferry, but it seems he would prefer to drive - excellent that means the collection of caches on the way! First stop of the day!
Lucky my partner was around otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to reach! TFTC, last one for the day after a day trip back from Mandorah!
TFTC SL Found while exploring the Berry Springs area while camping at Tumbling waters

Spending a couple of days in the area. Thanks for hiding this cache and giving us the opportunity to explore .
This is ok of you're very tall but not for the average person I would think. Def not if you're short. Had to use a stick to get it down and then balance it to get back up again. TFTC
So pleased that we decided to head north in search of the sun. TFTC Doodle Bug Oz
An early morning start with a full itinerary, smileys included, we spent the day enjoying Litchfield National Park, we hiked we swam we cached, all in all a glorious day. We’re happy to say we came up trumps here and walked away with a smiley TFTC
