We stopped on the roads where suitable to pull over with a caravan on, to find a cache.
We have now set up camp along the side of the mighty Murray, quiet a few campers here.
No wheel here anymore just the metal stands left.

Quick find. Took longer to find a spare spot on the log!

Found this while visiting Mum and Dad. Christmas eve today and the town is fairly quiet.

Found it in a bad way. Wheel is gone. Cache and contents almost destroyed. Put it back together as best i could and rehid it very close by.

Had a long three days of caching with a total of 2054 km done! Enjoyed every minute of it despite some dissapointments as well. Most caches I found were really nice and in good condition, thanks to all the CO for putting them out there! Trip Kiama-down the Hume to Albury/Wodonga-Along the Murray to Cobram-back to NSW and via Hay to Ivanhoe=back down to Griffith-Temora-Yass and home.

We found it at dusk. Small container.

Was this geocache really here? Had a very good look and it is overgrown!

No luck with this one. It's probably still there but by this point I was getting very sick of the mosquitos so only gave a half-hearted look before heading off. Thanks anyway, I'll be back eventually, wearing long pants!

Yes! Finally got our NSW find! Took us 4 finds to get it! Clever little hide with a bit of muggle activity - especially when the locals are playing bowls! Good hide

Another black legend DNF checked both wheels extensively despite close muggles but with no luck lots of likely spots but came up with nothing will be keeping an eye to see if anyone can find it

Having a long weekend with the family, we took the geokids on a caching expedition in the surrounding area. The ground was a bit wet, but the sun was out and we found this one without too much trouble. TFTC!

Gee there is a choice of two, but I made the right decision.

We are staying in tocumwal tonight on our way north. This was one on our list. A quick find thanks.

The last day of our 2 week holiday and we decided to head back to Tocumwal and do some cache along the way. This was a quick easy find as the rain began to fall. Mr Pooky was again delighted to find another TB which we took to help it continue on its journey. TFTC. TNLN.

A quick and easy drive by while we were in the area. Geoturtle37 made short work of this one while I finished my lunchtime pie in the Fourby. Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.

We're camping in our caravan out along the river and drove back into town to grab a few caches. This is an interesting structure and the cache was located quickly. TFTC & for the history.

Nice drive through Tocumwal - we have not been through it before and onto GZ - very interesting spot for the cache - nice bowling club and 2 Dethridge wheels to add interest to their hedge! Did not take long to find the cache but had to use a little stealth and patience due to a few muggles about - not sure if there were any eyes looking at us from the building opposite, unfortunately but hope not! Thanks for the very informative notes - much appreciated!

I parked the geomobile in towne and went for a stroll
Outside the Bowling Club I did wonder where I would find a Dethridge Wheel as I strolled by the immense hedgerow ??

With less than 10 metres to go, a wheel hove into view [:o]
Well that has to be the place to hide a cache

Travelling around Australia in our Caravan with our cat.

Making our way south to Melbourne now, it's amazing seeing all the other travellers heading north! Are we heading the wrong way

Currently staying at Apex Beach we headed out today to see what the surrounding areas have to offer!

Nice stroll around town on a Sunday morning brought us to this interesting Gz

Here is the first sad blue face for this cache and that is a puzzle - TrudyJane and I had a look - a bit interesting for the bowlers on the other side of the fence and perhaps that put us off a little..and logging this on the 3rd makes it interesting as someone found it today!

Caching our way back to Tasmania after attending the Qld Mega. A quick find while the muggle bowlers played, TFTC.

a quick find while hubby cycled back to camp to get a pen to sign the log. Tftc

Staying in toc for the weekend with friends and was thrilled to see a cache so close to our accommodation!! This cache took a little while to find, but persistence paid off!! Forgot a pen so haven't signed log, might go back later with the kids and sign it. TFTC.
