Hi there choppersrule.
This is the 1st of 1 caches we didn't find today. [:(!]
We spent quite some time here at around 11:25:00 AM, but we just couldn't locate your cache. There are no steps any more, and there is a brand new hand-rail at GZ, so we suspect the cache is missing.
Regards
Ian and Penny

No joy for us today. Like the previous finder, we couldn't see the steps. The path looks newish so maybe the council did away with the steps to provide wheelchair access.
Thanks anyway choppersrule and SScharlie.
We will watch future logs and have another crack when we are in the area again.

Looked for a good while, but unsuccessful. Did find a lot of garbage.. Hint didn't help, because there were no steps around.
big thank you to sscharile for replacing the log on george he will be happy to see new caches looking for him.

TFTC nice easy find and dropped a trackable that I picked up from home in QLD. Found with NickyWe
What a busy little area. I decided to take a seat on top of the pipe to wait till the muggles slowed. I even made friends with one red hellar who jumped up next to me whilst waiting for his owner to walk along he foreshore. Eventually signed. Tftc
Was night caching and used the hint. No ducks but I did disturb what I can only describe as a large rat that jumped in and swam after I disturbed him! Maybe daytime with ducks is more fun lol Tftc
Travelling around Australia and spending a few months in Tasmania.
In Low Head again to attend the Leap Day event. Today we had a late start then set about trying to find all our unfound caches in Low Head and George Town.
Rather overcast but the rain stayed away.

Nice relatively quick find by hubby, another good hide! But no duck here today TFTC This is a lovely area and we're enjoying our second day's caching here. The weather is perfect. Also looking forward to the event on Monday evening to meet and thank all the Tassie CO's who have added so much fun to our touring here TFTC
We've now only got four weeks left of our six month stay (til the end of March '16) from the Kurrajong area, (Blue Mountains) NW of Sydney, to tour in the caravan and also visit our kids and grandkids in the Huon Valley On four previous visits before this visit, we were muggles, so we're having fun finding the caches we didn't even know were here!

TFTC! Looked for this another day but too many muggles. Even today had to have two goes at it and say I was looking for some money I had dropped!
I vaguely remember searching this area for a cache before, cant be 100%. Anyway today George showed himself very quickly. A quick signing on the morning sun. Great to get another choppersrule cache done before you leave for the permanent warm weather, thanks Mark!
tftc had to wait for a few muggles to walk past before attempting this one. I am sure the people approaching form the other side of the river were wondering what I was doing climbing around in there!
No little brown duck came to visit, but fortunately we weren't here very long, thanks to the handy hint and Muggle Hubby who seems to be invincible this morning.
Finally on our third attempt and with a hint helper we found this cache. Although it was quite easy to find (in hindsight) it really is a muggly area and without the hint we weren't looking in the right spot. But George the Duck was there for our final triumph - both the cache and the feathered variety! TFTC and the extra help Choppersrule.
My second attempt at finding George. Found tonight pretty quickly while admiring the beautiful sunset over the cove.

Honestly, choppersrule give us a hint will you. We thought we knew where it was but nothing looked out of place and even after a fair bit of searching we still couldn't find it (we don't need earth-moving equipment do we?). We had to give up as lots of muggles about walking dogs. Another day...
put new log in the cache today, it had a bit of cache creep, but found it in the end and put back close to where it was as some of the rocks have been moved from the hide. cache is still at the same coordinates .
We spent some time looking for this one but no luck. We are not entirely convinced that it has disappeared either as it may be just a bit tricky. One for another day...
Couldn't find this one. Possibly missing?

Found with Hearse068, Zobo04 and Hearse068's geo child. It was a quick trip to tassie to do some sight seeing and geocaching. We had a great time in the 3 days that we had here. Started in Launceston made it to Swansee up to Bicheno, St Helens, Pyenganna, Bridport, George Town and back to Launceston. We found 50 odd caches in our time here and this was one of them. I got this one as a bit slippery for the geo kids. Made a quick find TFTC
Found with Gonefishen07, Zobo04 and my geo son on a quick trip to Tassie to do some sight seeing and some caching. Sent GF07 in to grab this one, I was a bit worried the kids would end up in the drink if we let them get it. We did see two ducks in the distance, no sure if it was George or not. SL TFTC
Found with Gonefishen07, Hears068 and my cuz. We came to tassie for a quick trip. Sightseeing and caching on the menu. We had a great time while here and will hopefully be back soon. Thanks to those that placed caches to make our holiday fun. TFTC
This cache "rocked"!! Hahah came at 8.30pm so George must have been sleeping! TFTC!
No ducks today but a few movements in the water indicating maybe some fish. Had to wait for a few wandering muggles but an otherwise easy find. TFTC
Spend time at George Town and Low Head. Enjoyed wander and very interesting about history and sculpture - very impressed me... The weather isn't cold just windy but lovely... Thanks Choppersrule.
Hi choppersrules
A quick find re the cache; Sainted at 1326hrs; but no finds on the ducks - not even George!
The seagulls on the water are just not the same.
TFTC and cheers

Zero ducks in evidence but we did have two dogs from the other side of the fence watching with interest our cache dancing & all the usual shenanigins we go through. Took us a bit of poking about this one. Not your usual hide choppersrule!
Took a little bit to find it, looking on the wrong side, had to read other peoples logs for some help.
Ok time for one more before heading back down south. This one had eluded us last time we were in the area as searching in the dark with no torch was not easy. Being a beautiful afternoon today was different and today the Bear just happened to go straight to it. TFTC.
Found on a three day trip to the beautiful East Tamar area. When we arrived at GZ it was an 'oh dear' which one will it be but with our cacher's luck operating today it was the first one we looked at. Just as well aus2 had eaten all his spinach! Thanks for this cache.
We abandoned this one, wrong time of day to hunt for this, to many muggle kids playing on bridge.
This one was harder to find than it should've been, must've had rocks in my head. George and his mate swam over for a look as did a couple of toad fish. TFTC
Easy to find, georg was resting on to other bank, saw swans back towards the boats.
The second cache we grabbed on our walk around George Town. This one took a little longer to find but we eventually got there. A very low tide today and no ducks around.

After a quick scan of the area we decided where we would put a cache here and there it was!! No sign of George today or any of his rellies. Thanks.
It would have been an easy cache to retrieve
but with the muggles getting their exercise on the walking track.
Thanks.

Thanks.
Great place to take a stroll, TFTC Took TB and pathtag. Don't see many pathtags around ty whitewebs.
A windy and wet day but just perfect for finding George the duck. The coordinates were spot on and the hide was well done but tricky. TFTC
Tricky we were looking on the rock wall! Meet George & his 2 friends. Left a flower bead. Nice and dry after all our rain.
