#2332 had the coords for this one in the GPSr so after finding Balls came over to look for it. Didn’t take long to spot it but how to get to it. I found it on the ground beside a home made bong. Put it back behing the trunk of the bush
With cache in hand we signed the log and replaced as found. Both the cache and log are in good condition. Thanks for bringing me to the area and thanks for placing the cache deemacvee. Didn't realise it had been archived

Visiting nearby provides an opportunity to add a few km to my distance and get to four circumferences which is pretty amazing.
Nice place to visit on a warm and sunny morning. Thanks deemacme.
TOTT may be necessary for the next finder.

Great spot!
...Nearly didn’t find it.
Also... you’re almost out of room on the log

1st of three finds while out exploring the Bonnet Bay area with the geokiddies.
After a play on the equipment and some morning tea at Burnum Burnum Sanctuary we headed off for some treasure hunting. This was our first stop of the morning and a trip down memory lane for me as I used to play and coach baseball here, some time ago!
Lucky for us it was a quite day at the ball park and we made a quick find while showing the geokiddies around the dugout. Signed the log and returned as found, all in good order here.
Thanks for the cache deemacvee

Find #318
This was our first ever attempt at GC on 27/12/17, and Geomum was working on clues in logs and photos, as I hadn't even worked out how to use the GPS on my phone! Turns out, my location and idea was exact, right down theto the hiding spot, but no GC to be found. (Huntsman Heroes has logged same day that they found it on the ground... though all we found was a bong bottle!! ) We were a DNF then, but after some research, I am getting better at following the coordinates and maps! And trusting my instincts when following clues.
Today we tried again and success!! It was back in it's position. Thanks for this kid-friendly location.

Found it - it has definitely fallen though.. was on the ground rather than up high as described in the clue
#111 on the 11.11 mmmm, surprised to see the fields deserted on a Saturday and made for a quick find TFTC deemacvee
We headed this way after finding the nearby multi.
There was s baseball game in full swing as we approached GZ and the action gave us plenty of cover to make the grab.
A nice hide - tftc

I'm falling in love with this series! Geofiance find this one off the bat (bat.. haha, get it?)
I don't get to see many baseball fields in OZ. Definitely brings me to wanting to watch a game! Thank you!

My third cache logged for today and I'm having great fun. It's kind of cool that there is this secret world hidden under everyones noses. TFTC.
A stunning day, no one in sight. Took a swing and made contact first pitch. TFTC.
No baseball today but imagine it would be a fun area in the season. Quick find thanks to the generous hint.TFTC
Watch out, muggles about! We had a close run in almost, but we found the cache and left quietly. TFTC #teamscrubs
Really one of two options using the less than precise geo app..but found it. Too high for kids but still good nonetheless ... not wandered over this part of the park before so thanks !!
Did not find. May have been removed as there has been some vandalism and drug paraphernalia.
Look us a while, but not too hard when you think about it. Found it with two other people who happen to be geocaching there as well!
It was certainly batter up today as a man was practicing and hitting some serious home runs.

Kiwi grandpa and Aussie grandson scored three in this reserve on the last day of 2017. All straightforward caches on a beautiful afternoon.
Having secured (and beat) the average of one find per day for the year, noticed only 10 more finds are needed to reach the next century (1600). So with Smigglepot's help, we visited ten caches in the Bonnet Bay, Como, Jannali area on this searing 35 degree++ day.

This is the final of the 10 finds bringing up 1600 finds to end the year.
Bring on geocaching 2017!

Tried to keep the geodog under control so she didn't bark at every other dog that passed but she' expectations very protective of the cache!
Lots of doggies about today even though it was quite drizzly. Our own little geodog deflected the attention from the finding by barking at every dog that passed. The grab was made easily but the logbook is full. Replace before the rain came. Thanks deemacvee.
Made it harder than it needed to be, but when I stopped and thought about it the hide was clear.
What a great hide. There was a baseball game going on nearby and judging by the cheers someone just made it home. Found with Jeanovanwam millymoo13 hails13 zooter10
13/08/16. 11:19 AM. Cache #4088.
4th of 8 today - Bonnet Bay & Jannali.
8 doesn't seem like many finds in a 4-hour plunder of two more Shire suburbs, but there was some serious scrambling in rough terrain for some of them. I managed to clear out the whole lot, except for one partially completed multi in each suburb ("Confound the Language" in Bonnet Bay and "Kai'mia Way" in Jannali). Actually the 2 extra WP finds for 'Confound' made it more like 10 finds.
This was a gentle change of pace after the freaky heights of "Swank Bank".. Parked near the home of the Beavers (thankfully not playing today) and saw a couple of muggles sitting down on the grass (odd place for it, I thought). Thankfully, when I walked around to the correct side of the dugout, I was out of their side. From the generous hint, a nice quick find. Signed, rehid, and then off to my next target, "Game of Gnomes: Gnome Chompsky". TFTC.

Out with the family for the day and discovered there was a cache or two in the area. Geo-child came for an "adventure" with me and helped make the find (official compass manager). Loved the hide. Tftc ??
Slumped my way over here after a DNF at Swank Bank. The group I was with had already attempted this cache before but the container was apparently broken. Swung by to see if it was replaced and sure enough it was! Chilled on the grass here for a bit watching very bold Kookaburras before making the journey back home. Thanks~
Nice quick & easy find while on my way a little early to the nearby CITO Event. Found with a new caching friend I'd just met who was also here for the event. TFTC
