I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, lou&tam, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

##Cache Maintenance Required please.##
This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit, to address the issue described in the logs.
The cache owner needs to either fix the problem or archive the listing, after picking up any geo-litter. In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page.
See the maintenance section of the [Geocache Hiding Guidelines](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance).
If there is a good reason for a delay in enabling this cache, please post an update note log here on the cache page so that everyone will know what's going on.
When the maintenance is completed, you can re-enable the listing by entering an "Enable Listing" log, and then post an "Owner Maintenance" log to clear the "Needs Maintenance" attribute, if set.
I will check back in 30 days to be sure that the maintenance has been done, or that further information has been provided.
If there has been no action to repair the cache, or explain the situation, unfortunately I will need to Archive this cache. Caches archived because of lack of maintenance will not be unarchived.
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is out there to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Thank you

Container is missing. Owners don’t seem to be active anymore so we are suggesting archiving.
I'm not a great fan of "power trails", but this one is nearby and at the rate that elements are being archived, I figured I'd better get to it before the whole thing disappears. This was the fifth one today at 15:10 and was an easy find because the coordinates were spot on but the container is in extremely poor condition and needs replacing. I replaced it upside down but I don't think it will survive the winter as is. TNLNSL TFTC lou&tam
Container lid has disintegrated, replaced container upside down but won't survive the winter. CO has not been heard from since 3/2017 so new owner needed.
This one is where it should be however the container lid is broken. Log sheet is dry inside bag though so hopefully will survive a little longer. Thanks lou&tam
Rode the treddly to complete the series. Found most quickly, however had 4 DNFs. TFTH.
out and about adventuring with geomother (coliver66) found, signed log and returned.

After a nearby burial we thought we'd lighten the mood with a cache. All in great shape here, Thanks.
Found in plain view. Container has been wet, but is dry now. Things inside are rusted. Tftc
Found the old log about a metre away from the cache on the ground. Replaced log sheet and placed old one in cache too. Tftc lou&tam
Parked up nearby and used the geo-sense to get the find with the gps bouncing around a bit.
Thanks lou&tam for placing this cache for me to find, this is find number 1686 for me.

Out caching on my lonesome as geo kids didnt want to come! Driving this leg today. Enjoying the tunes and the serenity!! tftc
Found it - no log so replaced with a small scrap of paper I had on me. Should last a little bit. TFTC
This one took a little longer to locate than the previous two. The cache was found while we were passing in search of GCA caches. Container is larger than we were expecting.
Thanks for the hide lou&tam.
Thanks for the hide lou&tam.
Thought I would try and knock this series off today, the weather is beautiful although a little chilly in the morning. I found all the caches and replaced logs or containers as I went to keep this series alive. tftc
No rain today so more of this series. This one was laying on the ground. Now in the proper place. TFTC.
Great - Loved finding it. Tried to camouflage it a bit better when I replaced it.
Found an awesome spot and was disappointed to find nothing but another search revealed it! In good condition
An interesting extra dimension added to my cache finding today. My phone GPS has issues and reckons I was 900m away! Thx to satellite maps and cache radar I got lucky again. TFTC.
Out bright and early this morning with our sights set on a couple of park and grab series south of Rockingham.
TFTC lou&tam this is find # 2151 for us.

This was our first full day of caching from our base at Mandurah, many of the caches we found, belonging to the various series, which appear as green snakes on our geo map of this part of WA.
Thanks lou&tam for placing caches for everyone's enjoyment.

Found it. TFTC lou&tam. Still had a current Vise and my Jabs were up to date. So I crossed the border and ventured into the unknown for a day trip. Really great series with only 1 DNF and I think that was AWOL.
Hi there lou&tam.
We found your cache **"Greek Alphabet - Iota"** at 10:58:00 AM today. This cache makes our find count 15019.
We started the day off by nominating a cache some distance away from our camp site and then took a route that was mostly determined by the next closest cache according to our GPS. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip around the area & ended up finding quite a variety of container types, and sizes hidden along our route.
We found 18 caches today & DNF'd 2. Thanks for placing the cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Nothing.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Decided to find a few of this series on a Sunday bike ride from Mandurah to Perth. This was the last of the four I looked for. Another quick find. Thanks for the cache. I'll be back one day for the rest.
Another nice find with Just-Lookin today.
Enjoyed the drive around from cache to cache.
Some rain at times, but we kept moving along.

Headed to Mandurah to have a go at this power series on a well deserved day off work, Completed the Marlee Reserve series first and then found ourselves here ready to start this Greek Alphabet series. Had a great day thanks to excellent coords that made finding the caches so much better. Variety of cache types and perfect distances between caches made this series one to remember. LOved the bisons. TFTC's!
Came down to the area principally to complete the Greek alphabet series. I started on the nearby TDxxx Horse themed series before heading this way. I parked up near the middle of the series and cycled to the start. I managed to find all caches in the series, some easier than others and some quite tricky ones. I finished the day with 37 finds ans luckily no DNF's so quite a successful day. Thanks lou&tam for the caches.
A mothers day cache run with m4yb and her daughter WebbleyWA, and a nice day for a bike run, after the last couple of weeks with the rain.
Thanks lou&tam for the series and the smily's

What better way to spend mothers day than out caching! So headed out with m4yb and megawat60 to collect some smileys and give my new 2 wheel vehicle a test run. This makes 9 for 9 now.

I've been eyeing off this series for a while and decided it was a great excuse to get the family out for a bike ride today. The cache is in good condition and was replaced exactly as found. TFTC
Running up the numbers today in readiness of my 3000th find in Albany next week. Had a go at my unfound SWH caches down to Pinjarra and then some Greek Alphabets on the way back plus a few others here and there.
Spent way too long searching for this one. Must be losing my touch.
lou&tam I found your cache at 1:20pm, this was the 41st of 56 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 2955. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

I'm looking forward to meeting other geocachers in Pinjarra at the 'WA GOES BIG IN 2016' event on the 4th - 5th June. Registrations now open.

Hello lou&tam - I found this cache today (my find # 3354) and the cache is in good condition. It was a quick find while out Geocaching (and exercising) before Christmas Christmas slows me down to a halt . The coordinates are good and the cache and log are in good condition. SL.Thanks to lou&tam for the cache.

TFTC! Lovely morning in Mandurah picking up some caches. Started with the Greek Alphabet series and then ventured down to Halls Head and falcon to pickup some of the caches along the ocean front. Was a nice drive, making a lot of quick Park and Grabs. Thanks
Day thirty of the WA road trip with BettyBoo3747.
Spent the day on the deadly treadlies riding all around bits of Mandurah. We started on the Greek Alphabet, then the Horse trail, the Marlee Reserve (for lunch), then a few odd ones to finish up on the 366 challenge for BB.
When we started the series we had not one iota of an idea on how you guys hide, or what containers you use. We know a lot better now.
Thanks, Robmc.

# 7960. Another lovely sunny day here in the West. Robmc and I decided to attack the Greek Alphabet series by bicycle and although it was fairly windly along the highway it was nice to have the wind at our back on the return trip to the car. Unfortunately, a lot of maintenance needs to be done along this trail. Nearly all the plastic bags are torn and need to be checked/replaced.
Finally a quick find here after we have made hard work of the last two.
Thanks lou&tam
