Logs
Off work today feeling a bit unwell but had to go out in the rain this afternoon to keep my daily find streak going. As others have, I made the wrong assumption but found it quickly after a rethink! Although the lid is missing, the log was still dry. TFTC
Found, no pen to sign. Will be back to replace paper and cache another day as I live local. (Bit warn from weather) fun find! Please keep closed.
That was a waste, first looked under the bridge but the coords made it obvious to walk up the bridge, then spent ages looking like a weirdo testing the bolts on the hand rail and screens
Sneaky spot. Keep the gate closed right. Not exactly like RHCP sang but we found it
Hehe fun little search. And a bit of blind luckThere is no lid, and bag inside it ripped but surprisingly still dry inside TFTC
Good search watch out for bird sized grass hopper. One hit me in the face with such force it hurt.TFTC
I've driven nearby to this cache on so many occasions, and detouring past this cache has always been on the to-do list. Today, I drove right past GZ, and couldn't find an easy/suitable way to the nearby side street, so I ended up taking a long loop around the block, and then parked in the shops to jog along the dead-end street.Despite being fooled by these types of location caches before, I had to slap my head at being fooled once again for the oldest trick in the book with these cache hides. I even walked past it, thinking it may have been there, but the description convinced me to walk to my interpretation of GZ. During my initial search, I put my hand on a natural wasp nest but thankfully, it was an old nest with no current residents. At Plan B location, the cache was found quickly, and the cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Eco & Rev for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.----------Today, with the weather turning out rain, rain, and more rain, I planned to stay home to do domestic duties and geocaching logging catch-up. A mid-afternoon geocache publish had me depart the house for a jog in Lawnton beside One Mile Creek, and it was fortunate that the rain had eased for a pleasant afternoon. I then travelled slowly home via a few sporadic geocaches remaining within Lawnton and Bray Park.
Finally after many years I have found it!Attempted this one a number of times several years ago as a new cacher.A little more experience and better equipment led me straight to it today! Finally!Giving a fav because its been my nemesis!
TFTC smile 16374 out and about on a lovely day With miss millie geo dog sign as GS1947 on small logs

Out with Captainkirky for a few hours looking for some caches. This was a very very sneaky cache and interesting find.
Heading out for a day of caching in a bid to hit a personal goal.
Next up on the list was this one in an attempt to clear some more of the local area. Another cache that I previously had many plans to collect, but sadly never got around to. Today - a smiley was going to be had! I let geohubby take the lead on this one, and we arrived on top of the bridge as the sun was setting, beautiful sight to see. Soon, we realised we may be in the wrong location and headed to the right GZ. Very quickly I had my hand on the cache. Log signed and off we went. Thanks for maintaining this one.

Having met Davinells to make a find on a nearby puzzle we added this cache to the days haul…
It only took one u-turn, some creative parking, an assumption about the elevation of the cache, a reassessment of said elevation, and a small walk to finally obtain the container…
Thanks Eco & Rev

After collecting our target cache nearby we stopped here with Peppa for one more find before heading home.
Once at GZ Peppa made the find and took care of the signing duties. Tftc Eco & Rev

I pulled up right on GZ and made a quick find. Thanks for placing this cache Eco & Rev
Found after collecting Jack from Laserzone this evening after he'd been at a birthday party.
The container was on the ground under some leaves with a guardian spider sitting on top. It's not magnetic, so I placed it back where I found it.
Thanks!!

Eco & Rev I found your cache Bray Park Abridged on 6/1/2023, 3:05 pm. This is my find 4624 and find # 9 today. Found it after a brief search. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Oh my, I made the rookie error too. Found quickly once I realised the error of my approach. Nice one!
A quick find, once you search the right place… The log is looking a bit tattered, but I guess it’s been there a while. TFTC
Out and about between a break in the weather. Decided to tackle this one today. After reading a few logs I changed my approach and came up with the goods. 1st try and success, yippee.

It was raining alot last night person who owns/created this geocach might want to go see if it is still there
TFTC - searched high and low, drove round and round and eventually found. No pen to log. Found with Rach_jean21
Searched up and down for quite awhile. Was at the end of a long hot day. Will be back again for another look
I tried to find this cache last time we were in Lawnton but with no luck. This time the container was in hand within minuets. All just a matter of elevation
Thanks for find #2478

After searching high and low, I still couldn't find it, guess I'll have to look closer next time.
Some clues in logs helped, others didn't. Agree with chili peppers song clue. Found at last minute after we gave up. Kids happy. Left a new little log book as log papers very full. You need to bring a pencil.
TFTC. We left Dayboro this morning only to go as far as Pine Rivers Showgrounds. After setting up and lunch I (Hans) went out for a good long walk. Good exercise and 4 caches to show for it.
After seeing the last few were DNF I was not feeling confidant. At GZ I made where I Thought it was logical. First pass failed to yield anything. Then a second pass was more successful.

I had some time to kill while geopup was getting her hair and nails done nearby. I have a few unfound caches in the area so thought I would claim some finds. This was my first, and as it turns out, my last for the day as the dog groomers were super quick!
Approaching gz I thought I knew where I would find it, but I'm not as clever as I think, so looked at the phone again and saw I had a few more metres to cover. Ah, there it is.
Log signed, cache replaced as found.
Thanks Eco & Rev for the cache, all is well with it.

I went all the way up to the 'Please Keep Closed' sign and inspected the whole gate. I guess I wasn't looking hard enough?
TFTC very sneaky took us awhile working out whether or not it is up or done. Pays to read some of the other logs.
I have pasted this cache so many times but I wasn't sure where I should park so after attending an Event I thought I should have a go. Easy park, short walk, easy find and only a tiny tiny space to sign the log. All done and replaced as found. TFTC
Out with DisSister for the morning. Had a good look around high and low finally finding it where we began. Could do with a new log book. TFTC
Prematurely changed our elevation which was an error as the cache was found soon after returning to our original searching spot. TFTC Eco & Rev
I have no idea if its on the bridge or under the bridge, hell dont even know if its there at all. Probably post a better hint
1Minniemoo and I set out on a mission, a few caches for her and a heap for me, trying to get some numbers up before the weekend. We spent the day filling in gaps on my map.
1MM and I had dnfed this one a while back, we'd been in the wrong spot and not realised our error at the time!

My wife and I snuck out at lunchtime with one of the geokids to find this one. Have driven over the bridge a thousand times and always said "we should stop in one day and find that cache". Today was the day, bit of a look around GZ before putting our hand on the prize. Signed the log and returned the cache to its home. Had a couple of TBs visit with us which we will be releasing back into the wild this week. TFTC
A reasonably quick and easy find,
Out with the girls for a "Home school" excursion to strathpine. ok really it was a drive to get a cache and to office works for home supplies.
Thanks for placing this here for us. it also cleans up a little green in a sea of yellow.

Caching with RoddyC. Needed to venture to the north side today to pickup an order and go to the airport to pickup our son for family Christmas celebrations.
Overshot the entry and had to go around.
