Archiving this one after repeated tampering. Have a new place in mind not too far away. Stay tuned.
Found the spot & managed to move the cache container a little with natural tools found nearby, but unable to SL as it's fallen deep down within & looks like whatever was keeping it in place as 'snapped'. Took two photos of what I discovered early this morning before heading to the nearby CITO event. TFTC
Can't get it out, line has broken but we could hear it and sort of see it
TFTC - grabbed this one on a very wet day..
And to my delighted surprise, BLANK log.. Woohoo...
I'm using this great cache to help complete the Sutherland Shire Challenge...

New cache in place. To the two Cachers who advised the cache was missing, many thanks, you found the spot but not the cache. You should have reported a DNF. Logs deleted. Thanks for letting me know & please come again and enjoy the find. You might find is slightly harder to spot this time. Deemacvee
Came by land and GZ found. Tide was out a bit so my balancing act to the cache wasn't too difficult. Checked the hole as per clue and there was the "cache of the day" on the end of the line. Back to the shore as pen is missing. Log signed and returned to the river for the next angler. TFTC. Arnold Barrington Bear enjoyed watching the boats go by on this lovely public holiday. #160.
We put the boat ashore and walked a little to make this find. I was wondering about the terrain rating since I was perched over the water only to see later in the day the whole area high and dry...Dulp!, obviously the tide makes a difference. Great fun for us today. SLTN TFTC
Enjoy exploring around here for half day.
Great hide
Thanks for the hunting and cache.

Ollie, Will, Sophie, Rosie, Thomas, Margret and John found this one. Sophie, Rosie's, Thomas, Margret and Johns first cache. Easy one to get started with for the day but hard because of high tide.
By Will Matt Geoff and Ollie Will and Ollies first cache. It was a easy cache but nice
Take one canoe and one kayak. One kid at the front, one kid fifteen meters away. Paddle! Now that is a good day in the summer holidays!
Looked for the tree, found the right one by knocking. After some climbing... Nothing! Happily confused, while going down I saw the tripwire. Nice one!

Came in by boat, my brother missed it but I looked a little closer and it revealed itself. TFTC, M!

TFTC,
Having grabbed a few FTF's and with some time on our hands, it was a chance to pick up some more local caches.
This was our last for the day.
Visited a group of trackables.

We were launching our boats hereabouts to go after some caches across the way but before doing so we went fishing for this one. Pretty spot here at the edge of the water.
After having lunch in Woronora, we arrived at Lakewood Reserve to launch our kayaks for another paddle up the inlets. Nice to see a cache right near our launching pad. The tide was fast going out so we didn't get wet feet here. Sir Altaire spied some camo and soon the cache was retrieved. Nice hide.
We were not sure whether we should try this cache by foot, or come back some other time by kayak, but decided to give it a try.
However, any hidden cache did not show up, how much we tried different angles and different heights.
We saw a fish line tied around a branch which was ripped off, but are not sure if that had anything to do with the cache.
We will be back some other time.

It sounds like I need to do some maintenance here. Should be back by the weekend Deemacvee
Cache was very tightly wedged in its clever hide. Was just about to give up when I got it free. Hopefully have left it easier for the next finder

Moving right along from "Wonnie Burger" on a nice peaceful day with minimum muggles about. I didn't check the tide and it was up. However I was bold and adventurous and was rewarded with a find. A nice concealment in a nice spot. Visited a TB. TN Left a small peg, SL. TFTC deemacvee
With soccer and tennis happening nearby I was wondering how my luck would go here but with a well hidden I had no problems with the nearby muggles.
Thanks

A nice place to be on a sunny day like today. While school is on one has the place to himself luckily! The old ladies playing tennid didn't look at me.

Went down to Lakewood City to give the dog some exercise in between the showers today. He enjoyed the run around after the find. I had to look there twice before I spotted it. Clever little hide. TFTC deemacvee
This was such a good cache! I thoroughly enjoyed the search. Well hidden, you need eyes for this one....
Stuck in it's little hidey-hole indeed. A poke and a pull and it's now free. Thanks for the tip-off 777.
What a perfect day for a paddle...........high tide so got the feet wet, but all good.

Found today. Put needs maintenance. Unfortunately, it would appear that cache is snagged. I took a picture to verify find.

It was a great day to be out on the water in the kayak. Thanks deemacvee for providing me with an excuse to do it. It did like the way this one was hidden. TFTC.
Found with 'sesblocker' while on a Father's Day outing on the river. We appear to have arrived just as another cacher was leaving. TFTC deemacvee
Find #1467 - 1 for today. Found on 1/09/13 12:14 PM
Last time I was here it was high tide. Today picked low tide and after a brief search the cache was in hand. Thanks. TNSLLN.

I was better prepared and checked the tide charts for Today's attempt.
A lovely spot on a great sunny morning. I originally though it was the obvious spot for the cache but on rechecking the GPS was out by a few meters.
In the end it was a quick find.
Thanks for the series deemacvee

The tide beat me the first time although with a bit of effort I probably could have avoided getting wet anyway. Returned a few days later at low tide and found it by looking for something other than the cache itself. Clever hide.
Found on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. Headed out from the slipway at Woronora Heights with Katsumar, Geomum and Geogirl in the Kayaks to make the most of deemacvee's Bonnet Bay Bash.
This cache was the furthest down the river we went before we turned around. If we had planned it better we could have just kept on paddling home to Oatley. All in we paddled 7.3k's according to Google. My arms ached the next morning!
Katsumar's eagle eye spotted this fairly quickly and all we had to contend with was a bit of cold water as we got back in the Kayak.
Thanks, deemacvee!

#20 for the day, and as I was getting weary, it was the last one as well.
Something kept glittering in a certain spot in the mid afternoon sun, OK there you are...thanks deemacvee.

A few new caches around The Shire area have popped up recently and this looks like a good series. I haven't visisted the Presidents area for a while caching so it was good to be back. Thankfully the tide was out a little and at GZ I became a bit too excited with the search before spotting something that led to the cache. A nice spot in the morning. TFTC!
What a peaceful place at 08:30,just me and a few ducks on the water. Great hide not too muddy today. A nice spot to pull up a chair and cast a line in. TFTC. TNLNSL.
Great little hide. Geokid spotted it first although didn't knkow she'd spotted it.
We were being watched by an inquisitive pelican whilst retrieving this cache. He must have wondered what we were up to! A nice hide.
