Clare and Gilbert Valley caravan trip. Day 4 - Brinkworth to Clare , and bike ride.TFTC
Caching from WA west coast to SA for the leap year mega. TFTC. A couple of laps around the tree to find it. Then back to car for pliers to open it.
Travelling Australia in our caravan since February 2014.With magnificent weather forecast we were up making lunch, loading the bikes onto the geocruiser fairly early (for us).We saw a large snake on the mid north channel trail, many kangaroos and bobtails whilst out and about.Crops looking great in this region. We are waiting for harvest to start on York Peninsula, gonna be a while yet. TFTC TheKellyGang
Travelling with iluvtrekking up the WA coast to Darwin, down the Centre and in the Flinders. After basing ourselves in Peterborough for a week we are on the move to Minlaton today and grabbing a few finds along the way. Thanks for the hide. Couldn’t open as it’s rusted shut - needs attention. Thanks TheKellyGang
Travelling with richlink from Perth to Darwin up along the west coast and home again through the centre and the Nullarbor, picking up caches as we go. Today, we are heading south to the Yorke Peninsula for a few days before we hit the Nullarbor. Thanks for the cache.
A quick find with frmen1. New RIRT strip added and thread had WD-40 applied as it was very stiff. TFTC
Found with tassie expat while exploring this interesting area. Container was difficult so lubed it and replaced the log at same time. Thanks for putting a cache here.
Tftc! Cache note is saturated and I don't have a spare to put in it. Might require maintenance .
Out for a few day caching around Clare Valley & beyond with Team Waldron - our acronym is TWX2

Away for a couple of days with TheWhiteDogGang.
We stayed at the free camping in Blyth and cached around Blyth, Brinkworth, Yacka, Spalding, Clare, Stanley Flat and surrounds.
Most caches found were in good order.
Took a bit of scratching around to get this one. The log was soaked so we replaced it.

Found during a caching trip to SA's mid north staying at Orroroo for two nights and Jamestown for one night. Spent the morning caching around Jamestown before heading for home. A quick stop here while travelling south. The logsheet was a bit wet but managed to scribble a signature. Thanks for the cache TheKellyGang!
A short stop here today cache was easily found and is all good
Since being in the area for the June Long weekend in Clare today we headed north with Michells&Hound to go for a nice walk in Spalding and find a few caches along the way.

Big drive home from Rawnsley Park to Adelaide before the next leg of our holibobs to KI.
Did a bit of a detour as the Moho driver was going a bit more slowly than me. Collected 12 caches and 5 labs before getting back into Moho planning.
This one took a while to locate I couldn’t open the bison hope a photo log will suffice. TFTC KellyGang

Log water logged, so I couldn't sign. Please accept my photo as proof.
It’s becoming so windy today that the prop on the aeroplane ️ on the stick is spinning!
Spring has sprung and I'm having a long weekend away chilling, caching, camping.
Left either a buzzy or a lovely with the discovered cache.

Keep smiling

This weekend, jesswrigley and I headed to Melrose for mountain biking the trails with a few non-geocaching friends. We ended up hiking up to Mount Remarkable on Sunday, and on Monday, we returned to home via Booleroo Centre, Jamestown, and Clare. The weekend had some rain drizzle and crisp mornings, but otherwise good weather for fitness.
Today, we had a morning Melrose mountain biking session, before starting to drive back to Adelaide. We had some time to fill, so ended up taking the long route via Booleroo Centre, Hornsdale, and Jamestown, to then arrive at Clare for an afternoon tea/coffee event. It was then an expedited drive via Gawler.
A quick find at this location, with the cache having interesting camouflage for its hide. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks TheKellyGang for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

The chicken pointed out the hide from the car- I checked and lo and behold a cache! Found on our drive home from the Jamestown rogaine. Thanks for the cache TKG
Today we are on our way from Peterborough to the Barossa Valley and are trying to pick up some caches on the way.
#10: Stopped on the wrong side of the fence, so I had to climb over it. As a reward I got a log in a brand new logbook.
Regards from Switzerland.

As we wander the great land seeing the sights, this is one of the caches we have done.
Thanks to TheKellyGang for placing the cache for us to find.

A day for a drive up that way... with Purrfect Di and Jack the Monkey.
Never even knew this existed. Certainly quite busy today.
Needed pliers to open the bison, and log was mulch - added a note sheet.

Accurate coordinates, the hint and a familiar type of object led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks TheKellyGang for the cache.
This was predicted to be another hot day, so we headed out of Peterborough and set our sights on the Clare Valley area, as did ilook4geo. Some caches were picked out for the hunt list and represented the towns and districts that we travelled through. It was a mix of types today, with traditionals, a multi and a virtual.
Each cache had its log signed with two more names and photos were taken for the virtual.
Thanks for this cache placement, which was found quickly.

We decided to look for some easily found cachers today as it was going to be quite hot. Each cache log was signed and was put back as it had been found. Thanks to each CO.
As our holiday is almost finished now, we are just tiki-touring around the local countryside picking up as many caches as we can. Hot weather is forecast so travelling in the air conditioned car is the preferable way to get around today.
A truck went past us as we were signing the log and blew half the cache container away. Finally found it under the car. tftc

Day 2 of our Mid North tour taking in some caching and the Jamestown Airshow.
Today we have visited a few interesting spots and we have awarded a favourite or two. Hopefully this cache has been awarded the prize.
Sorry for a generic log but that is just the way it is today. Been a very difficult weekend with unreliable automobiles and GPR's. Anyone want to buy one or both?
Many thanks for bring us to your special place.
Not a lover of micro's but this one ended up being just the right size for a blind old fella like me.

Heading to Yacka today and thought we'd collect the caches north of Clare on the way, so we don't have to travel so far when we come up here to cache next time [8].
After a DNF here last year, we made a quick find today . TNLNSL.
The aerodrome has developed a bit more since we were here last as well .
Thanks to TheKellyGang.
