No need to feel flat here, cos we were inflated with the find.Interesting that the Cob and Co roads are still the major routes.TFTC
Found It!The coordinates seemed a little out but the hint took me to the right spot and I soon found the cache.TFTC
It's sad that this area has not seen the rain of areas further west. As we drive along, a dust cloud follows us. It's still a beautiful country, more flat and sparse than that closer to the coast. The poor horses of Cobb &Co would be so hot pulling their carriage in the summer. The cache was found in good condition
Away for a couple of days with Bogonghazy. Heading to Echuca. Thanks for placing the geocache
Found with LittleBoss2 on our way to Echuca from a night in Yarra. At the wrong tree until we read the hint. Thanks needle in a
Out with Geowife and Geodog exploring the local area. All good here. Now onto the next one for the day. TFTC
We were staying at Barmah this weekend as we had come up from St Leonards for a break and, while up here, completed maintenance on our three caches in Echuca (replace them as they had all been washed away in the floods.
This morning we decided to take a leisurely drive around. While taking that drive, we had several stops for the geodogs, Mini Michi, Teeny Treek and Gypsy Girl, to get out for a run.
This one was the last find for the day. A nice quick find of a cache in excellent condition.

Find #422 for us today . I feel as if this area would have been a long bumpy ride on a carriage from Cobram to Echuca.

Today we traversed around the flat country side following many wetlands, creeks and rivers, wow what a great plase to visit. We found many caches and this was one of them.
Cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Feel like I'm really out in the middle of nowhere now.
It's all farms and trees.
Hot weather and a very easy find at GZ.
Well after I widened my search to the right spot!

Tftgc Spent a night camping in Barmah state forest on the river but escaping the rain and wind today and chasing some caches
After years of this being a DNF I can finally say I’ve found it because last time I got very tyred of looking. TFTC!
Out and about with AESPL. Too lovely a day just to work so off for some hide and seek. TFTC.
Took a brief off Road walk to a very interesting location where a quick search turned up the goods
Barmah forest drive was a bit wet and we couldn’t reach the Murray. Road trip back through Barmah to our stay in Moama. Quick roadside stop on the way. TFTC
This one has always escaped us and has just been that little bit off our track, but today it got captured and logged! Thanks for the interesting write up about the Cobb and Co route. Always good to learn some history of the area. SL at 4pm #6316 TFTC Needle in a...
TFTC Thank you for hiding this cache. You have shown us a new place and have helped make geocaching an enjoyable activity. Lovely hint.
In Renmark for a family holiday for the week and having the opportunity to grab a few finds with Snap Happy and Happy pant. Up early and today we decided to grab some of the caches up near the South Australia and North Victorian borders, which might require a bit of a walk or 4WD to grab. We discovered some good hides and had no DNF's. As always, there was plenty of laughs and fun had, along the way.
The hint helped us to make a quick find here.
Thanks Needle in a... for placing the cache for us to find and doing the maintenance to keep it in play.

Fav for ALL alphabet.
Apology for generic log. With approx 70 Caches to log and not recalling details of many, the most important point I must stress is................. THANKS ALL CACHE OWNERS for their efforts, because if not for you, so many wonderful places would not have been encountered to appreciate. Our fantastic time would not have been either.
Happy Feet 1 and I had a wonderful 3 days (Oct 5-7) cache trekking around the Murray Region from Howlong to almost Barmah.
HF1 with her skills, dedication, and helpful retrieving devices made a significant addition to my cache tally.
I felt like a circus act a few times.
Despite us both having a conflicting trait or two, we thoroughly enjoyed each others company and had quite the success we were aiming for.
Even catching out a member not being truthful or honest to himself or others in regards to caching etiquette.
The period of camping certainly helped in defining all the areas of my camping vehicle that needed modifying or improving upon. Having the annex fall upon my companion was not something I was proud of. Pheeew!! No harm done.
Again, thanks to CO's.

Found by Craig while Michelle stayed in the car and played Candy Crush. Good to get another of the Picola Alphabet series. Easy find, quick park and grab. TFTC
Wednesday Pre-brekkie Rampage #10 (did I miscount the previous one?)
The last one for the morning rampage. I have to get back to Numurkah by 9 am, presuming brekkie then a day trip to Wangaratta (as it turned out, didn't happen - maybe tomorrow).
Thanks heaps, Needle In A...

Found on the way home from our fun road trip with my Clarmensma family - becca85, GemmaSistema, neisha07, Ad & Luke. We had a great trip and visited some cool places and caches. TFTC!
Yay for school holidays and Clarmensma road trips!

School holidays yet again and we thought we'd stay the night in Echuca. It took us about 6 hours to get there from Maryborough and about 13 to get home.
A fun trip with only minimal rain, a handful of DNF's, some previous DNF's that are now smilies and 7 cache types found over the 2 days.

A long drive out to this one but we couldn't not find it!
Today was day 2 of a 2 day road trip with Team Clarmensma (GemmaSistema & becca85 and our 4 geokids - neisha07, AdamSistema, boo09 & LukeSistema). The Sistema crew left Echuca and caches our way via Moama, Barmah, Picola, Yambuna, Koyuga, Nanneella, Rochester, Burnewang, Elmore and Bendigo before heading home via Maryborough to drop off the 3 girls and finishing at home in Ballarat about 11pm. We had plenty of finds, a few DNFs and heaps of laughter and fun as we cached along back roads, through tiny towns, around and across across amazing rivers with stunning scenery wherever we went. Thanks so much for putting this cache out for us to find and enjoy. We really appreciate it.

Suscoe headed out this afternoon to take on the Picola Kid's Alphabet.
It was a warm afternoon, temperature on the car's dashboard touched 35 degrees for an hour or two.
We had a delightful time wandering the roads in this area around Picola.
Thanks to Needle in a... for this cache and series.
We found this one safe and sound tucked away where it seemed to belong.
All good here today.
A favourite from us for this hide and the series!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So close to where I live. New to geocaching. Now I know what people have been doing.
Late in the day, Brodie and I headed out caching and I'd intended to go to Echuca but somehow ended up out here at Picola, doing the Picola alphabet series
I had planned to do them all but storm clouds and tea time put an early end to the day as I returned to Wakiti Creek Resort for tea.
Just in time, too, as my hosts had tea almost ready
Unless mentioned otherwise, please know that your cache and log book was in good condition.
I found the coords just a tad out on this cache but very quickly found the cache after using the hint

An afternoon amongst the alphabet: a fascinating area of Victoria we have not explored before. It was amazing to see the powerful effect of water provided for irrigation, from the Broken Creek, for both stock and pastures.
Satellites today had our GZ 10 metres SE of where we found the cache.
Our thanks to Needle in a... for creating this series.

A warm sunny day and not many muggles around today.
I found this one a good 11m from my GZ, and not near the clue either.

Last day of our trip, today we go home to the south coast, a few caches in Echuca and then it is off to our home state. Again quit a few caches we picked up along the road. Took a detour from Albury via Wagga Wagga and ended up home by 10 pm.

A nice easy find Today whilst out grabbing a few caches in the area signed log and on our way to another
We pulled up here, at what turned out to be our last cache of the day, with almost no light, but after a bit of a search we managed to find whet we came for. Logbook signed, and everything in it's place, it is time to make our way back to Shepparton for a hot meal.
I couldn't decide where to write this bit, so I have put it on the log of the last cache we visited today. We have visited 21 of the caches in this series today. We found most, and missed some. We would like to say a huge thank you to those who have taken the time and trouble to put together this excellent series of caches. We have had a great day tracking them down, and will certainly return to chase those we did not find, and the few we did not have time for.
Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.

Found with the Honeysucker on a trip to Picola this morning after the 15 year event at Kotupna yesterday. This series took us to some intersting sights and places today. Loved the hint on this, although we didnt need it, as Honeysucker had the cache spotted from a few metres away. Thanks to Needle in a ...
Not in the first place I looked, or the 2nd and 3rd either. but after some digging around, I found it had been completely covered over by the leavings of the local micro fauna. excelent camo little guys

We are meeting geo family and friend this weekend, we had time to spare so thought we would have a go at this series. We had a great time finding them all. Sorry for the generic logs. This one first had us looking in the wrong place. TFTC.
The weather just perfect for me - Real enjoyed myself to see scene/country. Hint is helpful worth to have hint. Thanks Needle in a...
Enjoyed this little series.......Had a great time slowly making my around the roads collecting the caches as I went. A couple were a few metres out, but the hints helped and was good.

Just as I was about to grab this one, a car went past and the driver gave a blast on the horn. I think he knew what I was up to! TFTH
I did get tired after such a long day! And checked this tiredness out thoroughly - until the penny dropped. What a good hiding place. It's a lot of fun caching. I never cease to get surprises every time I get a 'find'. Thanks for the series. I'll be back to find a couple of elusives shortly.
Yes we got tyring all right but it took a minute or two longer to come up with the cache.
[:(!] On the way to the "7 Souvenirs of August - Tatura's First Event Cache - (GC58PFW)" which was held at Tatura, picking up a few caches along the way and this was one of them, parked the geocar as close as possible to GZ and walked in from there, on arrival at GZ the cache was located and it was in hand in a matter of minutes.

I'm retired and am enjoying your lovely area. The cache was quarter full of water, I dried it out and put in a dry ziplock and also enclosed the first of a set of Australian stamps for someone to collect, if I can find all 26!, there's that many to collect
I stumbled upon the alfabet series today
And here at the Intersection, I found me first letter
