This one hadn't been found in awhile so it took some searching. Found it after some scratching around. TFTC
MrB requested a hunt for a larger cache so put on the filters and headed this way.Picked our way through the scrub clearing webs along the way and spotted the hide while still a couple of meters away.MrB enjoyed finding a cache with swaps and made the decision to not swap today. Thanks FelixII for placing SWH...Amryall for me and others to find.I added my name to the log at 14:46 on 5/10/2023.This is find number 7742 for me.
The geocaching plan of action today for Taurus Six and I was a bit undecided as the weather was also undecided. It kind of looked like it might be a rainy day but on closer inspection looked more like it was just going to be showery. Therefore we decided not to stray too far and rather to focus on a stretch of the South West Highway we had not collected yet being between Waroona and Pinjarra . From there we would then circle back along the Old Bunbury Road meeting back up with the Forrest Highway back to Bunbury. It really was a classic spring day rain , fine , rain , fine , rain , fine. We really should have expected more rainbows however they were not around today. All in all still a good day for geocaching .
This is our ninth cache find of the day along the South West Highway. Pulled into side road here near gz. The wattle has certainly sprung for the season and the bush in general is looking fabulous. Navigated best way in and a little bush bashing prevailed but soon had cache in hand. Thanks for the cache. Felix II .

Heading down south for a long weekend away and as always taking the opportunity to pick off a random bunch of caches along the way This was one that I stopped off at. Handy parking and an enjoyable short walk through the bush to GZ. A very fast find once there. All ok here today - TFTC
Quick find on the way home from Lake Brockman...

Staying a few days in Pinjarra to check on our caches in this region. Container was surprisingly well here given its almost about to celebrate its 10year anniversary! Touched up the paintwork/ camo but all good. We did need to remove some non acceptable items from our caches today to our surprise they included, a cigarette lighter, vape, tampon and cigarette filters.
Woo hoo another regular heading towards finally completing a Canberra challenge. Thanks!
Thank you! Day 1 of a road trip to Esperance and back. Happy to make the find here.
Day 1 Heading down to Bunbury for WAGB22, collecting smilies as we go, with only a couple of dnfs . Happy to say that this was one of them .. Thanks to all the COs for placing and maintaining their caches for others to find , tftc
All in good condition, this one took awhile to find as the trees interfered with our gps. Tftc
I’ve decided to go for broke and try to 500 caches by the end of March; this is 425. A nice easy findTFTC
The plan for the day was to find as many caches in the South West Highway series and nearby caches to complete a challenge we had been working on. At the end of the day we found 38 caches with only one DNF.
A short walk her and quick find.

Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for us to enjoy. Out with team adinache getting a few caches to bring our finds for the month to 300 for a certain challenge in Perth. Cleaned up a lot of the Southwest Highway series between Harvey and Pinjarra detouring in around the town of Harvey. We were able to find 32 for the day with 1 DNF.
Heading down the highway today picking up a few caches along the way before the rain sets in. All caches found with 0 DNF's - a good day! ᓚᘏᗢ
Nice spot here. Tftc FelixII

Another good SWH cache, off the road and quieter.
The bush is getting greener as it is getting cooler.
Quick find again.

Heading to Brunswick to pick up my nephew from a cattle judging camp this afternoon. Decided to make the most of the day and drive to clean up as many caches as I could before pickup time. Let’s see how I go! Thanks for placing and maintaining.
Quick find here on my way to Collie to watch Deefa71 race at the Motorplex. Tftc
With a unofficial geocaching event in Collie this weekend Meme28 and myself hatched a plan to escape the city for the weekend. We started early and with no one holding us back we are caching all the way to Collie. Our aim to find some caches to fill our challenge needs, old caches, high favourite caches and just whatever else takes our fancy. This cache was found in good condition thanks to CO’s for placing these caches for our enjoyment.
Ive been cooped up for 11 days social distancing myself due to being immune compromised during this COVID-19 pandemic. Before I go mad I thought today I would go for a drive not far from home and still stay isolated hunting caches that have not been touched recently and are not near any people. Glad to say Im
not afraid of spider or snakes but didnt see either here today! TFTC

On the way home from a camping weekend at Lane Poole Reserve I decided stop and pick up a few smiley's between Waroona and Pinjarra.
Quick find on this one once at GZ, few spider webs about but nothing a quick sweep of the geostick can't fix.
FelixII I found your cache at 10:45am, this was the 1st of 4 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 5963. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

Found it. TFTC Felixll. Not an nice place to be early in the morning if you have a fear of spiders.
Terrifying. Not a cashe to find in summer if you are scared of snakes or spiders. Geez.
Heading down to Harvey Dam for a few caches today. Found and all well here. Tftc
Decided to grab a few caches on my way to and from Waroona today.
Quick park and grab here.
Thanks FelixII for the hide.

Found it with SCJAZ and makes it find 6 of 6 yay, having a good run and enjoying the drive and finds
What a nice little place to pull over! I had to skip the past few SWH caches because workers were in the area so the no trespassing signs did a better job of turning me off that usual, so I was very grateful to find this cache. Thank you!

This was our second full day of caching from our base at Mandurah, a number of the caches we found, belonging to cache series, which seem to be a feature of this part of WA. Others highlighted the history of the locality, all of them taking us to locations we have not previously seen.
Clever use of weather proofing here.
Thanks FelixII for placing caches for everyone's enjoyment.

Hit the SWH trail today and a couple of towns along the way with Pommieparkin2 leaving our 2 and 4 legged loved ones at home to recover from their injuries. I started the day on 1971finds and the question was - Will I hit 2000 today?
Somehow we missed this one on the way down,( I don't think my brain was quite in the navigating game yet) Luckily being a quiet side street meant we could turn off on the way home and rectify MY mistake.
Nice quick and easy find which we were grateful for as we are tired and eager to return home to our broken ones.

Broke the Golden Rule & picked one up on the other side of the road, because we missed it on the way down. A safe place to do it though & a NEF. TFTC
Beware the dug out pit hiding behind the mound. Set up for cachers whose eyes are glued on the screen instead of on the ground where the feet need to be. TFTC.
Hi there FelixII.
We found your cache **"SWH...Amryall"** at 9:21:00 AM today. This cache makes our find count 14979.
We started the day off by nominating a cache some distance away from our camp site and then took a route that was mostly determined by the next closest cache according to our GPS. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip around the area & ended up finding quite a variety of container types, and sizes hidden along our route.
###Thanks for placing a large cache here. It is really sad to note that the trend of placing small caches (without swaps) is increasing. While nanos and eclipse tins sometimes have their place in an urban environment these, along with 200ml Sistemas, seem to be the norm these days even out in more remote areas. It made us feel really glad to find a large, kid friendly cache here.###
We found 23 caches today & DNF'd 0. Thanks for placing the cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** A Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Hi there FelixII - After the Event cache in Pinjarra last weekend I felt the need to cache again and this was our find number 3947 . The war office had nothing on today so we headed off together for a day out in the country. SL.Thanks to FelixII for the cache.
Doing some more of the SWH series before I leave Pinjarra tomorrow - heading back to Armadale. Busy road today with holiday traffic. Thanks.
Having to travel a little further to find some caches on Sunday @ the WAGB event. Took TB - white hat. Thanks
Found on the Sunday of WA Goes Big 2016. Dropped TB, thinking that Pete and Kate would probably pick it up as we had seen them geocaching on the highway 10 minutes earlier. All in order here, thanks.
**this is a late log** I have recently made a major upgrade to my GSAK license and found this lovely feature that automatically tells me what caches I have marked found in GSAK but never logged on geocaching.com!! Yay, Clyde, you can have my money anytime! The caches I am logging in this batch were ones I found during WA Goes Big 2016. In an interest to get completely caught up, I am logging my past finds in bulk. I still have work to do after this, as I need to locate my notes from all of my earthcaches, but once those are in, I should be very close to current. I appreciate all the effort you go through to create and place your hides and do not for one second take it for granted, I just need to get caught up so I can return to my once pleasant logs. Cheers!
The WA Goes Big 2016 event provided the perfect excuse for me to pack up the wife and travel across to get some caches in WA. I have previously cached WA in 2008 (Perth to Geraldton and back) and 2011 (Kunninara) so it was great to head south from Perth this time.
This series was close to where we stayed during the WA goes big event at Pinjarra.
It was great to have such a great range of quality caches close to the event. TFTC.
