Decided to make the most of the nice weather today and head up north for a caching run.
Definitely took the road less travelled to gz, but we made it mostly unscathed. Around and around in circles we went, must've stepped over it 5 times until it finally caught our eye, quite sneaky in the end.
Thanks for the cache

South West Rocks long weekend day 3 with Team Canary, and Everest High.
A few of us had lugged our yaks 500km north with this stretch of water as our target. Drove up from SWR on a crisp and breezy morning and put into the water at around 8:30am. Grabbed a few of the caches on the west side before starting Mangrove Madness in reverse order.
Some yak slalom required to get to dry land and sign the cache

Took the wrong track and missed no.1 but found this one before heading to no.3. Thanks coongoola for the cache.
We missed number 1 one way here due to a trail mishap but ended up back on the correct trail eventually to get here. Really lovely afternoon walk along here, the wind is muted by the trees into a gentle breeze keeping us cool instead. Tftc
Replaced with a new camo container and log sheet. It's beside a log with an old fence post covering it. The trees have grown a lot and your GPSr may vary a bit, but the coords are accurate.
Found on the Adventist National Chaplaincy Conference 2019. Great for a morning walk. TFTC.
An afternoon walk along the riverside track to stretch the legs after driving most of the day.
This part of the track was also used by horse riders today so hopefully they picked up all the ticks.
Quick and easy find.

TFTC we are spending a week weeding with the South West Rocks Dune care group and spending our spare time out looking for caches. Thank you for hiding this one.
**# 21188** Found on our 2018 mega adventure to ACT, NSW, QLD and beyond.
Another perfect Autumn day for a trek around the Point with Ski Pair.
Not many muggles around here today and a lot of good safe hides.
Thanks for the cache, coongoola,

Made us walk even further along the river and so glad we did! Thanks for the cache!! Paper was a bit wet from all the previous bad weather..
Back in the kayak after finding No3 and in the distance we could see a large group of ............ something. As we got closer we realised it was the black swans that live here. What a lot! Continued along the edge of the water as the metres counted down looking for another good landing spot. Didn't see a close one so we rowed in through the mangroves then waded through the shallow water to the path. It was much cooler on the water than on land so we think our idea of turning the series into kayak caches was a good one for the heat today. With the cache found we continued to the last for us but first in the series. TFTC coongoola.
A really pleasant walk which we were encourage to take because there was this cache to find. Thanks to coongoola for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
A beautiful day for this lovely walk. Bush, water and lots of birds, what more can you ask for. Thanks to the hint this was a straightforward find.
Thanks for placing a cache in such a lovely spot.

After the seering temperature of yesterday we were unprepared for the rain that we experienced today.
We firstly headed up to Stuarts Point , returning by South West Rocks.
Such interesting locations & some very clever caches found.
While I located the closest hide Bill continued the walk along to this one.
Luckily I had returned to the car befor the rain became quiet hard. Bill returned drenched.

TFTC, would be a nice walk except for the amount of webs and large spiders across the track, I have never seen so many.
Walking further along this track, what a beautiful area. Shame there is so much rubbish along the way. Another great hide, thanks
Beautiful part of the world. Thank you for this trail.
Would have loved to see a couple more caches along the way. With 4 geo-grandkids in tow, would have made it more interesting for them. (Something to think about.)
SL & found with Staybe&Co.

1700 GAFF1 Earlier in the day I thought I was heading this direction, but only came across a 'homeless' chap, so after the CITO Event I had another go, and soon found the track. The garden spiders had come out, so it was fun dodging heaps of webs. I had a short look for '#1', and thought I would then try this one for the kind of hide that coongoola may be using there, as there seemed to be too many options to check out.
But once here it didn't take long with good coordinates to pin-point the hide.
Dry and intact, and able to leave a Correct Site Marker - surgical marking pen.
Through for mileage: 12-12-12 Multi Event - Auckland, New Zealand; 2014 Geocaching NSW geocoin; 3Brothers-NSW; Auckland NZ '13; Brausefass Lifesaver Geocoin; Bridge2Bridge Travel Ingot; Bushmaster Travel Bug; Cache Critters - Baa, Neigh, & Oink Geocoins; CII-35Z; CITO - Upper Swan, and Beyond; Discover Me & Animals: GCookie; family travel; G Cookie Earth Cache 10 Year Celebration Coin; GCookie FIZZY coin; Grahame Cookie t-shirt; Hello Cocky TB; IconicBridges2012; Kengu; NZ Mega 13; NZ Mega Auckland 2013 Signature Trackable; Oz Mega 2014 GCookie; Pink-Floyd (Australian show); Rhinoceros Geocoin 2; thank you- moliva; and Transaustralia.

Even tho there had been some heavy rain for the week/end it had slowed enough that I could get out of one session and find a couple of caches.
Not too many mozzies. Left nothing. Leigh's Red Racer thru.

Decided to take the day and head down to Scotts head and Stuarts Point for they day to clear up a few new smileys on the map. There was way to many NOPE spiders on this trail but nothing waiving a good branch in front of you as you walked didn't fix (I'm sure we looked funny to the fisherman watching us). Thanks for the cache. Found with Batdos
Found it. Thought about walking through to grassy. Losing light though. oh well maybe next time.
Continuing on along the trail, we had cache in hand after having littlest Geokid superman into the thicket and come out worse for wear, our advice is to not run through this trail. The walk back was just as enjoyable. TFTC.
Found whilst on way back home from dropping kids off at Kempsey.
Nice track, a little over grown in places, but nice easy walk.

Found with geoson. We decided to attack this cache from the north. On the way geoson dropped the pen. After much searching looking for a fence we found it. Took a photo of cache for proof. Nice walk along the mangroves.
Second one for the day not to difficult hint was pretty straight forward. Couldn't sign log as it had gotten wet. tftc
The views on the return walk from this cache were lovely...thanks for bringing us here coongoola
By the time we reached number 1 we were hot and sweaty and needed another swim! Mrs Browngang stopped right near the cache and got brushed on the leg by a fern....well, she nearly hit the roof, screaming her head off and nearly freaking the kids out. After all, we had just had our wits scared out of us by a huge goanna running up a tree very close by! Thanks coongoola and cheers from Browngang
Another find further along from the first Riverside Trail one, lovely morning bushwalk, easy walking, left button, took nothing, TFTC
Found but gotta hate being the first along the track as there was a LOT of spiderwebs!!!!
Went on a trek with all the kids to find this cache. Thanks for introducing us to the riverside trail
A few caches up the coast with lunch and shopping at Nambucca Heads with Bettyboo. (I scored two Phantom comics and an electronics mag!)
We continued from the first to this cache. Stacks of black swans on the water and a few herons.
A slight breeze kept us cool for the walk, and as advertised, it was very flat.
A great quartet of walking caches this morning.
Thanks, Robmc.

# 4498. This is our last day staying at SW Rocks so Robmc and I headed northwards towards Nambucca Heads to see some places we haven't seen before and to find some caches. We were impressed by Stuarts Point and Scotts Head and hopefully will return again, to stay and to snorkel. There were some great scenic sea views to be had today with the strong winds and wild waves.
We continued our walk to this one and passed a lot of black swans feeding on the wide expanse of water. Such a lovely place for a walk and once at GZ we were pleased to find the good-sized container. TNLN, TFTC

I located this one in the same way as the previous Riverside Trail by following the good description given by coongoola. During my recent visit to this area I have found 4 Caches placed by coongoola.
All of which are well placed, in particular the "Micro one at the Clybucca Memorial" which had eluded two
people, before I sussed it out as a first to find. Which gave me a handsome score of 10 First to Find's for the month of October. And to blow my Trumpet further, 8 were on one day, who can put their hand up
for a higher score. (please let me know)

Found it with lousha! Good hiding spot and good hint. Our ninth find and our fifth today. Be careful of the ants! Wooh!

Oh what a beautiful morning,
Oh what a beautiful day
I've got a wonderful feeling,
Everything's going my way
This stroll was a beautiful, quiet and scenery filled affair early morning
I don't know how the rest of the caching day could be an improvement on this one [:o]
Close to GZ there were about a hundred black swans feeding out on the lagoon.
With the sun behind them it was mesmerizing to watch the slow ballet
Well that delayed the cache chase for a good 20 minutes or more.
And finally at GZ, the cache was a nice easy find [^]
It is going to be tough to top this cache today [:o]
And after finding the cache I still had the walk back to the geomobile to enjoy
TFTC it deserved many favourites.

Found at 3:33 PM GAFF1. We were wondering whether it was better to go back to the start, pick up our vehicle and drive to the other end and walk to this cache, rather than continuing the walk from this end. After a few moments, we decided that we may as well continue the walk - it will increase our appetites for tonight's dinner at a local restaurant, which we will not be going to anymore - just too expensive all of a sudden and the portions have diminished (I think they must be in financial trouble!)
Missed out again on the 12V lights - why weren't there any in the "Point Beach Track" cache
Thanks coongoola.

My wife and I made our way down to Stuart's Point and made a morning of walking and caching with lunch thrown for good measure.
The walk along the river to this cache was great. It was unusual to be walking next to a river and hearing the surf. Great bird life with a heap of spinebills at GZ. Thanks for bringing us here and showing us this hidden gem.
The cache was easily found especially with the help of the good hint.
