This is the 2nd of 3 caches we didn't find today. [:(!]
We don't normally attempt playground caches. Geocachers sneaking around kids playgrounds are often confused with someone that has an evil intent - and parents or neighbours very often complain, sometimes even calling the police. However, as the coast was clear we attempted it anyway . . . . .
We spent some time here at around 12:15:00 PM, but with all the syringes, rubbish, urine smells and bog logs we just didn't enjoy looking for your cache, so a DNF from us.
We won't be coming back to try for this one again. [:(!]

Funny spot for a park
I rode in anyway for a stickybeak
And down the back of the park ...
... there was **that** smell [xx(]
I peered into the rubbish pile, while holding me nose.
And saw the usual collection of cans, bottles, and those little 4cm square 'ziplock' bags that cachers use to put logbooks in, manufacturers put small screws in, and the local drug dealers put ice in [:o]
Guess which use these baggies had
Finally the sight of a syringe lying down there convinced me that this cache could stay unfound
No apples were targeted at me today

Took a bit of hunting... but once we got used to the smell of urine and managed to avoid the glass and syringes, we managed to find, sign and replace the lig before leaving. TFTC
Last one for the day. Couldn't find it and the neighbours kids threw an apple at us so we left. After a hint from Admin, we went back at dark and bingo! Thanks for the help!
Our last day in Geraldton so we headed out to grab a few more before heading home ...... Quick grab here TFTC ....
Back here hoping to attain another smile on the map and earn a souvenir. The kids amused themselves on the swings while we hunted for about 10 minutes before we had success. This one had us really scraping our heads. TFTC TeamBastholm!
Finally after numerius attempts we found this cache. Initially we searched innthe wrong spot, got a hint from a fellow cacher, loked there, could not find it. Then CO confirmed it was still there, looked again, no luck. Recently replaced so we gave it another go today and within a couple of minutes we had the price in hand. Thanks for replacing and TFTC Team Bastholm
Our first stop for the day and no luck. Spent about 15 minutes looking. We will be back!
Far out! How did we miss this the other day. Did some CITO while there!!! TFTC SL
Another round of caching today. Could not find this one either but we found the mattress! Looks like somebody is a kind of living here .
Muggles have moved in, mattress and all !! So didn't spend much time on this one
Unfortunately this cache has gone missing, thanks Rumpleteasers for the heads up.
We found the attachment but the cache was no longer there... New cache needed!!
We stopped here after the International Geocaching day event. After checking out all the obvious spots there was only one more option...quite a quick find after that.

Looked around in all the obvious places and thought we had been hung out to dry, but there it was.

Clever wee hide. Found while waiting for a friend at the hospital around the corner.

Took a couple of goes, however felt like a fool upon finding it. Watch out for muggles.
First find for me on my second attempt. Thanks Savy-cache-m agnets for getting Team Busybee 2207 started.
Straight to it today ... second attempt ... definately needs different eyes ... clever hide!
I was in Geraldton for a meeting so decided to head out early and pick up a few caches whilst in town. This was the first I targeted. In plain view but difficult to spot, I actually saw the attachment material before I saw the cache itself. TFTC.
Day 4, caching around Geraldton, on our 2nd trip around Australia.
A quick scan, and we were fairly sure of what we were looking for.
After looking in the right area, the cache was found quickly by geo-wife.
Thanks for the cache, TeamBastholm.

On our way south then east for a week and as we needed to fill a blank on the calender we decided to try this one on the way out. We had already tried once before and drawn a blank but this time we had a clue, thanks to the CO dropping a hint when he didn't mean to . Mrs S soon had the blighter and we were away. SL TFTC TeamBastholm, owe you one.
Not a good day at all. Needed one for a blank on the calender so tried the 8 Ball cache first but a number of tradesmen were working nearby so we gave that a miss. Gertrude St Park was quiet but my GPS had us in a neighbour's garage. Not a good start. Had a look for about 15 minutes (not in the garage) all the while checking the GPS but it didn't change. Had to admit defeat but we will try again. Thanks TeamBastholm.
TFTC. This cache was found on a caching trip with Cravo10 to Geraldton for the international geocaching day event being held up there.
oh my! it took a while but we found it, [8]

Tried this one twice, and even had a clue from the owners, but with time not on my side due to hockey commitments, I had to admit defeat.
Out and about on our bikes we had just attempted to find another cache in the area with no success so thought we would cycle over to Gertrude St Park and try our luck there. We searched high and low and was worried that we were probablly looking very suspicious to the nearby neighbors, we couldn't tell whether we were being watched or not and that probably made it even worse. After around 15 minutes of search and me finally pulling out my GPS to confirm that Ians Garmin wasn't incorrect we were about to give up when all of a sudden Ian spotted what we had been looking for. I wish I had taken a plastic bag with me I would have collected some of the olives and bottled them, might have to go back again and raid a few.
Thanks TeamBastholm.
Thanks TeamBastholm.
Gave us a nice run around but finally found it! My first official find. Thanks elpamyelhsa for introducing me to geocaching!

Grabbed this one with Schatz1 and our GeoDoggy. Met up with IrishDude1 just after he grabbed the FTF.
The GeoDoggy liked the olives

Managed to grab this FTF while OsirisRa and schatz1 hunted for apex park. Again we all met up im sure the locals thought we looked pretty sus. Hung around until they had found it and got hugged to death by geodoggy. Tftc
