Checked on cache for the third time today. We could get out of the car this time as the area was clear. However, the tree has been pruned so a rehide was not possible.
I grabbed the numbers for this cache a looooonnnnnggggg time ago, but never had the opportunity (mainly for reasons of muggles) to look.
The site around the GZ was quiet enough today for a good look. I found where it could well have been hidden, but either it's not there or so well camouflaged!
Hmmmm!

Enjoyed the walk along the beach and I could gather the numbers needed.
The cache was discovered soon, as I had the right angle to see it.
Thanks for hiding!

Thanks for hiding!
We're visiting from Florida, USA. That was great fun. Thanks for placing the cache.
First cache of the day, easy multi to solve, not so easy to find....well so we thought. Two campers parked next to GZ, luckily one left. In the end, found the cache in the open. Signed and hid slightly better, thanks
It is not our first night in this camp but it is only today that we decide to find this one.
Ninalila and I gathered all the information and choose where we will sleep.
We check where is the final and we were surprised to see that we had only 15m to walk ^^
Surprising that the cache is still here with so many people sleeping around
We logged with our team name : lekiprokos
Thanks for the cache and the discovery

Funny to solve a multi cache in the campground where we slept during our working period.
We took information on the plaque at our arrival, then we calculated the final position in meantime to park the car. Big surprise, the final spot was just behind us, approximately 15m !
Easy to find the cache container, hopefully no muggle around.
A good cache to learn more about this nice place.

Heavy rain last night sent campers close to gz, but after running the cachehound in the beach for a while they'd moved on.
My first multi, thanks very much

Staying with family after participating in the National Orienteering Champs at St Arnaud over Easter and time to do a little geocaching today. Very happy to visit this lovely reserve again. The puzzle and find were both very straightforward. Enjoyed relaxing briefly in this tranquil spot on a beautiful sparkling autumn afternoon. TFTC
It was only a short walked from where I was parked to here so shot over to find this one. No problems with the questions and the cache was a quick find with good accurate coordinates. Still lots of water lying about here after the recent rains, I recall it being the same when I was last here a year or so ago. A very popular and busy place over the Easter weekend. Signed log, TFTC.
After yesterday's storm, we had a lot of puddle dodging to do, but got to the cache without wet feet.
We slept on this campground for 2 days and were happy to see there is a cache nearby. One of the most beautiful locations I have ever seen in my life. Thank you for this cache.

No work plus sunshine and a new gps got us out and about to day - got the info off plaque then parked up to do the working out - put smiles on our faces when it turned out we had parked 8 mtrs from final co-ords - heading to Mapua for food then home - signed log thanks for the cache
Last cache for the day and a muti to boot. As it turns out we parked almost next to it while we worked the numbers TFTC
Stayed here last night with the grandkids so was exciting for them to go treasure hunting after breakfast tftc
The plaque always made me think about bronze as an anti-foul - well at least the copper in it!
Nice easy find with cacher's eye for something not quite "right". Ideal sort of offset cache with only a short distance to final co-ords. TNLN TFTC
I like these simple multi caches. A few muggles around but managed to park up very close to the cache, so all good. Thanks SoBad!!
No problems here - another good find with Just-Lookin.
Enjoying the drive around the area.
Nice one, thanks

On a geocaching holiday with tmann421 seeking out caches at the top of the South Island. Thanks to all the CO's for making this such a memorable trip.
Another good hide here.

The place was crowded being Christmas Day but managed to retrieve the cache quite easily though had to wait a while before replacing it as some one came and sat in the car parked beside the hiding place. Thanks SoBad.
Together with Silli1310 our goal today was the start of the "Abel Tasman coast track" on which we wanted to start tomorrow. Since it was already too late for today, we stopped by here again and determined all values without problems. Due to the advanced hours of the day, we were almost alone and could find the can muggel-free. Many thanks for the cache and apologies for the late logging.
One day before starting the Abel Tasman Walk we came here. We could solve all tasks and we found the cache . Thanks!
Got the co-ordinates wrong so now they are correct we will be able to have another go.
#7662. Not too many muggles today; look like we fluked a good time of year to do this one. TFTC.
Good spotting to notice the plaque as it wasn't exactly prominent.
We soon had the final co-ords worked out but decided to leave the find for the way back, after finding "Resting in Ruby Bay". A good cache to do on a cool cloudy day in the middle of winter because I suspect this place would be overrun in summer. Even today there were people around, either visiting and staying in the reserve. TFTC.

Solved the puzzle while ago but too many muggles .
Today we were lucky

Found without much difficulty, except trying to input coordinates into the smart phone geo app. There is a high chance of muggle interference with this cache.
Stayed several nights in our motor home at the McKee Reserve. It's a great place for bird watching and a good base from which to bike or geocache or both. The reserve is always popular no matter what time of the year it is. TFTC
12854... Neat multi... there were a few muggles in the reserve, but they were well away from GZ, many thanks for the cache.
It's a beautiful day to be down by the sea and having a cache to find makes it even better. A nice easy find. Thank you for bringing us to this lovely place and thanks for the cache.
Out with the whole family this evening to find a cache and get out of the house. A plaque we have never noticed before which was interesting in itself. Used to camp here a lot as kids. Coordinates collected and cache hide soon located.
Once the caching was sorted we all enjoyed a short wander along the beach near the old dairy. No ice creams there any more but some waiting at home. Very nice family outing after a week we have had.
Thanks SoBads for the cache.

Stayed in McKee for one night with Pupinka so we found some cache(s) awesome place! TFTC!
Pleasantly surprised to see quite a few people benefitting from this lovely spot by making use of the camping facilities. TFTC, #5315
Its been a while since I've been to this reserve for a cache (or two). Collected the information at the first waypoint and then parked next to the final location. Surprised at how much camping activity there was going on in the reserve at the moment. No-one near the cache though so no problems there. TFTC, Biggles.
A beautiful day for a visit here. Did the maths, then thought oh dear I hope there isn't anyone at home! Fortunately there wasn't.

Nice One!!!!!!!!!!!!Pinic lunch on the beach with the Grandkids and a bit of caching. No worries with getting the cords and then off to GZ. No worries finding the cache either because before we even got close to GZ a muggle in a nearby campervan opened a window and said, "It's in there". End of story. Big laugh all around. Much fun. Thanks
I see that these campers back yard had a lot of visitors today. Glad that they were out when I came along too.
Got the numbers right first time. An unusual occurrence.

Lived up to the usual form with these easy mathematical multis - stuffed up the simple equations. Had a look in a couple of likely spots - nothing, rework the numbers and find one mistake that shouldn't have made much difference so back for another look with the same result. Back to the plaque and someone had read the numbers wrong - I should know better and just do it myself or at least check. That made a hige difference and for an easy find. Thanks for pointing out whats behind this reserve. TFTC #4995
Number 11 of 31 Such an easy find simple maths and no muggles about in the rain TFTC
Thanks for keeping our streak alive. It wasn't really the best day for caching, but we thought we'd pop across here and grab this one. We got the calculations right first attempt and a couple of bits of strategic parking meant the gumboots and rain jackets were superfluous. Good one. TFTC!!!!
Caching with Sidewaze. Rainy day = gumboots and raincoats. Sidewaze proved that it is possible to do a drive by multi, so we sat in the comfort of the car and read the clues off the plaque. A bit of a drive, a strategic park and two steps away I found it! [8)]. Nice to be able to streak relatively close to home! TFTC
Not so many do multi's huh? A typo number entry in GPS gave me an up and down moment until I saw my error.
Thanks for the cache
Thanks for the cache
It was a simple matter to work out the final co-ords for this cache so on to GZ for the find. A joint 2TF with Hazedarus during a break in the weather. Thank you for your efforts to make the "Streak" a possibility for us. TFTC.
No trouble with working out GZ. There was heavy rain over the bay but a dry spell when and where it counted to locate the cache and sign the log. TFTC
Yay a FTF its been a long time since I managed one still only need one for the August Challange thanks Sobad for putting it out their..
