Quick dash down to busso for the night to put the finishing touches on mothers kitchen renovation. No issues here tftc
The geocaching plan of action today for Taurus Six and I was a bit undecided as the weather was also undecided. It kind of looked like it might be a rainy day but on closer inspection looked more like it was just going to be showery. Therefore we decided not to stray too far and rather to focus on a stretch of the South West Highway we had not collected yet being between Waroona and Pinjarra . From there we would then circle back along the Old Bunbury Road meeting back up with the Forrest Highway back to Bunbury. It really was a classic spring day rain , fine , rain , fine , rain , fine. We really should have expected more rainbows however they were not around today. All in all still a good day for geocaching .
This is our fourth cache of the day , we pulled over near gz . The grass is starting to get long so probably as good a time as ever to get it as it will not be long before the snakes are out. Cache quickly found , logged and replaced. Thanks for the cache Kyzabra .

After realizing I've been here before but hadn't logged a dnf, I ended up finding 2 caches. Signed the one that coincided with the hint. Tftc
Day 1 Heading down to Bunbury for WAGB22, collecting smilies as we go, with only a couple of dnfs . Happy to say that this was one of them .. Thanks to all the COs for placing and maintaining their caches for others to find , tftc
Pulled into the side road to park up and spotted some cows on the road a bit further on. Headed down to grab a photo and then turned back to make the cache find.

A public holiday Monday and nothing much planned at home so Mr Z, Mr T & I teamed up with SirFancy to go adventuring along the South West Hwy.
We started by heading to Dwellingup to clean up the last few caches in town before making our way to Waroona, Harvey & Myalup.
A long but enjoyable drive finished up with 10 finds, 5 adventure labs and 0 DNF’s.

Thanks Kyzabra for placing SWH...Devar for me and others to find.
I added my name to the log at 13:19 on 18/4/2022.
This is find number 4430 for me.

Easter Monday caching with Cirrus_WA, grabbing a few around Pinjarra, Waroona and Myalup. I also placed a few of my new path tags out.
This is my 1810 find.
Thank you Kyzabra for placing and maintaining this cache.
Geology rocks but Geography is where it’s at!

Made the short trip down from Perth to visit my family who I haven't seen in over 5 years. Living on the other side of Aus makes it difficult for regular catch ups. Whilst here it just made sense to collect a couple of smiley faces and introduce Geocaching to my younger brother.
Log book was a lil damp but signable.... Only if you have a pen which I forgot (noob mistake) so I left my signature Donut card as proof of my visit. Thanks for the cache.

Nice quick find on my way home. Original log is damp, someone has placed a mint tin higher up with a log, so there are 2 containers now.
My first find in the Shire of Waroona. Another LGA checked off, and my 2nd find today. TFTC
Seems like ants had made a home of this one, skipped writing in the logbook. TFTC
The plan for the day was to find as many caches in the South West Highway series and nearby caches to complete a challenge we had been working on. At the end of the day we found 38 caches with only one DNF.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for us to enjoy. Out with team adinache getting a few caches to bring our finds for the month to 300 for a certain challenge in Perth. Cleaned up a lot of the Southwest Highway series between Harvey and Pinjarra detouring in around the town of Harvey. We were able to find 32 for the day with 1 DNF.
Heading down the highway today picking up a few caches along the way before the rain sets in. All caches found with 0 DNF's - a good day! ᓚᘏᗢ

Heading to Brunswick to pick up my nephew from a cattle judging camp this afternoon. Decided to make the most of the day and drive to clean up as many caches as I could before pickup time. Let’s see how I go! Thanks for placing and maintaining.
With the COs permission I have replaced this cache which seems to have gone missing. Now a mint tin. Tftc
A welfare check today at SWH...Devar by familysteiner and was in fact missing.
Has been replaced and hint updated.
All is good. Plenty of room in log.
Thanks Fanilysteiner for the help here.

Tftc. Got soaked from the moisture on the kikuyu . Visiting our son and d-I-l, who have recently moved down this way.
With a unofficial geocaching event in Collie this weekend Meme28 and myself hatched a plan to escape the city for the weekend. We started early and with no one holding us back we are caching all the way to Collie. Our aim to find some caches to fill our challenge needs, old caches, high favourite caches and just whatever else takes our fancy. This cache was found in good condition thanks to CO’s for placing these caches for our enjoyment.
Ive been cooped up for 11 days social distancing myself due to being immune compromised during this COVID-19 pandemic. Before I go mad I thought today I would go for a drive not far from home and still stay isolated hunting caches that have not been touched recently and are not near any people. Thanks for adding a smiley to my day TFTC
14th find for the day with ajeemileham
Was a bit worried about snakes here so sent the teenage daughter in

We were a bit hesitant here and worried about snakes but one of the kids braved the long grass and found it. TFTC
Found it. TFTC Kyzabra. Not an easy find but got it in the end. It should have been easy.
Found it. Great to find my first geocache. Thanks to who ever put this here.
Thank you! I'd spent the morning hiking near Dwellingup, and wanted to detour past Waroona on my way home. Happy to make the find here. Cache in good condition.
Day 2 of 2 with Geogypsy on our round trip to Perth to visit the family.
A lot of unique and fun caches along the way back down along SWH.

TFTC. Nice drive along the south western highway today. Farms are very green thanks to the wet weather. Saw a pair of ducks with 10 little ducklings walking behind.
Down on our way to Burekup so we decided to find some geocaches on the way.
A quick and easy find here, like the other ones along this series.
Thanks!

Heading down south for the BYO Marshmallows event at Potters Gorge campsite (GC7ME2K) and just had to see if I could grab a few smileys along the way.
Needed to stop and open my bag of liquorice safely, jumped out for a quick find.
Kyzabra I found your cache at 10:24am, this was the 5th of 19 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 4773. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

Not too keen on the long grass but we made a fair bit of noise to hopefully make our reptilian friends aware of our arrival. All is good here Kyzabra so thanks for setting this up and its maintenance.
Found this afternoon, the geotoddler was quite fascinated by the cows who stood watch while we grabbed the cache. Thanks!
Lunchtime Geocaching TFTC. had a work colleague stop to make sure I was ok. (the first time in all my Lunchtime Geocaching, a way to promote it)

This was our second full day of caching from our base at Mandurah, a number of the caches we found, belonging to cache series, which seem to be a feature of this part of WA. Others highlighted the history of the locality, all of them taking us to locations we have not previously seen.
Thanks Kyzabra for placing caches for everyone's enjoyment.

Planned a bdo geocahing in the Waroona and Harvey townsites. As usual geoburnout occurred after about ten caches but had a great time exploring Waroona. Harvey will have to wait til next bdo. Arrived at gz and almost turned right around as too much long grass was growing there. Scouted out a not too grassy way in to the prime suspect and was totally disappointed as object was empty. Didnt like the idea of trying the other side but gingerly manouvered around to check out the other side. Fortunately cache was located but then pen wouldnt write. Left a pf impression. Tftc.
Out with Gypsy Roaming today picking up a few SWH caches between the sunshine and showers, a nice find here.

I looked in from one end WebblyWA looked in from the other. No it's not there, all we can see is each other. TFTC
Hit the SWH trail today and a couple of towns along the way with Pommieparkin2 leaving our 2 and 4 legged loved ones at home to recover from their injuries. Started the day on 1971 and the question was - Will I hit 2000 today?
Second stop piccking up from where we had left off.
Started the search at GZ and I told Pommieparkin a certain spot was empty, luckily she didn't believe me and had a look for herself because I am truly blind sometimes. Luckily she didn't give me the sack. Off we head to the next one, hopefully my brain is in gear now.

Enjoyed cycling out to this from Waroona, as breeze was on my back. Had to work harder on return leg. Hi ya Devar and TFTC Kyzabra.
Hi there Kyzabra.
We found your cache **"SWH...Devar"** at 9:33:00 AM today. This cache makes our find count 14981.
We started the day off by nominating a cache some distance away from our camp site and then took a route that was mostly determined by the next closest cache according to our GPS. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip around the area & ended up finding quite a variety of container types, and sizes hidden along our route.
We found 23 caches today & DNF'd 0. Thanks for placing the cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** A Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Out caching around Pinjarra with CAD on a chilly Spring day.... Soon had cache in hand enjoying the series T4TC:)
TFTC Kyzabra First up i had to cross the stream which was about 2 and a half feet wide and then wade through a massive lake of water at least 10 inches deep just to get to the gz. I found he cache sitting on top with no cover for all to see. When i opened it had lots of water in it and a log book with no bag. The log book was just a soggy mess. So i swam back to the car and grabbed another log book and a zip lock bag and swam back and placed it in the cache. I then placed the cache out of sight and in a position out of the weather. Needless to say when i got back to the car my boots were full of water, wet socks and cold feet!!!! I had done enough wading and swimming to a cache for one day.
