Stopped by this scenic spot on our way to the Burren. A short walk over the rocks and the cache was found without any problems, and in good condition. It was a grey day but there was still a good view of the lake, which was fascinating with its smooth rocky bottom and beautiful clear water. A swim was out of the question in November, but I can imagine it would be really nice in summer. There were also many bright orange plants growing amongst the grey rocks. Wonderful what you see when you take the time to look at things. We enjoyed this cache, thanks.

A bit randomly cache. After visiting the Cliffs of Moher we wanted to see the Burren national park, but somehow we missed the information center with some interesting trails. After wandering for a while at least we stopped at a rest stop nearby and after finding that there is a cache, went for a short walk after a typical local landscape. It was sunny, crystal clear lake and cache in perfect condition, and we were very satisfied. Thanks for it.

Trochu zapeklita a vlastne dosti nahodna cache. Po navsteve Moherskych utesu jsme chteli videt jeste Narodni Parku Burren, avsak nejak jsme nedokazali narazit na infocentrum s nejakou zajimavou stezkou. Po chvili bloudeni jsme alespon zastavili na nedalekem odpocivadle a po zjisteni, ze je tu cache, se vydali na kratkou prochazku po typicke mistni krajine. Bylo slunecno, jezero pruzracne ciste a cache v perfektni kondici, takze jsme byli nakonec velmi spokojeni. Diky za ni.

Perfect place to stretch our legs on our drive around Ireland. Beautiful landscape. TFTC!
A quick stop in Clare to grab a cache. I am sure this area is beautiful normally, but today it was miserable. Drizzly and misty, the view was spoilt.

We were driving from Sligo to Kerry, I wanted to show my husband the Burren landscape however the wonderful Irish weather had other ideas. The hunt for this cache gave him a good idea of what he was missing TFTC

On holiday in Ireland and spotted that this new cache had become available. Decided it was worth having a go at the FTF so headed off in the morning. Arrived to find a good example of the Burren and a scenic lake. Guineapig2,3 and 4 rushed off for the cache and Guineapig1 limped behind. Arrived at the cache site for a quick find and a empty log book. FTF in a different country! Left TB. TFTC
