We called in here and dropped off some TB's we found in some PWGT caches.

We're hunting Tour caches and anything that's not slowing down our objective to much. We scored 3x nights at Rotary Glen with max occupancy of 10 vans. The plan was just staying 2 nights but it's just to nice here. We never explored Cromwell, just raced through so we're going to make the most of it. The wind is already picking up and growing into a decent storm as the day progresses. The caching for today is coming to an end with just two more to go. The cache was soon spotted and retrieved. It looks a nice place for a break here after a long journey. Thank you ajbenn

Cache 415 ️ Tried to find this cache on my last trip up to Cromwell with absolutely no luck at all coordinates are definitely way off for me so I do recommend the hint as it’s pretty close to right This time around I broadened my search easy find Cache is in great shape, nice and dry. Rock bug added to cache also 2 TB were dropped off here hopefully someone can continue them on their journey, T4TC ️

An early start for me this morning....out on a bike ride loop of Cromwell township from Bannockburn to grab a pile of the fruit series caches.
Found myself all the way out here.....and a large container YAY - but I have no TB's left to leave here. Just 1 to pick up to take back to Blenheim.

It’s good to find a LARGE container - they’re quite rare. TB out. TFTC

Luckily we managed to park up immediately in the right place, but then I think we started reading the hint too literally and tried to break down the hedge. It looks as if other people have tried the same. We then realised we could go round the back and found this magnificent large container. Large containers are so rare it’s always nice to find one.

Today we made a nice little tour in Cromwell. Found a lot of fruit and some other nice caches. Thanks to all the CO's for maintaining the caches. TFTC.

Easy find. Less easy to grab. After bashing my way through the shrubbery I found only one TB inside so left it for the next cacher. Added some swag and signed the log. Got back to the car just as the rain returned. TFTC

We had to sneak away from our Musician Friends at the Cromwell Country Music Festival..
Found this huge Container quickly,but had to keep our heads down low as the Gardener was working nearby.Once his back was turned we scarped...TFTC

*Winter time dots are thin on the ground for August soon to be rectified with a push over the border ploughing new fields of Central Otago of it's green dots turning dozens of dates from one singular shade of green to a multiple darker green on the 'finds' table*. A new challenge erupted to log a seven day streak straight after the MATM so double wow wee dot and 2nd day streak cache. Scooted around the barrier and while there were two buckets to choose from, the one full of water was bypassed for the biggest, cleanest, driest, fullest cache in Cromwell. No looted TB's targeted by thieves and said "hello" to the resident TB I had traveled before on the chance the next new visitor would actually take it far away and not just itchy thumbs. Chucked in a couple of pens, a bit more swag and removed the rubbish. Grabbed in XL glad baggy reserved for big buckets in the bush. I have an Aunty in Ripponvale and a cousin in Cromwell. Thanks for placing it here Allan. **Seven day streak #2**

We’re based at Arrowtown for a couple of days and headed over Cromwell way today to find a few caches and do some short walks in the process. This was one of 24 caches we located. Initially wasn’t sure which side of the driveway I was heading to for this one, so took a brief moment to spot. Hard to miss really! #2682. TFTC.

As long as I'm down under can someone take me to Australia?

Today we are on our way from Queenstown to Fairlie on our tiki tour around the South Island with our Nelson family. I really wanted and needed a large cache, as there are very few around our area back home, so I made our family stop for this one. And my grand daughters really wanted to help me hide some TB's on this trip!!! So this was a great cache to stop for! It took a bit to find, and once we did, we needed the longest arms to retrieve it, but we got it. Thanks for the large hide!

For our NZ visit we created a "wishful-thinking-to-do-list" ... knowing we can not do them all but we can at least try. Old caches, earth, virtual and webcam are on the top of our list... but also some traditionals, multi etc...

Today on our way to Cromwell via Queenstown and decided to stop for some caches along the road as we calculated that we should not have much time left considering the travel distance for today...

Today we visited Qeenstown itself, but due to parking problems we ended up only caching in the Garden. With a nice 30 minutes walk we visited all 4 caches.

Then we drove over the scenic road, via Cromwell, to Wanaka and stopped a few times on the road.

Today we had our second day in Cromwell and again made a trip in and around the city, thus visiting many sightseeing highlights again. On this trip we searched, found and logged many caches, too. The weather was beautiful, sunny, very warm, no little bit cloudy, and only sometimes there was some wind.
Almost no muggels observed us as they had better things to do than observing two geocachers.

Thanks to ajbenn for showing us this location and for the fun we had at Travellers Rest. The search we had here today didn't take too much time.

Quick stop to drop trackable

The youngest of the EU crew was involved in a hockey tournament for 3 days, so some great caching had between games. Great cache size. TFTC

We brought two TB's back from Niue and have placed them in this cache to continue their journeys.

In Alexandra for a bit of an easter family holiday. After a fun day biking in Arrowtown then Luging in Queenstown (very touristy us!) we were heading back to Alexandra to rustle up some tea....and MrsTG suggested a wee detour 'around the block'...after finding a few fruits around the block we we now heading back to our accommodation to rustle up some tea - feeling a bit peckish after all the days fun. Time for juuuuuuuust one more. A cool big cache! Cheers.....
