I'm sorry to be archiving my caches but it frees the area up for someone else who may have more time to look after their caches.
Although it was still raining we enjoyed our walk to this cache. After a short search we located the fortess where the container was hidden. It took a little pushing, pulling and removing before the container could be extracted. After signing the log and replacing the cache reconstruction of the fortress began. Rebuilding complete we cheked out the view before heading ti the car.
The coordinates were accurate and the cache and contents were in good condition.
Thanks for the cache Perusal.

Out for a morning walk, beautiful day and found a quick and easy cache. Log in good dry condition considering all the recent rain. Love the bird.
Few nights at Pottsville South Caravan Park and a lovely morning bike ride. On the ride home time to send the muggles back to camp and stop for a cache or two. Found this cache okay but then struggled to extricate it without damaging the guardian.
I am giving this a FP for three reasons.
1. This is a lovely spot.
2. I used to bring my Biology students here for an extended field trip.
3. It is my 450th find, so happy about that.

Beautiful area. Quick find. Enjoyed finding the 3 geocaches here then having a swim. Found on the way home after a weekend camping. Tftc
We saw lots of dolphins putting on a show nearby beautiful spot. TFTC
Set up camp in Hastings Point Caravan Park, and went for a walk, after all, it had been a very family intense weekend. Now they have all gone back to respective capital cities and countries, we can get back to geocaching.
Walked up to find a ship wreck, and were entertained by a sea eagle eating his afternoon tea. Mr D took photos, while I found the shipwreck. Thanks Perusal. Took pathtag, left a few small bits and pieces for the geokids.

What a awesome spot, camping down the road went for a walk plenty of people around but easy spot to have a search. Tftc
I replaced the cache today. This is about the fourth replacement and so I have run out of appropriate lego pieces!!!! Imagination will now need to be used to see this bird as the ship's parrot. I have had to use a cache container that was intended for somewhere else. This is a magnificent spot. Whales were swimming by and playing out by the "shipwreck" rocks.
So sad. Looked for an hour. Considered previous logs. "Something out of place. Clever container. Vegetative hinds." Imagined a fake root. Geosensing just not on. Loved the shipwreck history. The attached picture was a perfect carved out rock. Looked like it was perfect but no luck.
Away for a short trip to Northern NSW for a relax and catch up with family.
The headland was very busy today, as the whales were around. We were able to glimpse the whales a number of times whilst here - even quite close to the coast! Very cool to see them today, our local family member was surprised to see them out already this year!
Walked down to the cache and were lucky enough to find it in the first place we looked!
Thanks for the cache!

Don't I just hate these vegetated hides, about to give up when I saw something amiss, very neat thanks.
Find by pnutbeagle and The Marathon Man (Northern Ontario Canada) continuing our vacation in Australia after having spent 4 weeks in New Zealand. Also enjoying the great weather in Australia of 25+°C. We are also away from the -3° C and snow back home in NorthWestern Ontario, Canada.
Another great day of geocaching in Queensland, Australia. Today we travelled from Hasting Beach, NSW to Port Macquarie, NSW on our way to Sydney, NSW, to catch our flight back home to Canada on May 22.
No problems here

I had wanted to come and find this geocache last year but they were filming the Johnny Depp pirate movie here at the time and security wouldn't let us down here. But I got to meet Johnny himself so that was a nice alternative. Today we wandered down and the nearest muggles were those swimming in the rock pools and not paying us any attention. It was a nice quick find. The log book was full so it now has a nice new one. Thanks for bringing me here again today Perusal. Such a lovely location by the sea. Cheers! [^]
Tftc such a beautiful spot and a very clever cache, on holidays with Quesera from Brisbane
What a great cache this is. Never seen one like this before. Finders141 and I are on holidays from brisvegas. Thanks for taking us to this beautiful spot
Stunning location. ACTUALLY handled cache without paying attention found on second sift. TFTC and a fav.point
A year ago we were here on holidays and couldn't make the find.
This time Mr A called the cry 'Got it', before I was even there with the younger kidlets! It must have been quite deeply buried under other rocks for us to miss it last year - it was an obvious cache container (nicely done!)
Thanks for the cache Perusal, very nice to turn this one into a smiley this year!

After swimming in the beach, my Mum mnance101, my brother mazza151 and myself decided to this cache. TFTC!
While on holidays at Pottsville, my daughter pinkypie05, my son mazza151 and myself decided to do a few caches. We had searched for this one last year but it was missing. Today, checking recent logs that it was still there, and knowing where it was supposed to be, we found it quickly and easily. Cute cache. TFTC! Glad to finally have a smilie for this one!
Lovely walk around the headland on the first day without a blustering gale. Took a bit of time dodging fisher-muggles but found it easily once at GZ. Nice cache!
Found during a work trip up this way. Went for a nice evening walk to a beautiful location and whipped out the phone to see if there were caches at such a nice place. Indeed there was! Only having time for one I made my way down here and saw GZ straight away. Sent a photo to Perusal in place of signing (no pen). TFTC
With a few rogue pirates around the cache maker and I used stealth to reach GZ, and in no time the booty was in our hand
(Catching up on some late logs)
We had an awesome day down in the area for a swim on a gorgeous spring day...had a thought to check the area for cache's and this one was a perfect adventure for our Geo-family. We had to be a little sly with a few muggles in the area, but had the crafty cache in hand pretty swiftly. Log signed & re-hid in its spot. Thanks for a cool cache find in a terrific spot.

Blake (now 4) and I headed down this way for a bit of exploration. It was a nice afternoon so we spent quite a bit of time exploring the rocks, beach and rock pools near the caches.
We noticed a couple of young fellows looking in all the rock pools as well. They weren't exactly dressed in beach clothing so I was wondering what they were in search of. We would later run into them with some extra equipment including a small pump and little nets. They were from the University of Queensland and were studying a small brown fish that looked like a mud skipper. Their efforts paid off and after a couple of hours they came up with one of the elusive little guys.
Great spot to visit. Thanks for the cache Perusal. Cheers!

Was a little shocked to see camping allowed right near here, only on school holidays. What a picturesque spot! The walk to the cache allowed us to see a few memorials too. The cache itself was gorgeous. Favourite point from me!
Day two of the road trip saw angloj and I finding caches in Ballina and up to Byron Bay and then a couple on the Gold Coast before heading home to Toowoomba only just beating a storm.
Love a pirate adventure, aaarrrrgghhh! Off we went walking passed the campers towards GZ. After a short search angloj cam up with this one. Great hide and TFTC Perusal

Found this one while on a weekend on the Coast near here with OrionJ. I love all this area do its history. Liked the container for this one. I had never seen so much of the Coastline in this area until we took up Geocaching. I love that it takes us to such lovely areas and teaches us so much about these areas. TFTC
After stopping and taking a look for the cache on the other side of this headland for LHE Duo, this one was next up. We wandered across and soon were nearby the GZ. Following the GPSr soon was right at the right spot and cache was soon in hand. A nice little piece here, and a thought what to do with a whole lot of what I have at home Anyway out names added to the log and soon back on the road north.

This cache is cordoned off until filming for the new Johnny Depp Pirate movie is finished. The headland should be re-opened by the end of this week - say the 25th or 26th. A film crew of set designers (I presume) has built a huge whale skeleton on the headland rocks for a scene in the movie.
A blowy little walk but a beautiful sunny day. Cache found safe and dry. Thanks Perusal.
Exploring the area on a birthday trip away for the long weekend. We each took an option here as the GPSs couldn't decide and The Marble came up with the goods. Cute! Cache was found safe and dry. TFTC, Perusal.
We followed the mown path down to GZ, where we divided the three possible hiding places between us, with The Marble coming up with the neat little cache in the most comfortable of the three! Lots of lovely shells around, and I thought the rocks along the shore were picturesque, too. TFTC, Perusal. =^.^=
A wonderful spot for a cache. Love the container - worth a favourite point. TFTC Perusal.

Lots of cabbage trees but found GZ without a problem. Lovely views of the rock pools. TFTC.
This was out last cache of the day as we had to get back for work so we raced down through the muggle camping to GZ. Something caught Anth's eye and lo and behold me harrdys there she was.
Thanks Perusal, for placing the 816th cache we’ve found so far!

Armed with some snacks from the bakery in Potts Point we we stopped at Hastings Point to enjoy the food and enjoy the view. A pleasant walk in glorious sunshine down to GZ quickly yeilded the nicely hidden cache. Geo-kitten #2 particularly appreciated the special theme. Thanks Perusal.
down the coast on a photography day with muggle friend
after taking the pics we wanted at Fingal Heads we realised it was still only 8.24am (qld time) so we still had so much time
let's go see Hastings Point
so off we go
it was drizzling when we arrived so left muggle friend and cameras in the car and off I went to get the two nearby caches while she sat and enjoyed the view
drizzle was getting quite heavy as I raced down this side of the bluff
I am sure cache is there but gps bounce was bad with the clouds and rain so I will have to try again next trip

Cache was still here! Just hidden TOO carefully by last finder. Please leave as found. Think before just pulling out all of the rocks. Please be gentle.
While holidaying at the Pottsville North Caravan Park, my son mazza151, my daughter pinkypie05 and myself decided to do some caches. We searched here and there, in and under trees and under piles of rocks but couldn't find it
I just searched again without the kids and no hubby waiting in the car. Still no luck . We go back tomorrow morning so I will have to try again around this time next year when we come back. Great views!
Will go down and see if this has indeed been taken. Thanks for alerting me mnance101.
On holidays camping at Wooyung again this year - a fabulous spot we found through geocaching!!! We loaded the GPS with caches as we don't have internet access when we camp - it's nice to go completely 'offline' for a while
We searched and searched the area with no luck - found a likely hidey hole with a golf ball inside - have emailed CO with pictures to see if we found the spot but cache has been muggled
Beautiful spot nonetheless..

First interstate cache for me. Grey day, with a powerful view. Found the parrot on replacement of the cache! Thanks FTC!
Nearly blown away at the end of the point today and, while waiting for family to arrive, had time to scramble along the rocks and make for the find. Had to out-wait a family group to put it back in place. TFTC
Another nice cache in this stunning area. There were lots of tents on the way in but we could hunt out of sight from muggle eyes. Mr. Herbz made the find yet again! TFTC Perusal.
