I dried the cache and contents, and I've donated a log page and a ziploc bag to hold it. That will remove your need for quick maintenance. You'll probably need to rescue your existing logs.

Log is quite wet and mouldy.

Easy find although the log is wet - refer needs maintenance log also.

Found 10:17 pm TFTC. Cache contents completely soaked. Couldn't sign log took pic of contents left the two coins in there. Dunno how it could get this wet. But TFTC the cache I think is my 50th in a streak I was hoping for something a little more memorable but with this cold night not too inclined for more adventure.

Found after a quick stroll across the oval from a nearby cache. Sad to see the school all boarded up and the oval left to go to ruin. I remember playing cricket (badly) here about 40 years ago. Log is wet and needs a new log and a ziplock bag. TFTC

As the rain intensifies, co workers Gabor, Primary Evidence & Sergio wait in the car as my raincoat & I head towards GZ. Luckily for me this was a real quick find. Thanks Shoobees.

Headed down from Newcastle this evening for some caching in the lead up to the 10 year Earthcache event at Wasp Head on the weekend. There was still some time left in the day to find a few caches...so pulled up and went for a quick walk to find this one.

Our daily cache run took us back to this area. Found suitable parking and a quick dash to GZ. TFTC

After collecting a few of the puzzles from my "Solved Unfound" list, I decided to head over and grab this one also.

Found nice and easily after a leisurely stroll from collecting another close cache. Seen this one from a distance, cache and container are in good condition.

Great day for caching with captain tomato

Found on a fun day out with Secret Squirrel and Cacheoar.

An easy find. A couple of friendly dogs playing ball with their owners. They tried to include us in their play. TFTC.

A second Sunday morning in west Belconnen for 8 caches in one and half hours today. With two caches in this park and the overgrown oval I wandered over to this one first. After an uncontrolled dog had a go at me I finished the cache and headed to the next one. Thanks.

I found this geocache using the Geocaching Intro App. TFTC!

All was quiet when we arrived at this location. The boarded up windows of a nearby building suggested that it had been adandoned for some reason. This cache was a quick find. The cache and it's contents were in good condition. TFTC Shoobees.

Very quiet out here this afternoon which made for a quick and undisturbed find. TFTC

L was out trying to fill in all the smileys outstanding in West Belconnen. Its an ongoing task and there has been a lot of new ones. This took L longer than it should have as the GPS was bouncing and there were plenty of chicken scratched trees around - stopped that and found sensibly when looking in the obvious place. TFTC

Found today when we went for a FTF at the new cache nearby. We didn't make the FTF but were very glad to pick up two caches on this lovely oval. Thanks Shoobees

My 704th find for The Great Scouts Australia Geocaching Competition 2013. With just over a week of the competition remaining, I had some leave owing and decided to take it for a geo-adventure in the Australian Capital Territory and Canberra. What a way to celebrate Canberra's centenary, as well as the Federal election!

On the sixth and final day of my trip, I continued the search around the Canberra area before having to head back to Sydney in the evening. Once at GZ, it was a quick find and I soon had the CIH and signed the log. TFTC Shoobees.

#836 - 20:20; Parked at the back of the shops and after a fence crossing and a short walk, took a seat and soon had cache in hand and the log signed. Nice to see plenty of names on this log already too. TFTC Shoobees and on an entertaining series

7306 + 872 = 8178. A quick find as I was in the area.

Hidden near my first school in Canberra - even though it was only for 3 weeks and 1 day at the end of 1972 ! Holt opened the next year and I became an original there in 1973. A quick find.

Out on a mission today to find 4 caches. This was the first. I rode the bike right to this gz. Once there a quick find TFTC

2313. I used the cover of darkness for this one and after a short stroll, it was soon discovered. TFTC.

I hobbled across to get this cache on the way back from getting an xray on my ankle. Thankfully the ankle isn't broken but it still took a while to limp across to it.

585. I had time to nab this one in the early afternoon before I was expected elsewhere. A quick and easy find, hopefully it lasts!

Ah yes, Uni.... Chemistry 1A was last semester, this time around it's Chemistry 1B , this series is slowly getting me back in shape for another 14 weeks of Chem.

Found on a large day of caching. Took the suggested parking spot option and had a quick walk across the meadow to GZ. A very lovely area with no one in it today. Could spot GZ from 100m away, so once there it was a very quick find. Nice niche, but I hope this spot isn't removed any time soon. TNLNSL. TFTC Shoobees!

I found this one before my Belsouth Soccer game. We lost 7-5 but it was a great game and lovely weather to go caching and play soccer!

Cache #1 for today.

After a staff meeting I realized that I hadn't got my daily cache so off I went to grab this one... Hadn't bothered to try for FTF as there was still far too much to do. Walked up and spotted the hiding spot in no time.

Now to get some sleep before the big trip tomorrow
