Not found in almost a year and owner doesn't appear to still be caching. Suggest this needs to be archived.
Staying at the nearby campground, had a quick look, pretty sure I know where it is supposed to be, but nothing there?
Exploring some quiet places around Carterton. A very straight forward park and walk, thanks.
Parents recently moved to house opposite this park so had to be found. Very easy find out in open so his it again.
Quick find on a little school holiday challenge with the kids - attempting to find at least one for every day of the holidays. Thanks for a nice easy find on the way to the shops!
Out for the afternoon finding a few caches around the Carterton/Greytown area.

Sister autumn did her part in aiding in the concealment of this cache.
Nonetheless, this fox was still able to sniff it out.
The travelling fox is happy =^,^=

Cache #3,550. A big cache run through the Wairarapa with Infoferret after we completed the Pylons trail up the Rimutaka Hill earlier today. A well placed cache, but still a quick find. TNLNSL. Thanks for the cache!
First find for the day in a day trip to Carterton.
Nearly got muggled by a dog walking neighbour who it turned out lives through the gate in the fence and was returning home. I had the cache at the time but it wasn't too obvious, he greeted me and I waited for him to get inside the gate and returned the cache with no problems.

#2623. I have been planning on another big day over in the Wairarapa for quite a while. But a series of wet weekends put paid to that idea. But today dawned bright and sunny. So at last a chance to pick up a few solved puzzles and challenge caches, as well as a scattering of traditionals. Headed over early in the day. Parked in the northern entrance way and raced around to the GZ. Checked the most likely spot and was rewarded with an instant find. Signed the dry logbook and replaced the cache as found. Thanks for hiding it here.
A somewhat hurried find before the driver of a council lawnmower across the park took too much interest in me. Another smiley on the map. TFTC
There was a young boy learning to ride a bike here today - an older man running behind holding the back of the seat to support the balance - brought back a few memories. TFTC #8391
A rather late log and and a rather arbitory date. While i was planning caches to locate on my visit to schools in this area i discovered several caches i had found but not logged. thank you for this cache and another smiley face.
One of the many caches we found on our campervan journey from Lower Hutt to Tauranga. A mighty and enjoyable journey through many great and iconic parts of the north island. Many thanks to the many CO's for the great cache placements and for bringing us to new places. Sorry for the generic log.
#415. We headed off on a family holiday down to a few spots on the lower North Island, so we went armed with a list of few caches to do along the way.
We had headed over to Carterton to see some friends. Quite a drive the way we went! We had a look around the town after visiting the nearby Stonehenge Aotearoa (very interesting and worth a visit).
This was a pretty easy find at a very quiet park, the only disturbance was a man on a tractor mowing the grass in the distance.

With dye on my hair and 2 friends, one four-legged one two-legged we went for a walk in the sunshine and found in the corner a small treasure
Quick find with several log sheets.
Final count today is 43. Wb-jnr and I headed off on a half day to the Wairarapa after doing some chores around home. We ended up being just under nine hours cache to cache, however escaped trouble when we got home by stopping for a bottle of wine. I was cautioned that it worked this time but not to expect it to work every time
We had a great day and loved the significant differences between this and some of our recent full day caching adventures whilst in Ireland earlier this month. We always enjoy local caching with the following (which have been contrary to some of our Ireland experiences):
- Almost all of the caches we attempted were actually there! Couldn't believe how many in Ireland needed maintenance or at the very least checking. Some days we planned on getting 40 which should have been easy, however came home with only half as many smilies. I think the best day was 24!
- The co-ords are pretty accurate. If you get to Ireland, expect some of the coords to be 20m out - frequently.
- On a couple of caches here I found some prickly stuff. The amount of caches in Ireland where you wish you had leather gloves and sleeves was incredible. Not to mention even a gentle brush against the nettle causes a stinging sensation for a couple of hours - just in time for another brush
All in all, a really lovely day caching back near home. Beautiful weather and a great day of caching company with my son. Thanks to all the cache owners

This was the fourteenth day of my fifteen day trip to go to the Christchurch Mega. I made the crossing this morning and am back on the road. I stopped here to stretch my legs and find a cache. TFTC.
Boy it was WINDY here today! Wouldn't like to play soccer here on such a day. Cache was a quick find. TFTC
One of three caches we located after a visit to Carterton for the Daffodil Festival. A reasonably straightforward find, no-one else in the park other than us and the geohound. #840. TFTC.
An overcast & chilly day today, which at least meant there were no muggles about to trouble us.
Located the cache very quickly.
Left a pet rock -a grey fox. TFTC -jimmac-

Leaves, Leaves everywhere. Good thing there is on certain places where a hide can go. Got lucky first time. TFTC
Great lil corner of the world. Piles of leaves to hunt through. Reminded me of my childhood.
