Before seeing the string of DNFs, I had a quick look. Quit as soon as I realised it was certainly long gone.
Got dropped off very nearby for a ten minute look-see, but couldn't look-see this one. About 5 of us searched for a few minutes for no joy. Given the low D rating I would say a CO check seems to be needed.
Another DNF. In the area, so thought I'd have a look. Possibly dislodged by maintenance on track???
Out with Philatsea walking the Prince Harry Trail and picking up a few caches along the way. SL Thank you from Vancouver Canada
Here off the Hop on Hop off bus with Gong-Show. Logbook is too wet to sign and we left the spare logs back at the hotel. My bad!. Thanks From Vancouver Canada.
Very nice view. Cloudy in the morning, but sunny the afternoon to see the great view.
The cache was wet inside so couldn't sign log. The jewellery was rusty. Needs some attention please.
Very difficult find with muggles everywhere! Eventually found a gap in the tourist stream and found easily sitting down.
Thank you for a great quick cache in a very busy place. This allowed a quick grab between muggles. TFTC.
Came up here with the Rats for a weekend in the mountains and this was of the few caches we found.
Plenty of muggles about but we soon had it in hand.
Thanks

Thanks
Returning from our scenic walk we came along here where after watching the skyway and all the muggles to go we soon had this one in hand with a well detailed clue.
Thanks
Thanks
Found whilst out on a trip around the blue mountains this was quite a busy spot but we managed to find it without much trouble TFTC
Lots of muggles around even late on a Friday afternoon. Spotted where it would be and waited for a chance to pounce. Signed the log and quickly put it back. Thanks for the other side view and TFTC.
We had to wait until a couple of tourist groups had disappeared to the other side. After that it was easy to log our find.
TFTC, greetings from Finland!

#2814 - Tricky but patient find by Bruce with Marg covering. A 5 minute wait for the gondola barrage on the infrastructure.

I'm so bad at being stealthy!! And as the cable car emptied the pressure was on! FUN! Thanks
Came here after a run down at the bottom of the falls. Just had to wait a minute or two for tourists to walk on but made a clean find once GZ was clear. TFTC
Very hard to be stealthy with 11 people looking for a cache, but maybe we just looked like a crazy family!!! TFTC
Interesting trying to find with a load of people.. But managed to locate and replace without being seen
I finished the last of my Christmas shopping (I hope) and why to have a bit of relaxation by finding a cache.
At least this won't empty my wallet!
Thanks for the cache.

Australia Tour 15/16 - Brisbane => Sydney => Melbourne => Adelaide => Brisbane
by Nadine 1989 & Martin major
At the first part of our tour we booked a spaceship-car and driven from Brisbane to Sydney. The route was about 1.200 km long and we visit a lot of interesting places, nice small cities, different beaches and many caches. A highlight was definitely the visit to the Blue Mountains and the bushwalk in the rainforest.
In the few days we visited so many caches that it is not possible to write a personal logbook entry to each cache. Thank you for your work and effort to hide this cache.

Searched in between groups of muggles. Nearly gave up, but geo trouble-and-strife had another idea of where to search (or feel) and soon had CIH. TFTC
Visiting Blue Mountain National Park and Scenic World. Although we walked out to the lookout from the road this morning, we came back by Skyway to make the grab. TFTC! Left a gold doubloon.
The place has always been too busy to make the find, but this time all was quiet. I was surprised to see the skyway carriage parked out on the cables for the night. I suppose there are reasons for it. TFTC

Two years ago we visited the Sydney area, but we had to cancel our visit to Katoomba due to bush fires. So this time around, we decided to catch up on that weekend in the Blue Mountains.
My walk around the cliffs now took me to the other side. A cable car was slowly moving between the two opposite sites of the valley. As I approached the cache, the cable car arrived at the station above. The tour guide announced it was the last ride of the day, so all tourist had to stay onboard in order to arrive back to their starting point. So once they went back, I had time enough to go search the cache. With the hint is I then had the cache in hand.
Many thanks for the cache All Strung Out.

The clue meant the hiding place should have been obvious, but sadly that was not the case. With muggles everywhere and having to wait for a Chinese family to take photos at GZ inbetween my searching, what is needed here is a precise clue. Tried to interpret the clue as to where you start to then include a few more search areas, but still turned up nothing.
unfortunately we also couldn't find this one... but thx for the great walk and the view!

Great location for a cache, sadly however the picture shows all that remain of the cache.

As blissbaby yesterday we had a DNF today. Did we understand well the hint? No idea, but anyway the rides with the railway, the cableway and the skyway were fantastic!!
no luck for me today, will try again another time. I had quite a bit of time between muggles to look but it must be slightly more obscure than I expected. the view made up for the dnf so it wont be a hardship to come back.
Together with Blue HD Rider we visited this amazing country for our first time, Sure, we dicovered this cache during our journey. TFTC
Even it was not not to find under #3 Mother&Son discovered it under about #10. Now it is back to #3 again. Many greetings from Germany and TFTC.
Was supervising a number of Teens at the KYCK camp held nearby at the convention centre and we had some free time. SO after the obligatory chocolate we went and did some caches. This one took us a bit to find due to the vast hordes of people and the fact the description (possiby the hint I can't remember now) is completely incorrect. Anyway after 5 or 10 minutes of looking a little dodgy I managed to find the cache. A number of us signed it then put it back.

Thanks 4 replacing this cache miminemo, i came here on the 1st and searched in the dark with sum1 who had found it b4. Good to get the smiley nd this one off the map after completing 'point to the sisters' multi directly across the valley. Also thanks to the CO for the visit
Last summer the idea was born to visit [Green]'New Zealand'[/Green] and [navy]'Australia'[/navy], together with [url=http://coord.info/PR3NXJG][red]'MimiNemo'[/red][/url]
After some important decisions regarding the beginning of our trip, the flights, the general route and the car were made, the most important question was still unanswered: which caches can we visit during our tour [?]
To get an answer for this topic I was fetching almost every cache from both islands [8)][:X]
[url=http://coord.info/PR3NXJG][red]'MimiNemo'[/red][/url] and I love [Teal]'Geo-Arts'[/Teal]...so we added all these cache series to our wish list
After this decision was made this list was more than 300 puzzle caches long...unsolved puzzle caches
Two weeks before Christmas it was getting time to start solving all these mystery caches
Even with the different language I could find almost every solution
In the case I was not so successful I was contacting some of the CO's...and was always getting help from them...many thanks for this support [:X]
During the following weeks our cache list was growing and growing...meanwhile more than 1000 caches long...too long for a simple bookmark list from GC
Time to get our route and caches in sync...time to save the PQ's to our Garmins...time to start this holiday:
Chapter 32: [red]Sydney[/red] and the [blue]Blue Mountains National Park[/blue]
Our second day in this country...time to visit one of the famous national parks near [red]Sydney[/red] [:X]
Of course we were looking for some interesting caches in this area
This cache was one of them
I would like to thank all the cache owners for showing us these great places and maintaining all these caches,

Greetings from Devon UK. Unable to locate as others have reported. Now some serious CO attention required!
Over here In Katoomba for a stay for 5 nights and my 1st time caching outside of New Zealand. As I walk early morning here and there I love hearing the birds that exist only here in Australia, the Kookaburras, Rosellas, the Cockatoo's etc many I don't know. This cache I had a good look for since it was only 8:30am when I arrived but searched for 30 mins inbetween the walkers and the runners. No go for me today.
An after hour approach with not a single muggle in sight, we had an extensive search of this area with no success. Doh!
Found it but the manger is gone, and there is water inside. The log book need to be replace and the magnet fix ! TFTC ! Nice spot in spite of the hight muggles activities !
Found as said earlier with no magnet. Logbook wet but usable. Son on visit from dubai found under lhs of number 3.
Unfortunately the magnet has come free of the cache and it has now been re-hidden under number two. A visit will be needed to repair or replace. A great spot, and good one to come to.
