I took a DNF on this one a couple of weeks ago but came up with finds on the others in the series. Since I saw that the cache owner made a fast replacement, I decided to stop by on my way to work this morning. I am normally going the wrong direction on this road when I come home on it in the afternoon but I got out of my routine and took this route on my way into town this morning. I made the find quickly since the container was right on the posted coordinates. I signed the log and replaced it exactly as it was in usual location for this type of hide.
The fog was lifting as I made the find on a cool and pleasant early fall morning. This the perfect time of year for geocaching or just about anything else for that matter. If it weren't for the demands of work today I would take the whole day for geocaching. Oh, well . . .
Many thanks for placing this cache here and for replacing it when it came up missing. I appreciate a route to save a little gas while caching.

I have wanted to seek this series since it was placed last month but things like work and honey-do jobs were always in the way. I took a few minutes to find the first half of the series on 9/4/13 but needed to bail in the middle of the series. I had a few minutes on the way home from work today and looped around to look for the others on the Big Ben Bowen connector road.
I was successful on each hunt except one that managed to elude me. The weather was perfect with temperatures in the mid 70s and the sunshine made it a perfect day for geocaching.
I don't know whether the cache is missing or if I am having a harder time finding it than I should but I was unsuccessful in the hunt on number 9 in this series.
