A bit of searching, definitely not a difficulty 1. Looked around many options, but none had a container. Continuing our journey.
No luck for us today - there was lots of Blackberries etc that took the fun out of searching.Tnx anyway
Spent about 20 mins walking around the area, searching through bushes but couldn't see it anywhere. If someone finds it after 22/02/2024, please post that you have then I'll come try again
Okay I take back my last log, I found it, it's a wee bit tricky, gotta look closely but it's definitely there. Signed book and placed back
Found on a five day geocaching road trip to the Nelson, Buller, and West Coast regions. We travelled many kms, by car bike and by foot and found many great caches and explored many areas. Thanks to the various CO's for the caches sites we visited that made our trip so great. Thank for the caches.
Thought we knew where this one would be but couldn't find it there, so looked elsewhere but couldn't find this one. Sadly 2nd dnf today.DNF on 23/10/23, at 11:41AM.
Doing maintenance checks nearby and of course we stopped here aswell. Although the log was dry the cover was coming off so we did our best with abit of cellotape and added a bag which was missing. All good here again. Happy Caching 
It's cold and wet, and I wasn't in the mood to look for this. Macwatt soon located the cache, and then I realized the Wilderness Trail would not have been here when the cache was placed. Thanks for the placement, Ariestiger
Walking along the coastal track with a friend, the topic of geocaching came up. I thought that surely there’d be a cache around here, and wow there totally was! Maybe I’ve indoctrinated a new member into the cult.

Found this one today on my tour from east- to westcoast! Now I have a Smiley on the man, where I arrived at the ocean first.

Seem to have turned over heaps of rocks today. This was one of the quicker ones.
Found on the early evening walk. The sea has so much power in the strong wind. Out:TB TFTC
Spending the winter woofing, tramping and exploring the west coast caching along the way ..of course..

Decided on a bit of a bike ride along the trail to get some of the caches. Took a little bit to get the right one. TFTC
Enjoying a bike ride along this trail, so many interesting features along the way. I couldn't find this one when last here in 2015 so very pleased to find this quite quickly this time. Thanks Ariestiger.
I was worried that there would be too many places to search, but I found the cache after searching only half of them. TFTC.
Our first stop on a maintenance run today. Just a random check as we didnt realise the book was full. It has done well to last here 8years. Nice new book in so All good here.
Took a few minutes to find the right spot. Quickly signed while the muggles weren’t looking. Tftc
I found a friendly group of snails sitting on the cache! The logbook was falling apart cause of a bit of water damage, but still! Great cache, TFTC!!
Found it today with Angie33210, Starwars33210 and T00thless. Managed 24 caches in 24 hours. TFTC
The rain is really coming down, so grateful for a very quick find. Log book is full though. TFTC

Saturday 8 February. From Kumara Junction to Greymouth today. So lets go exploring.
Making a long weekend out of Waitangi Day exploring the West Coast with Zara Toby, Bullertrout and Bro. Its Waitangi Day today. Exploring Hokitika, Ross, Hokitika George, Lake Mahinapua, Lake Kaniere areas today. Great time and visited some amazing places. On the negative side got a speeding ticket in Hokitika and munched up Zaras nose.

Arrived in Greymouth today to cycle the Wilderness Trail over the next few days, beginning this afternoon.
We started looking from the cycle trail and then realised that wasn't going to get us far.
I cycled around and made a quick find while Ms M pedalled off to the next one.

We headed out this evening to find eight caches along the foreshore - after three we decided to go and have dinner, then returned afterwards to find the remaining five. Initially we were on the wrong track, but once we found the right one the cache was soon in hand. TFTC!
Out with Grace today and we stopped here to check on the cache.

I was out with Ariestiger while she checked on her cache and dropped a TB we picked up recently.
I have just moved over to the South Island from Australia. Hoping to live and explore the country over the next few years and find a lot of caches on the way. Cheers for the hides.
After coming over the mountains it was nice to be back by the beach and searching for the caches here. Though we picked a bad time. There was torrential rain forecast for the next week.

(# 5339). Today is day 4 of my West Coast trip. Weather wise the day was a lot better. As it is my birthday I decided to cruise around town grabbing a few different types of cache. A quick find. Everything in order. TFTC
