### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there skakids,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as a cache that **MAY** need some attention. You would have received an automated email from Geocaching HQ recently which explained what needs to be done.
Unfortunately, nothing seems to have happened, so I am having to take the next step and temporarily disable the cache - see here: [**Geocache Health Score.**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) .
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Check on the cache, repair and/or replace the cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.
- If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

The hint make it relative easy to identify the hidden spot. This one is definitely gone.

In Melbourne for the day. Ubered to here, but couldn't find the cache, checked the logs, saw all the previous DNF's and immediately moved on to another cache.

Another DNF we looked low at all of the crevices but no luck here, spent 25 minutes it will be back at another stage to try again!
No luck today. Looked for 10 minutes but called it as it appeared the last few people had not found it either.
Lovely sunny afternoon and found our 600th geocache on international geocaching day
Great camouflage. 5yo took great pride in writing his own name in the log book.
The geofamily was in town so decided to drop by this section to grab a cache before heading back home. Along the way we saw a group of kids just finishing lessons or a performance as they were all carrying their musical instruments. We headed straight for the park and started looking for the cache but we ended up having to rely on the hint. After reading out the hint the elder geokid found the cache. Little geokid was disappointed as there was no swaps to trade.

Tftc. From the cultured English gardens just across the road to the good old Aussie contretempe here. What a great little spot near the Vault itself. I remember the kerfuffle that sculpture made when first erected across the waters of the Yarra, well before geocaching was a thing. Have a great day
Great camo! Def good day for it as no one looking down from above with the winter weather TFTC
Quickish find on our way to the theatre, so we got daily doses of both culture and caching today. Thanks skakids
After dropping my daughter off at Uni I decided to spend the day caching around Albert Park and port Melbourne so I grabbed this on my way through thanks for the cache.

Our third day of our four day visit to Melbourne and I did an afternoon walk through the area around our hotel at South bank., the botanical gardens, the Shrine of Remembrance and some of the side streets.
This was an easy find, and I was surprised to see a few travel bugs put there by a fellow Dutchman. So of course I had to take these out and have them join me at my travel back to Sydney!

Located in a nice little park, well hidden, no muggles above

In the city today to collect some that we hadn't previously found. This one took a little while to locate. Thanks for placing it here for us to find.
Heading to the area for a nearby virtual, we decided we just had to stop and find this trad too. It was quite busy here today, but we took advantage of a lull to find the cache. Thanks so much for placing this cache skakids
This one was close to our accommodation so was able to grab it while out for a walk to the gardens.
Out with the SO to a Comedy Festival show. Decided to knock this off. SO found in quick time. Log was full. TFTC
Nice spot, beware of muggles roaming around. I dropped off a trackable here, help it on its way.

[@Nongon](http://coord.info/PRRPZ92) and I found "The Vault" on our way from the Royal Botanical Gardens to the Yarra River. It was a surprisingly nice area here, which we did not expect to find! The hint was really precise, GPS was good, so we were able to collect the cache fast and unobserved.
Thank you very much for getting us here!

Actually accidentally hit this road, but it turned out to be a very nice spot, where [@astoneee](http://coord.info/PR4ZE0A) and I could retrieve this nicely hidden cache! TFTC!
Found this a while ago; but logging it now.
I was in Melbourne for an event during the week, so sought out a few caches around the town. Read the very detailed hint, which helped. All good. Thanks for the history too.

Quick find while in the area, cache is in good shape. Since it was large enough and gets enough traffic, I decided to drop a geocoin traveling all the way from Canada. Also great to see that the previous cacher to find this cache was also from Canada (Quebec). Cool!

Second attempt at this cache. Some muggles sitting on nearby bench but luckily it faces the other way, it’s been found recwntly so I wasn’t leaving empty handed. Nice camo, tftc
Today it is a very important day for me !

Not much time to sneak out for a cache or two but managed it before the OZ Open - and after snagging a few of the freebies and doing some Carpool Karaoke. Not sure I want to see the video of that!
So headed for two close to each other while walking past one of the impossible tree hides that are spread around the big parks here.

Melbourne Day 5: St Kilda and CBD Fringes
Last day in Melbourne today, and since my flight was quite late in the evening, I had more or leas the whole day to finish off whatever caches I felt like doing. Took a very long walk around the city today, and picked up a few caches to start the New Year. Have a great 2019 everyone, and thanks for the caches!
The following is the specific log for each cache: Came round here after visiting the actual Vault, for the Virtual. All quiet on the roads today, save a muggle and her dogs. Shortlisted a few upstanding rocks and eliminated them one by one. Came to one with quite a few crevices and found the cache within one of them. All good here, TFTC!

Find number 4499. Day 9 of my Melbourne trip. Just finishing off a few city caches before heading home tomorrow. I called yesterday but a father and son were sitting near GZ so I did not really look. Back today for a quick find. Thank you for the placement.
A very quiet spot considering how close to the inner city it is. Found on an amazing day out exploring the city. Enjoyed reading Vault's controversial history.... just proves you can't keep all of the people happy all of the time. TFTC skakids.
On a business trip participating a conference. After 26h travelling stretching the legs by exploring the new city and its caches.

I spent early morning by running in order to get some exercise after a rather long flight(s) from Finland to Melbourne. After that, caching continued with juhaxx around the Southbank.
This was the first cache we found together. Some searching around, but after we understood the hint, it was quite straightforward. TB in, TFTC!

The Bromance of Crookedpete, Swellerfungus and Seffnjarah were off to Melbourne for a long weekend road trip from Brisbane, with the main aim of attending the Parkville Mega as well as collecting a number of caches on our rather lengthy hit list. Local virtual caches were a particular focus of our attention on this trip, so this cache was a short detour from the nearby virtual. Cache blindness allowed me to look right at GZ but not see the cache hidden away, but Crookedpete came to the rescue and extracted the container from its hide with an appropriate look of disgust aimed my way TFTC
Day 2 of the 3 day whirlwind "Bromance" Parkville Mega FIFO trip. Our plan today is to collect an eclectic mix of rarer caches around inner Melbourne before attending the Mega later in the afternoon. The target caches for the day were virtuals, old caches to fill jasmer holes, unloved caches, rarer DT types to help with our next DT loops, challenge caches and the necessary qualiting caches for them.
Seffnjarah, Swellerfungis and I cached for about 15 hours yesterday after a very late night arrival into Melbourne on Thursday night, so the first task for the morning was coffee before we hit the road.....
The virtual cache nearby was the target for my caching mates, but seeing as I had already found it, I wandered around and made the find on this cache. Nice camo. Had two looks before I recognised it as a cache.
Some logs were signed "Bromance" to save space. Many thanks skakids for placing this cache.

Day 3 of the Bromance (from Brisbane, Queensland) trip to the Parkville Mega. We found a less salubrious nights accomodation in a seedy motel. We marvelld at how old it was, and had a breakfast service winsow to boor! Ah the memories.
Our targets today are virtuals, interesting D/T's, letterboxes, puzzles, earthcaches, wherigos, and challenge caches.
In most cases logs were signed as the "Bromance" that represents Swellerfungus, CrookedPete and seffnjarah to save space in the logsheets.
Thanks to all the CO's who placed and maintain these caches.

**This was 1 of 16 caches that was found by me on the 3rd of 16 caching days here in Australia. Which also was the 40th of 75 days that my travels thru southeast Asia and Oceania would last.**
After visiting the sculpture itself to gather information for the virtual *Yes, but is it art? I* I walked over here to search for this one. Which I found quick if my memory serves me right.
I did wonder a little about the construction of this place and why ot was made of bags with sands. That is something that I usually associate with barriers against flooding.
*Together with Ingabo, jsson and Sivun I would spend 16 days in Australia. Our journey started in Melbourne and ended in Sydney. After that I continued to New Zealand while the others headed back towards Melbourne.*
*All in all I did manage to find 250 caches, 9 types, 3 new months and many more statistical fillers.*

#533. Somehow I managed to miss the real sculpture and spent 5 minutes studying the yellow piece of playground equipment right beside the cache. Oops. I couldn't for the life of me work out why it was so controversial!
But then I saw the real thing when I looked up, and I have to say I like it! Well, I like yellow, because I have a yellow car (which I call the Yellow Terror).
I wasn't even going to do any geocaching during my trip to Melbourne but then I realised that I never actually got a geocache in Australia before and so this will give me an extra country in my stats. Woohoo!
In addition I was staying less than 100m from this site so I really had to come and see it. At 6am on a Tuesday morning there was nobody around.
Took both the trackable and the pathtag. Will drop them both in New Zealand sometime soon.
Thanks very much for the cache!

Took longer than it should have to find this cache. Recent rains & wind had deposited a good layer of leaf matter. Quiet afternoon with only a few muggles passing by. Great little park. TFTC
Thanks for taking us here and sharing a bit of interesting history of the sculpture next door. This one took a little bit of a search we had to resort to looking at the photos for hints. Cache is all safe and in good condition dropped off dragonfly trackable.
