This one has forever been on the map and I made an effort to get it and the other neighbouring caches today. What do they say? Find caches while its not flooding? TFTC

No trouble with finding this cache. The trip bit.Easter geocaching festival of twenty twenty four. This time it is the turn of Oz Mega GeoBash MEGA event in the nation's capital. It is time for a road trip across country to Canberra in the Sporty Pajero Sports. Freddo and Gridge98 traveling from Adelaide via a strange inland route that takes in scenic rural locations, dusty roads, punctured tyres, overheating batteries, various tools of the trade, special campgrounds, and lots scope for many many geocaching finds. Along the way we saw running emus, jumping kangaroos, wandering deer, dead foxes, herds of wooly sheep and stray steers.Arriving in Canberra we met our colleagues e.gregory1, featherwaite, team walron, courtney rose, davidwazza, e_smilie, and georode, signing as ABP, plus a huge group of other like minded excited mega geocachers attending event after event, and more events.Day one. Canberra to AdelaideThe generic bit.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. Bloody nano Headed over to the Capital GeoBash in Canberra, ACT with Freddo over 5 days, travelling through the central part of NSW before caching around the hinterlands. A nice few days over with great weather. Thanks for the cache
Reperio 18:49Headed to Bathurst to enjoy half a day of caching in the area, and decided to try and clear out as many inner city caches that I could given today was quiet about the town. Parked pretty close by, and after a short wander the cache was soon spotted. A few campers here but they were well away from GZ.Gratias Apsley168As a well spent day brings happy sleep, a well spent life brings happy death - LDV
#2617A quick park and find during my return road trip to Sydney after finishing work in Albury broadcasting the bbl cricket..TFTC
wow i'm pretty happy there were no bmx riders about. that would absolutely make for a difficult retrieval. luckily it was still early and the only people about were walkers over yonder and campers yet to depart. i had no idea here was a free camping spot. good to know.thanks for hiding a cache in this random bmx park.... even if it is a nano.
Staying in Bathurst, we decided to go for a stroll along the river this morning. This cheeky little fellow was found along the way
Tftc ! Found on a day out with my best friend and my geo kid

# 7512 In Bathurst with iPlod65 for a weekend of socialising, parkrun and geocaching of course. The weather hasn't been great, but we got a minor repreive on Sunday with some sun for the first time.
I was last here back in April but only grabbed a few. Good to be back to reclaim some DNFs and see some more of the micro-capital of the central west.
Some young riders here today, maybe future Olympians ! A quick find.
Thanks Apsley168

We have travelled from Sydney’s Northern Beaches to Bathurst for a 9 day holiday, camping in our Jayco Swan Outback Camper Trailer at the Bathurst NRMA Big4 Caravan Park, and plan to collect some caches & Adventure Labs in the Bathurst and surrounding areas.
Today we headed up to Mount Panorama to drive around the classic racing car circuit, and to collect all of the caches that are placed around the race track, including an old Archived cache (GC2MCRZ Sign of the times) that we accidently found for a bonus smiley. Also completed the new Adventure Lab that had recently appeared on the mount. Some extra caches were collected on the way up to the mount, and also on the return journey back to camp. This was the 25th of 25 finds for the day (day 3), and 50th find of the holiday.
A quick find at a deserted BMX bike track. Coords are spot on. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. TFTC Apsley168.

On a week-end escape with Ryan Girls & a couple of muggles. Picking up a few caches to pass the time on a sunny winter’s day. Had to be a tad stealthy with some young muggles biking around!
Winter 2020 trip to Bathurst. Day 3. I joined forces with Fitzy_1965 and MinnieK for another visit to Bathurst and the surrounding area to visit new caches and try to find caches we have all managed to not find on previous visits. It was an overwhelmingly successful trip where we all managed to find some nemesis caches that stretch back several years and many trips to the region. Despite the cold we camped each night and had a most enjoyable weekend now we are allowed out to roam a bit further.
I headed out by myself for a few of the caches the others had already done while they slept in. A very satisfying 90mins of caching that meant I was happy to head out of town after we packed up.
Thanks for the cache Apsley168

Day 3
With the COVID19 restrictions lifting, we decided to head to the Bathurst area this long weekend on a Geomission with Rapidlywild. Our intention was to attack the TRLT trail and others around the area.
We had a great four days, only a few DNF’s but mostly smiley's, and have left plenty for another adventure. Lovely area to cache in and we look forward to coming back for some more fun and laughs.
Finished with the TRLT trail for the day as it was now dark and pretty cold so we decided to hit some town ones instead. No BMX riders here at this time of night.
Thanks for the hide Apsley168 and thanks Rapidlywild for another great weekend away.

With COVID19 locking everyone down for so long, a MUCH overdue geocaching mission was welcomed. FurfacesLL #1 and myself decided to head towards Bathurst and attack some of the TRLT caches and see how far we can go. Spoke to a few of the CO's prior to heading up to see if we could assist with any maintenance that was required, so we went prepared with some camo containers and some fresh log books. We had a wonderful weekend stretching the legs and enjoying the country side.
We decided to grab a few town caches before heading back to our accommodation. No issues here, signed and replaced.
Thanks for the hide Apsley168 And thanks to the FFLL ladies for another fun weekend out and about the TRLT trails and others

A brief weekend trip to Bathurst with fitzy_1965.
Our main aim was to find previous DNF's and a few others along the way.
A new day brought another find....still took a little while and eyebrow raising when finally found.

Short overnight camping stay in Bathurst and we took some time for some caches. Managed to cross off about 11 DNFs from previous visits ! Happy about that ! This was one of them. The last time we were here the cache was there but just our cache blindness kicked in. This time about 2 minutes in we had the sneaky sucker in hand. Phew. Signed the log, replaced the cache, and headed off to the next one.
Thanks Apsley168 !! Appreciate you checking this one last time.
