A tricky wee one as we couldn't figure out what part of the fence the pic was relating to. However we eventually came across it and was surprised to find a different type of cache/container here (: Thank you
Found it after bit of search in the area. Just plastic bag and logbook. Signed and replaced. TFTC
A group of 4 of us from the Auckland Geocaching group met today to complete the caches along the Milford to Takapuna walk (signed as Meetup Group). This took us a couple of minutes to spot and then retrieve but it is still safely there. TFTC
As part of the Meetup Group, this one was a little tricky to find, but the hint allowed us to get it. TFTC.
Out caching with the Auckland Geocaching Meetup group today. It was a bit fiddle to remove but I managed it. TFTC
Walksabit wanted to see some of the east coast so we started here. I can't believe how cold and blustery it is today. I struggled to find this cache as I didn't have advantage of the spoiler photo. I was ready to give up but Walksbit came along and suggested I continue with where I was searching and I found the log. Great location for a cache-just not today!

Hmm missed this first time round after a good look and used the spoiler pic but to no avail. Was going to have a good search on the way back but thought prudence take over valour as far too many muggles and after the next encounter I had lost some patience so let this go!
It was a nice afternoon, so I finished work early today and headed up to Milford for a walk and grabbed a few caches along the way. Sat at GZ and waited for the coast to be clear before retrieving the sneakily hidden cache. TFTC!
The family ended with splitting in our Sunday activities today. Wife and oldest daughter went to Rangitoto, and after initiating the remaining children with outdoorsy activities (that is, throwing them out of the house - with no screens!), my day was free to go geocaching/bicycling
A great result: 8 caches found, one dnf, and a nice trip in the good weather.
This was one of the caches found. All is well.
Tftc!

I swear on a stack of Geocaching manuals that I looked here when I got the DNF. Today it was in the first place I looked.
The cache may have migrated a bit from the hinted at location. TFTC.

I love the way to the beach and by the way we found some geocaches. Greetings from germany.
Out with Merlot58 and Jag50, making the most of the break in the rain. Returned here to try again. Took a seat to search, and quickly located the cache. Not sure how I missed this the last time.
On a whistle stop visit to Akl today, so couldn't leave without looking for a cache or two. Second on the list was this one and with a bit of a sit and rest, there were no problems locating the cache, even with plenty of muggles about. TFTC
Time for a rest at GZ. Made a nice quick find, sign & return. Nicely hidden. TFTC
A lovely walk today, although very windy and threatening rain. TFTC and the walk!
Headed over this way to find some caches with 2 of my Girl Guides today. A quick find made by one of them . . . . I signed the log and then we spent some time wandering the beach. TFTC
I've never been to Milford Beach and lake before so I decided to bring the kids for a walk around and pick up a few caches along the way This was the second find of the day and it was fairly easy to avoid muggle attention on this one just by having a 'rest' on the wall TFTC!
Sneaky hide, nice simpe cache. Last for today as its getting dark and the rain is closing in again, cheers
Found it couple weeks ago but forgot to log. Beautiful short walk right by the beach. TFTC
Succeeded to knock off a second. Had to try several times but the hint kept us checking the right place. NINO TFTC
Hideeho thanks for the cache:) Greetings from the USA on day three exploring the coast for cache in Auckland, I like spoiler photos.
Decided to go for a walk along the beach to get in another ramble for GC2XBA7 Ramblers Reward Challenge. Collected a total of six caches - took an hour plus stops to find the caches. Cache container not quite what I was expecting but the clue helped. TFTC
Out with Merlot58 and Jag50 to walk from Campbells Bay to Devonport. With the 2 previous finders I searched really well in all the likely spots and holes, but was unable to locate
Hoped to drop off a travel bug here but cache not suitable as was actually only a small bag. Not sure if actual cache container is missing? TFTC all the same
Even knowing where it was and we still had to be persistent! Had to wait for lots of Muggles but may have been spotted by one.
Was slightly tricky but hint got us there. The hint is a bit too much of a spoiler. TFTC
Stopped here and admired the beautiful view while poking around for the cache. The hint really helped with this one. TFTC
Another good one along Miford Beach. More muggles here but only had to wait a short time before having it in hand. Thanks.
Out for a night caching jaunt with the gadget team, thought there might be fewer muggles at night on this popular walkway. Up & down the post feeling here & there - watched closely by the resident spider - ah ha there it is. Tftc.
Took a bit of thinking but nice hide on our milford adventure. Added a blokhead for an Extra surprise
DNF just after midnight
We checked the spoiler pic, checked all the folds and everything... Either we were too tired and sleepy and stupid or the cache is gone. Both variants are plausible.

#10734. Second find of our evening walk. This one took a bit less time than the last. TFTC.
After examining lots of things that weren't the cache, we thought to read the hint. After that, it was a quick find. A popular promenading location, even with the dodgy weather. Now on to the next cache along the path. TFTC.
Out and about for some caching fun over the bridge late this afternoon. Fine weather made for an enjoyable trip. With this cache back in place I was keen to turn my DNF from last time into a smiley. Parked up and made the short walk to GZ. I was in a nice gap in between muggle walkers so went straight in for a look. Put my hand straight on it. Formalities completed, I returned the cache and went on my way. Cheers for the maintenance visit!
Decided to revisit this knowing that it was recently visited by CO and all was now in order. Aligning search when muggles had passed either direction was relatively easy. Cache found by kiwi, happy to now place a smiley on this. TFTC
Noticed that this one was back up and going again so I decided to give it a go. I have to admit this is not one of the places I looked at in my previous attempt but with the clue and the photo it ended up being a quick find just before dark, TFTC
Out with Britt and our partners today on our stroll from milford to the giant's chair and back. This cache was not one we found...
Good look including removing some loose mortar. Looked with phone torch but couldn't see anything obvious.
Another DNF for today. Had a pretty solid look amongst the muggle dog walkers. Gone again?
No good again here today. Spent plenty of time looking. Familiar with G2 hides but not convinced it is still live. Hoping to be proved wrong.
Phone battery was about to conk but though the camo was very good and initially threw me a bit, had a good look and there it was.
Found this cache during our little walk around the ocean-coast This is just beautifull piece of nature and we felt in love with this place.. Breathtaking Thanks for caches around here, greetings from czech republic
Walking off the festivities of yesterday and picked up some caches along the way. It was full tide and we were dodging wave spray as I quickly retrieved this and signed the log.
After a full belly from a pretty epic Christmas lunch, decided to go for a walk and find some caches to keep the turkey from putting me to sleep.
Really had to hurry to get the formalities done on this one. Quick find but lots of muggles about so only had a small window without being seen.

This was another quick and easy grab for the day, signed and replaced whilst I spent a lot of time rummaging though my bag to find what I needed...oh how much stuff I must have. This one did make me smile, and it was nice to be able to sit and watch the world go by for a bit. TFTC #288
Now that is my kinda fishing.. gaureentee a fish.. no smelly bait...

A great spot for a sit and a spot of people watching. Cache is in good condition. Cheers for the cache.
We enjoyed a pleasant stroll along the Promenade and managed a quickish retrieval, sign and replace between muggle foot traffic, many thanks for the cache.
A cold windy wintery night seemed like the perfect time to get this spot to ourselves. And so it was. No one in sight, and made a quick find. Thanks.
Sunday afternoon walk with a family of muggles. I guess they are converted by now.

What an ingenious hide this was. Took us quite a while to nut it out, but in the end one half of the teams eyesight is better than the other. Awesome crafting. SL. TFTC.
