Had another red hot go here again, but alas no cache. We searched everywhere for nearly half an hour with another team but couldn't find this elusive hide. Oh well for another day, TFTH.
Out for a little drive to pick up this series and to give the geohound a run / swim at the lake Was quite busy here today with a few families taking to the water to cool down. Thankfully GZ was clear and sheltered so I could have a good search without attracting suspicion. I boy did I need to search - this was well hidden and very sneaky. Heaps of potential hidey holes and a bouncy GPS made for a long search - however eventually something just a little out of place caught my eye and I was relieved to find the container underneath Phew. Clue noted - just one left now. Had a lovely walk around the lake - thanks for bringing me here and TFTC
Had to search around a bit for this one, but got to sign my name so all good tftc
Found on the way from picking girls from school. Was out in the open about 20m from gps location. Put a toy in and Hid a little closer.
Didn’t have pen but will come back and log it. Was upside down on the ground so not sure where it is actually meant to be
Bit of a tough area to search but eventually spied a bit of colour poking out. Replaced as found. TFTC Arnott.family.
Headed out yesterday with the hubby to finish finding the caches in Ellenbrook, to finish off the swan valley caches and to pick up the last few Toodyay trek caches. We also picked up a few caches inbetween including the DM Thunder series and with only 2 DNFS for the day we were very happy. Most caches were found quite quickly with a few that took a bit of searching. TFTC Arnott.family
** This is a very late log**
The caches I am now logging were ones I have found since setting off on a geocaching roadtrip with Eaglette2017 - the mission was to pick up just 5 more LGA caches as well as my geocaching centroid to enable me to qualify for a challenge cache over in Victoria that I visited when over there late last year. We had an absolute ball on our three days away, visiting many great locations, having lots of laughs and picking up many smileys.
Since then, I have been putting off logging any caches until I caught up on the ones from that wonderful adventure. Many, many more caches have been found and shared geocaching adventures have been enjoyed since then too, so it is about time that I got down to work on all those outstanding logs, albeit somewhat late.
I appreciate all the effort each of the cache owners has gone through to create and place each and every hide and I do not for one second take it for granted, I just need to get caught up so I can return to my usual style of individualized logs.
Shared today's adventure with Eliktrisiti and we had the best day. Thanks so much for all our smileys arnott.family.

We were in the are with Mistraluna to do the TbroG series, and after successfully completing that, we were after some more smileys. DM series looked a fun thing to do and this was first of the many finds. On the way to GZ we were greeted by not so friendly doggy but managed do duck and got through to the GZ. Unfortunately we did not attempt the final, but somethings gotta stay for the next time too. Tufts arnott.family
I found your DM 3 Matterhorn. Swan River, Avon River, and Wooroloo Brook are dried up in the Upper Swan at this time of the year. I’ve got questions:
1. How come there’s a lot of water in Susannah Brook?
2. Is Susannah Brook being influenced by the Indian Ocean tide?
3. Has Susannah Brook an outlet and inlet?
4. Are the waters of Susannah Brook brackish?
5. Susannah Brook is not a brook but a pond!
TNLN SL TFTH arnott.family. Giving this a favourite point. Hope some geocacher could answer those questions . Images show:

Took me a while to find that one as the GPS was all over the place

GPS had us closer to the damn, but the cache was found quickly after heading back up the bank. Took note of the clue but hope the CO replaces #4 soon so we can do the final. TFTC
I enjoyed a nice walk alongside the lake to this one, and then it was a nice easy find. I signed the log then walked off to find the other cache at the end of the lake, then remembered I had to get a code word, so I returned later and got the required info. Thanks for placing this cache in a very nice area for us all to find and enjoy.
Out and about with my kids, we stopped to find a few caches whilst in the area... We had found the first cache in this series over a year ago & I decided to find the remainder of them today We enjoyed the short walk to this one... The cache was quickly spotted whilst I tried to keep the kids quiet as the dogs over the fence were making a terrible fuss about our presence
Thanks for bringing us here arnott.family... And TFTC [^] Cache was in good condition.

Working my way through this series, muggle partner found this one, I was focused on the area my phone had taken me but I was a little off. TFTC
Thanks so much. Mykids were thrilled to find your geocache. From the "geohounds".
Tftc.. . Awesum wee spot... Obviously the locals like it... Considering all the chairs and sun loungers dotted around the pond. The Geokids enjoyed looking for these two. .
After caching around York today, I stopped in at these ones on the way home. While searching I accidentally tossed the cache aside, and didn't realise until I looked at it from a different angle! It was a nice spot by the lake today and I wished I could have gone for a swim.
I noted the code word I needed. Thanks for the cache arnott.family!

Found with iluvtrekking - easy really because it had been muggled and tossed aside. Replaced close to gz. Thanks arnott.family
We found the cache scattered around the ground but luckily the log book was were still there. We gathered up the bits and pieces and placed the cache out of sight at GZ. Thanks Arnott.family code noted.
Beautiful spot especially when the sun is setting TFTC took travel bug as heading home to Adelaide this week
Beautiful spot for this cache. Would like to have stayed longer but as it was raining I kept the visit short with a quick log, jotted down the clue and left behind a travel tag for the next person to find this cache. tfth.
Beautiful spot for a cache...a pity I did not have more time to explore the area more.
Quick find...all good..thanks arnott.family

We go to lakes all the time and now into geocaching think its great. Need more in hills
Found quickly after making the epic climb to the top . Lovely spot! but we were too tired, especially nano-Detour, to go searching for any of the others in the area. Home for a cuppa by the log fire! TFTC
Great little find for the geokids, 2 down 2 to go for the clues to the final one.

I bypassed this one on the way to the previous cache due to the dog but on the way back the dog wasn't much better so I decided to ignore it and made a quick find.
Thanks arnott.family for the cache.

Out with the right honourable GrumpyBump for another cache hunt off the beaten track. TFTC
[:(!] On our way to Northam with geoson (RevolutioSolutio) to visit my eight geograndchildren and we picked up a few caches along the way and this was one of them, parked the geocar close as possible to GZ and walked in from there, on arrival at GZ the cache was in hand in a matter of minutes.
