###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###
----------
Hi there Cache Owner,
This cache has come to my notice as there is a 'Needs Maintenance' log that that indicates there is some sort of issue with the placement and it needs your attention please.
Check out the Guidelines here: [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) If you can't attend to the issue promptly, then you need to [**Disable the cache**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235) - I have Disabled it for you this time.
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Check on the cache, repair and/or replace the cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.
- If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will unfortunately have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

I was passing through this morning and decided to stop for a quick cache or two. After a short search I had a closer look at something and there it was - the perfect spot to hide a cache.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Nice day to grab a cache. Thanks for the interesting array of pins - very cool. Cache however needs some TLC and a new logbook at it’s damp and mouldy...
Yay, Pirate Darcy found the loot! We didnt even have to pillage or plunder. I love this game! Thank you R.P.C. Talbot, great hunt for this learner. Over and out Pirate Merihunter.
Out and about on a (reasonably) nice Saturday afternoon, hunting for some caches in the area. A nice quick find in this nice park - TFTC!
Today I went out to collect some of the 35 caches required to place the jewels in the vault for Mystery at the Museum.
A short walk in the sun, and a quick find. Thanks K_Wolf adopted to 4bait

Found your cache today. After spend with my granddaughters, went there to pick up things same way today. K_Wolf adopted to 4bait, thank you so much for placing it.
Great find with the kids. Not many treasures so left a few. Couldn’t sign log book cause it was soaking wet and moldy.
Had a training at Monash Medical institute and just missed the bus on the way back. So I decided to walk a few stations to catch the next one and I just arrived at the Park when it came. Quickly thought about what to do and decided to give the bus a pass and went into the park instead. I've never been here before and it's lovely. The cache was quickly spotted. TFTC!
Out for a ride on the Djerring Rail Trail when we thought we’d make a little detour from Huntingdale Stn to find this cache...
Nicely hidden and found by the young Geocacher (CSH) of the HHG. Log was water damaged but dry enough, however pen not working, so we couldn’t sign (must remember to always carry a pen!).

Part of a slight detour to pick up a few caches before continuing down the Djerring trail.
Thanks, K_Wolf, and 4bait for keeping the cache in play.
I used to ride parallel to the railway line from Caulfield to Dandenong on an irregular basis, and to say it was a convoluted affair would be an understatement. With the opening of the most recent section of the Djerring trail, I figured it was way past time to check out what has changed.
What hasn't would be a shorter list. Remembering which side of the line you had to be on to get the streets to link up was a trial and a half, but now there's this lovely wide marked trail.
I waited until the cool change hit and really enjoyed the evening trundle, picking up the caches along the way. I'll bet there will be many more in future months.

With only a short stroll from where I left the geo-loppy, this well hidden cache was very soon exposed and admired. After taking the time to check who was here before me, I added our name and re-hid the cache exactly as it was found. TNLNSL. TFTC. Kkams
We were driving home and I noticed there was a cache in this park..there was even a nice car park at the park so that made things easier. The cache is away from the playground ..Perfect spot for a cache! well hidden but the log was a little damp. Thanks K-Wolf and 4bait for the cache
Out with the youngest geokid to find some caches on lovely Sunday afternoon. Wasn't hard to find but the log book was very damp.Fortunately had on me a gel pen so managed to sign it.

It was nice to be able to finally turn a frown into a smiley after giving this one a dnf a few years back.
**Thanks to 4bait for placing this cache.**

Had a couple of hours to kill before an end of year function at Huntingdale golf course and was very happy to discover a plethora of caches nearby.
This was the eighth of 9 and I wandered around in circles for a bit before finally zeroing in on the hide. Log book is quite damp and could do with drying out and perhaps a ziplock bag.
Thanks for maintaining the cache 4bait

This was our first Geocache experience. Thanks so much! We’re hooked. The book is very wet.
A fi d in the way to my event this afternoon! The find was quick but the log book was drenched and made it very hard to sign! It needs fixing up! TFTC
This is dissabled due to park maintenance as the cache is on the wrong side of A temporary fence. Once the fence is removed the cache can be enabled again but untill that happens my hands are tied
Don't think I should have found this one there us a temporary fence closing off the area. But I got in anyhow... the log is a little damp. Tftc.
Not sure how the previous finder got to the cache given the temporary fencing. Did he go over, under or around I wonder? In any case, I was not bold enough. CO might want to check this one.
Although a typical hiding spot it was satisfying and a great place. Thanks so much for the cache!!
We were able to find this one nice a quick and while impossible to retrieve from the top was easy to get from under. Tftc
When I first parked and there were no other cars, I thought this would be a quiet and quick place to grab a cache. But no, 2 dog walkers and a muggle walking laps made this longer and more difficult than it should have been. I must have looked very suspicious ducking into the bushes (on a fake phone call) Thanks for the fun here
last find for the night another quick find once we got on the right side of the shrubbery TFTC
We still had one more cache in us for the night so nanton34 and drove out close to gz and a short walk in the park soon had us cache in hand. tftc
With geodog needed to go to Bunnings and check a few Unfound caches Have been here before with a no find at night. Spotted potential site and was right. Quick sign but sustained a cache injury. Watch the sharp branches got scratched! Dog unscathed. Thanks for the cache. Thanks 4bait.
I used to live in the area and I'm sure this park wasn't here then. No one much around so it was easy to zip in and out again without being detected. TFTC
I remember looking for this some months ago, but obviously forgot to log a DNF. I was fairly sure I had the right spot...and today, I was proved right. I added my name at the top of the new log and returned home on the bike. Thanks for this cache, 4bait and for the others I found today.
Found what looked to be the perfect hiding place but no treasure to be found. Searched around for awhile but couldn't find any other perfect hidey holes. First dnf for the day.
Cache of the day. I might have an exam first thing tomorrow morning, but that didn't stop me from getting our cache of the day! (Well... We'd been trying for another... But we couldn't reach it....) Anyway, we soon had this one in hand and the log signed!
Not a bad morning, and of course its the Big Blue Switch day! So me, my 3.5r old, my friend and her two daughters ( 3.5 and 1yr) came here for some geocaching fun.
Hard enough to be fun and easy enough for the toddlers to "find" and retrieve. Alas no swappables inside, so signed and left a little something.

Found a dead fox whilst looking. The most perfect day for it. Sun is shining and not a cloud in the sky. great spot. Super fun day caching with my son. It's mummy and Darcy day.
A nice quick find while around here looking for caches on the weekend.
Wary of spiders hanging about in the trees.
Thanks 4bait

Since moving from New Zealand I have been enjoying the area, exploring and finding caches. I have got a nice streak going and hoping to let it run for as long as possible. This may or may not become easier now that I have found a job but I’m still currently staying with my brother (stinky tom) and his family which includes my nephew (stinky bob).
A big thanks goes out to all the cachers and cache owners without whom this lifestyle would not be possible.
The caches I’ve found in Australia so far have for the most part all been in great condition. Keep up the good work. Everyone likes finding a well maintained cache with a dry logbook.

A quick find on the way to visit a friend. The park was quite popular but by walking around the perimeter I was able to avoid suspicion. C:geo was spot on. TFTC
TFTC took a little while as my marshmallow app is not very accurate. But once I had a little look it became obvious.
A short walk through a very quiet park. Grey skies and the odd spot of rain seems to have kept everyone away. Arrived at GZ and quick find after GPS settled down. TFTC.
I adopted this cache but thought I should actually come find it and make sure all is ok
I recently adopted this cache and have just replaced the log with a fresh one and cleaned out the junk cache is now in good order where the original C/o intended it to be
